Print material document (WE02) automatic when GR

Hi Guru,
I want to let the system automatically print material document output "WE02" when I post Good receipt w/ MIGO 511 Movement type.
I use OMJ3 to maintain the condition type WE02/Plant/storage location/outpud device and immediate.
Please advise the other steps.

OMBR - Set "1" as material document printout
OMB5 - assigned "1" to 511 movement type,
But I still can get the material document automatically printed out during MIGO GR with 511 movement type.
some people guide me to pay attendtion to user profile, but I am not clear about what's NDR.

How to print material document in header level?

Hi Guys,
How to print material document from header level. I can only print them in item level. But i want that in header level. For example, I have 4 movements inside a material document and I want to issue only one output from the header level.
I can see the option Goto -> Additional Function -> output, but it is disabled. Please let me know hot to acheive this and if you need further info on this. Please throw some light on this.

Your question is not clear. What exactly you want to be.
1. To print material header in your smart form / Sap Script what is the problem. Itu2019s quite easy you can do it. Let me know what problem you are facing.
2. The option is disables because of business functionality ask your functional guys to help you on the same.

Dear Experts ,
can anyone please tell me the setp by step configuration for printing material document for
1. GI ( all kinds as in 201 , 261 , 551, 543 )
2. GR( all kinds as in 101 , 501)
3. Transfer Posting ( 541, 311 , 301 )
Pls tell me wat are the relevent o/p conditions to be used ?
in std SAP there are many o/p contition types & which one is to be used is quite confusing ,.

3. IN omb5 I ahve assigned 1 for mvt type 201.
4. In M706 , I have maintained transmission medium 1 Print output & print parameter 7 Plant/storage location for output types WA01 , WA02, WA03
5. In OMJ3 I have maintained the combination of WA01/2/3 & my plant & storage loaction . with immediate & release ticked.
6.After thatI mainatinmed the comdition records for WA01/02/03 with WA, print version 3 as :
      Print item : 1
Function : No entry
Partner : No entry
Medium : 1
Date./Time : 4
Language : EN
After this i did the MIGO 201 GI transaction for the plant / storeage location & went to MB90.
BUT I M GETTING NO SPOOL REQUEST GENERATED .
PLEASE TELL ME WAT IS WRONG

I'm not clear on how you're trying to print. When you select Print from the file menu in Pages the current document is already selected. Perhaps you need to show the details in the print dialog. The first screenshot is from Mountain Lion the second from an earlier OS where you click the blue down-facing triangle button (sorry, I can't remember which one).

how enabling automatically the printing of materials document in MIGO when saving ?

The steps are the following:
trx M706 or SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Maintain Output Types, for the Output types WE01, WE02 and WE03;
Default Values: Dispatch Time is 3 or 4 as per reqmt. and Tr medium is 1, Print Parameter is 7;
trx MN21, for output type WE01, WE02, WE03 select Tr Type WE, Print Version 1, 2, 3, maintain Print Item as 1.
For enabling printing when user post a goods receipt is necessary set in trx SU01 for the users the parameter NDR and activate it with an X.
This will set the tick in the field XNAPR in MIGO.
At every logon system will propose the field checked
If the user will remove the tick or will put again the tick during a session system will remember
the last setting.
At the following logon system will propose again the above field checked
System will also remember if user has set in MIGO "GR Note Vers1 or GR Note Vers 2 or GR Note Vers3" for the entire session and furthers logons.

Problems with printer determination when printing material document

Dear experts
I have done config in transaction OMJ4 to have a material document printed when saving transfer posting (mvmt type 315) from MB1B.
However, in OMJ4, printer 1 is defined....but the allocated printer for the material document is printer 2. I checked transaction OMJ3 and OMJ4, but printer 2 is not defined anywhere here.
I try to run some kind of analysis in MB02 for my material document to get a clue on how the system picked up printer 2, but I do not see any analysis function for output det. in MB02.
Anyone who would have a clue why printer 2 is picked instead of printer 1?
I have checked user settings, all printers are set to LOCL.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi,
As you set and assign printer in OMJ4.Now check Printer is defind in t.code: OMBR & then enable material doc printout in OMB5. Also cross check in t.code: OMJ3 for printer assigned to output type with combination of Plant & Storage location.

MIGO - MB02 - MB90 Print material document forms

Hi,
I want to print out a material document form associated to material transfer within the same plant. Movement 311/411 & 415.
As for today the procedure is to create the material doc (MIGO) -> declare the message associated (MB02) -> print (MB90). Is there a way to suppress the MB02 transaction by adding a button to MIGO? (or any other better way).

1. Maintain the Printer Name in SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Printer Setting
2. Ensure that in SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Item Print Indicator, 1 stands for Matl Doc print out
3. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Gen Settings->Print Version, maintain Print Version 2
4. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Print Control->Maintain Print Indicator for GI/Transfer Posting Documents
5. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Maintain Output Types, for the Output types WE01, WE02 and WE03, ensure the foll:
a. Default Values: Dispatch Time is 3 or 4 as per reqmt. and Tr medium is 1
b. Print Parameter is 7
6. In SPRO->Matl Mgmt->Inv Mgmt and Phy Inv->Output Determination->Printer Det->Pr Det by Pl/StoLoc, maintain the Output device for all your Plants
7. Go to MN21, for Tr Type WE, Print Version 3, maintain Print Item as 1.
Now the settings are ready for Printing Material doc
8. While doing MIGO, ensure that in General Tab, you get "3 Collective Slip" beside the Print Indicator and you tick mark the field.
9. Now depending on the setting in 5a, the Matl doc is printed. If it is 3, you have to print it using MB90. If it is 4, it is printed immediately.

Printing material-documents without flag (parameter NDR)

Hello everybody,
I've got a question regarding printouts of material-documents. Normally the printout is done via condition-technique. Now my customer asks for a printout even if the flag for the printing is NOT set (Parameter NDR) in the document-header.
Does anybody know how to solve this request? Is there a user-exit where I can check the requested requirements?

Hello Thomas,
The "print flag" (GOHEAD-XNAPR) is for selecting the print version (field WEVER). In standard all output are dependend on the print version (WE01 on version 1, WE02 on version 2, etc).
If you set NDR = blank and GOHEAD-XNAPR not flag, I think the solution is to create a access table and add to the access sequence that is linked to the output type, WA03 for example. Then these customized condition tables must not check the "print version" (WEVER). As a result the output are independend from setting the print flag and thereby selecting a print version.
You need to test this solution but I think it can work.

Error in Printing Material Document in MIGO (movement 561)

Kindly assist me with this. We are trying to print an output document in MIGO. We have set up the Output type WA03 in NACE and in MN21. When we started printing the document, an express message was generated stating that:

This type of error occurs only when they are not defined properly.

Material document print issue

Hi,
Im trieing to print material document(GR and GI).
i have copied wa01 and we01 and created new condition type za01 and ze01.
i have made all the settigns in customisation.
In mb1b screen,automatically GR/GI print check box is ticked and collective slip is also selected.
When i perform the transfer posting,
1.In go to tab-additional function-output field is grayed out.
2.If i select details from item in Go to tab,then output field is popping up in additional function.
3.Output type ZA01 is not coming automatically(Condition record is maintained).
4.If i try to enter manaully,ZA01 output type is not appearing in the pop up list.
Please guide.....

which movement type are you using?
Which transaction / event type are you using? if you are posting GR, you should use WE or WF. If you are posting GI and transfer posting, you should create condition record with WA.
You should use Date/ time field as "4" for automatic
Check whether you assigned a printer in communication tab.

Material documents can not be printed

I see that material documents can not be printed material in a storage, we need to
print at least the original and copies I mean to be printed two copies when you post the transaction MIGO_TR.
When performing the movement I leave the check box activated from the
printer and automatically deactivates when you post and the tx MB90 that is to reprint the documents tell me that there is no printing message

pl guide me on the following: -
1. sample material (pieces) to be sent outside (thru' which mov. type) for lab testing and the same will not come back.
Client requirement is that the samples to be sent out with a proof of document (print) and pur. order to be raised on vendor for lab testing. Vendor will send only a test report document. Is service PO to be raised on vendor?
2. how to set-up print settings of material document, pur. order. and how to take re-printing?.

Material document printing: is program SAPM07DR prepared for smartforms?

Hi everyone.
We need to do a smartform to print material documents through a new output type. Do you know if program SAPM07DR is prepared to work with smartforms? I don't think so, I see that it is prepared for sapscripts and PDF-forms, but it seems not to be prepared for smartforms.
In case that it is not prepared to work with smartforms, do you know any standard program that print smartforms for material documents?

These programs doesn't fit with the requirements. I have found program SAPFM07P_SMART, but the problem is that this program is prepared to print an smartform per material document item, and I need to print a smartform for the whole material document information.
So if you don't know any other program, I suppose we will have to addapt a copy of SAPFM07P_SMART to work with the whole material document, and not with every item.

Material Document Printout issue

I have Created the material Document in MIGO
when i tried to take printout in MB90
No messages for initial processing exist error is coming
where the settings like
O/P type: we01
Transmission medium: 1 Printoutput
sort order:01
Processing mode: 1
Doc year
Material document: 490000010
I tried with output type we01, we02,we03
Then i tried with processing mode 2 also
No messages for repeat processing exist

Go to T Code:MB02
Enter Doc no and yr
Click on the Detail frm item Tab>Click on Message tab>Then enter we03 Type for the GR OR GI for wa03 and Select medium as 1(Print out)>Enter the Language as EN
Selest the line and Click on Further data Tab>Select the Option 3>F3>
Again select the line click on Communication method>Enter the Logical Destn( LP01) then Flag the check box of Print Immediately and Rls after o/p.
Then Save it
Now Go to MB90 T code:
Enter the Doc no,year and O/p type
Execute it and take the Print.
