Print HU label from Outbound delivery using output determination

Hi,
We have a business requirement to print HU labels from outbound delivery. The steps followed are
1) User executes VL02N
2) User clicks on packing
3) Material is entered to pack. HU is automatically generated.
4) After saving the delivery, output message is triggered.
Output determination is as follows
1) An Z output type is created.
2) Form entry and smartform name is assigned to this output type
Issue:
The issue is when the output message is triggered and the code in the form entry is executed, the handling unit (from nast) is not yet committed in the database. Since it is not updated in the database table, we cannot get any handling unit data to be printed.
Any inputs on how to print HU labels using output determination from outbound delivery is appreciated.

LE-Printing HUN labels from Outbound delivery

Hi Guys,
At this moment we activated the pick/pack functioanlity in thewarehouse. There is a customized Tcode (let's say - Z001) we use at this moment, which prints the Pick ticket and initiates the printing HUNs. we have different kind of deliveries (Sales delivery, STO outboud delivery, replinishment delivery, etc...)When we use this Z001 it prints the pick ticket and HUN labels
for all these deliveries. There is no issue on this.
We have just realized that one of the deliveries, CASH SALES delivery is not taken in to account when we design the HUN packing functionality in this warehouse. This was missed b'cas the cash sales delivery process is different from our client's normal delivery process. Please see below for difference with the delivery. If you notice the difference is in cash sales we are not grouping the deliveries.We want to print the HUN labels from VL02 deliveries. after creating the deliveries, I can see the HUN label is generated, after I enter the packing material, but it is not printing to any printer. Please tell me, is there anything I have to look?

VA01 - SO creation
VL01N - Delivery creation for CASH sales customer
Z002 - Print Pick ticket
Lt12- TO confirmation.

Help...trying to print address labels from an excel document. I only need info from some of the columns. Using Avery labels.

Help...I'm trying to print address labels from an existing Excel document that opens fine in Numbers. I don't want to print everything from the spreadsheet. The Avery template and site were no help. Any suggestions?

If you do not need all the excel specific items you can just write it to a spreadsheet using the write to spreadsheet file vi's.
If you want to go the excel route you will have to use active x. you can see a lot of examples on the excel board under the breakpoint forum. please post a sample of how you want your data to look and I can maybe help explain what options you have. and also oyu do not necesarily need the report generation toolkit.

HU not coming when create inbound delivery via outbound delivery using SPED

Hi experts,
In my synario :::issue : Handling units from outbound delivery are not transferred to the automatic created inbound delivery using SPED output type.
Error when HU is assigned manually ::Handling unit 10000013565 is already assigned to outbound delivery 87005777.
Can somebody solve my probeleam or is there any sap note availavle to solve this probleam.I am using ecc 6.0 environment.

I just updated my Ipad 2 last night with iOS 7.04 now I can't print shipping labels from Paypal. I downloaded a different browser, Dolphin, per Paypal's suggestion. Still can not print. It says it has lost connection with the server.help!.

Hello! I updated my Ipad now I can not print USPS labels from Paypal. I used my boss' Ipad not updated and worked fine. I am dependent on my Ipad to print these labels for me. I can print anything else I want, like email or packing slips. Any thoughts? I would go back to the previous version if anyone knows how to do that.

The 5163 template has the following dimensional specs:
Dimensions & Info
Length: 4.00000"          Height: 2.00000"
Top Margin: 0.50000"          Bottom Margin: 0.50000"
Left Margin: 0.18000"          Right Margin: 0.18000"
Hor. Spacing (gutter): 0.14000"          Vert. Spacing (gutter): 0.00000"
Intended Use: Mailing Labels, Shipping Labels, Address Labels
There's a great vendor site with this data readily available, better than the Avery site in my opinion. But, you can get the same info in the Contacts Print dialog pane.
You can grab a template matching these dimensions from that vendor site, Copy the table after opening the Word Template in Pages and drop the into a blank Numbers Sheet.
I found that Sheet side margins of 0.15" worked better than 0.18. For some reason the table wanted to flow to the next page to the right with 0.18". Turning off the Headers and Footers and setting Top and Bottom Margins to 0.5" worked well. These adjustments are made in the Sheets Inspector.
So, that will put the template you specified into a Numbers document and you can print labels properly aligned from there. Since your problem statement is a bit lacking in detail, that's all I can offer you at this point.

Welcome to the HP Support forums. I understand that your print jobs from Photosmart 5520 seems very small.
The font size is controlled by the software program that the document was created in, for example any Microsoft Word document that you send to the printer the font size would have been chosen in Microsoft Word. I've included two different documents on how to change the print settings; one for Mac and one for Windows 8. These documents will show you the process on changing print settings if not the actual steps as you may not be using one of the operating systems mentioned.

Delete assignment of HU from outbound delivery (VL02N) not working

Hi All
I have searched many threads to find the solution to be above problem but none of them was working for me, so posting the query again.
I hava a dummy pick HU that I create for some purpose, finally i want to delete the assignment of the HU in the outbound delivery.(not to delete the HU completely). For me, the assignment of the HU vanishes from outbound delivery with 3 FM's. 'HU_GET_HUS' , 'V51P_DELETE_RELATIONSHIP' and 'HU_POST'.
The problem is, when i PGI the delivery, the HU appears again in VL03N. I am not able to understand this strange behavior.
I have tried all FM's like bapi_hu_delete etc, but they delete teh HU completely which is not my req. I heard abt this FM BAPI_HU_DELETE_FROM_DEL, but am workng in Ecc 5.0 and the FM doesnt exist.

I recall that we used to update the HU status as well when we dissociated HU from delivery, though can't remember the reason now.
Pls check the VEKP-STATUS for HU after you have done with these 3 FM calls, I believe you have to update the status to 'BLANK' with the help of some FM, try it first if it works for you by direct updating it in table in Dev.

I found text determination. It is only possible to maintain text from Sales to Billing.

Hi,
Goto the T.Code "VOFA".
Select your billing type.Details.
Goto "Output/partners/texts" tab.
Maintain the "Textdeterm. procedure" as the procedure same as your delivery.
Anotehr way is goto the T.Code "VOTXN".
Here click on "Delivery Header".
Check the check box for "Reference".

How do you print mailing labels from an excel spreadsheet on a macbook pro? Is it possible. I can only find information about printing labels from your address book.

Why not ask in MacBook Pro forum, or SL, or even MS community or MacTopia.
Office 2011? pretty easy to setup mailing, just click on ribbon tab, and use the built in help.

You cannot save to Dropbox from Pages natively, but there is a workaround that allows you to use the Copy to WebDAV to get things to Dropbox:

I am unable to print color photos from i photo using a Brother Printer

I am unable to print color photos from i photo using a Brother MFC-6490CW all in one. The photos appear to be in grayscale. I have checked the printer settings, but for some reason I am not able to access the color management on my printer from printer set up. It only gives me the standard option. I have spent hours checking Bother's website and Apple's and I am not able to come up with a valid answer. I know that the color print works. If I print something from the internet of from outlook it will print in color. I know all of my cartridges are in working order, I have cleaned the print head on my Brother, but I am still not able to print photos in color!!!
What puzzles me the most is why I am unable to really access the color management menu on my printer? It just does not come up. I have the option from paper handling to print photos, but this has nothing to do with the quality. I have also tried printing the photo from an Adobe PDF file and I still have the same problem. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you.

In the Print dialogue box click on the little triangle to the right of the name of the printer. That will expand the dialogue box.

I have been searching a lot for any Business Object for creating Excise Invoice base on Sales Delivery using DI API.. But have not yet found any one.
I want to create Invoice for excisable items from Sales Delivery using DI API.,for Excisable items we cannot create standalone A/R Invoice . We need to create Excise Invoice also . But How to create Excise Invoice based on Sales Delivery using DI API. Is there any Business Object for that.

I have not received any reply for this thread. Does this mean that there is no provision for creating Excise Invoice from Sales Delivery ? Actually I was asked to create sales delivery and then Outgoing Excise Invoice and then Sales Invoice using DI API.
But I don't find any Business Object for this in SDK ? Is it really not possible to create Outgoing Excise Invoice from Sales Delivery using DI API.? If possible then how?

Thank you for being a member of the HP Support Community. I see that you would like to learn how to choose which pages print from a multi-page document.
Since you have the document in an email already it’s fairly easy to choose which pages you would like to print if you are using the HP ePrint app. I’m presuming that you have already download the HP ePrint mobile app to your iPad and added your email account to the app.
Please follow these steps after you have opened the HP ePrint app
Choose the email with the document you need to print.
Please choose the document you want to print (for my screen shot the file is titled “scan 2014_05_29 08-55-01.pdf). This will load the document with the available print options.
Please tap on “Page Range”. It will give you the options of ‘Single’ or ‘Multiple’.
If you are choosing to print just one page please choose ‘Single’ and then choose the page you would like to print.
If you are choosing to print a range of pages please choose ‘Multiple’ and then choose the page range you would like to print.
I hope this helps you print just want you need.
