Print multiple photos on one page to printer

I am new to macs, and I can't figure out (using iphoto 11) how to just print multiple photos on one piece of 8 1/2 X 11 paper in my own printer at home. I want to choose the size of each picture (like one 4X6 and two wallets on one page. How do I do this? it seems I can only print one pic per page when I use the print function in iphoto. Please help! If i can't do this basic thing I feel like I just wasted a couple thousand dollars on a really expensive piece of junk.

This is a detailed set of instructions I made for my mother to use. Hope it helps.

  • Printing multiple photos onto one page

    Sorry, fairly new to PSE9!
Have a group of photos I need to print to actual size (3cm x 4cm) to go into a photo frame.  They are all cropped and ready to go but there doesn't seem to be an option to print multiple images onto one page at a custom size?  A contact sheet only gives me the option for the number of columns and picture package doesn't give any such option either as far as I can see!  I'm sure I must be missing something here!
Any help much appreciated!  Don't want to waste photo paper printing each small photo individually!

How do I print multiple photos onone page

Create a new blank document the size of your paper and then copy the photos you want to print into it. They'll each come in on a new layer and you can move them wherever you want, rotating if wanted, to make best use of the paper.

  • Print multiple photos on one sheet in Photoshop Elements 11

I want to print multiple photos on one sheet in Photoshop Elements 11
I am using Mac OS10 10.7.5  I am using Photo shop Elements 11.  Could you please help me?  New to photoshop elements.  Thanks.  Jodie

Well, you can start with File>Picture Package. If that doesn't offer a layout that works, create a new file (file>new>blank file) the size of your paper at the  resolution you want, then copy paste your pictures into it and use the Move tool to position them.

  • How to print multiple copies on one page ?

How to print multiple copies of one document on one page ?
in coreldraw I used to make the document -for example a business card 5x9 - and when sending to print it automatically placed the number of cards that would fit in my A4 sheet.
how do I make the same operation in Indesign.
    thanks

    Hi, Peter S.
    >I can see that as a shortcut to printing a page of different cards for multiple people, but to do a simple n-up of a single card it seems overly complex to me. What am I missing?
    * It's just an alternative to copy/paste and step/repeat.
    * For a one-time only use, perhaps it's a little more complex than necessary. But for any future needs, only the content of the data file needs to be changed, either by editing, or by pointing to a new data file. If different cards for multiple people becomes necessary, it's ready to go.

  • Possible to print 2 photos on one page?

Is it possible to print more than one photo (different shots) on one page thru the print module.  I can't find anything about it in the LR3 Help files.  I know I can do multiples of the same photo but I want two different shots on one page.
    Thanks for your help.

Actually you can drag as many pictures as you can onto the template.

  • Print multiple pictures on one page..so frustrating please help

Just trying to print multiple pictures on a single piece of paper. The drop down menu that says "print multiple pictures on page" is grayed out and wont let me select it. I have read thread after thread , watched tutorial after tutorial and nothing addresses this simple command. What am I missing. Thank you in advance for your help

Select the pictures and type Command+P to bring up the Print window. Then click on the Contact Sheet option at the left. You can change the number of photos per page and their size by clicking on the Customize button and the changing the number of columns on the page. The size of each photo will automatically be scaled to fit.
If you want a specific size, then instead of selecting Contact Sheet select a print size. The size you select will determine how many photos of that size you'll get on the paper size selected.

  • How to print multiple emails on one page

How do I print multiple emails on a single page?

Thanks, but fumbling around I think I found a better solution.
All of the incoming e-mails have a see more from...." line in blue type at the bottom. When I click on the"See more from…"  line it opens up the entire chain of discussion which can then be printed on a single page. Exactly what I've been searching to do.

  • Printing multiple photos on one sheet in iPhoto 11

I have a relatively new Mac Mini and today I tried to print from iPhoto for the first time. I needed to print 2 up of the same photo on each sheet but I could find no way to do this. I'm using a Canon MP530 for photo printing. I've been using this print feature in iPhoto from the very beginning and don't appreciate that it's so hard to do (or impossible) in iPhoto 11. Or is it a problem with the printer driver?

Contact Sheet layout or Custom layout.
I don't know how to print multiple of the same image, without duplicating the image.

  • Random image order when printing multiple images on one page.

If I filter images within a browser (lets say * stars or better) and then select print, and set up multiple different images per sheet to print, then the order of the images on the pages is seemingly random, certainly not the oder within the browser. If I print 4 images per sheet it might start with the 3rd image, then the 9th, then the 2nd, then the 12th. If I don't filter the images and select all the images in the browser it seems to be OK.
    Any ideas?

    Cid,
This is a nice application that will let you do just that http://www.stuntsoftware.com/PhotoBooth/

  • Can you display multiple photos on one page with slide tool to transition between them?

    Hi Folks,
I have a series of photos taken from the exact same location but on different days. I would like to display them on one page but use a slide tool/bar to move or transition between the photos. If the slide bar can display the date of the photo then that would be great.
Can this be done in adobe?
    Any help would be great.
    Thanks.

A Steve mentioned you can use a button to display an image. If you use JavaScript, you wouldn't have to show/hide multiple buttons but could instead dynamically set the button icon programmatically. The setup for something like this is a bit involved, but it's not overly complicated. Post again if you'd like more details.
The slide bar is the thing that would have to faked as there is no such built-in control, but something functionally equivalent could be done, it just may not behave as smoothly as you want.

  • Printing multiple Photos on a large format printer

I have an Epson 4880 printer (17 wide) and want to print two 8/10 prints side by side using Lightroom 2.  I  assume you need to configure a "picture package" but I can't figure it out.  Thanks

    Joa,
thank you for the prompt reply.  I want to print two 5x7 prints - went into page set-up and selected 12 x12 page size.  I went in to Lightroom, clicked on contact sheet grid, selected one row and two columns, adjusted cell size 7x5, clicked on zoom to fill and rotate to fit - ALL GOOD.  Then I clicked on one image from the filmstrip - perfect..........  but I could not put another image next to it.  If I clicked one photo per page - I got the same one next to it.
I guess that I am missing one part of the answer...  I GOT IT -- HOLD DOWN SHIFT AND CLICK ON THE NEXT ONE.  THANK YOU ALL
    Mike

  • Multiple photos in one page for posting in FB

Does anybody know how to put four pics together, save them and be able to upload them in FB? I know that this can be done under PRINT, but I can only go as far as putting them together. I dont know how to save the end document, and be able to upload it as one pic in FB. Id appreciate your help! Thanks!

From print you select print to jpg
After making all you selections and layout in the print module. Then print it to a selected location and upload from there. If you use the same layout a lot save it as a template.
You can also import the printed jpg into LR and use the built in Facebook service to upload.

  • How do I print multiple (4) photos on one page with a border around each?

How do I print multiple photos on one page with a border around each? I've gone the contact sheet route and adjusted the number of columns but there's only outer margins and very little white space between the photos down the middle of the page.

    Ok, now I feel stupid! I always thought I was printing 6 x 4 but now I realise I can't have done!!
The photos that I used to print are approx. 5.2" x 4" (i.e. 4 fitted nicely on a page & I had to cut the boarder off).
I guess I just need to play with different sizes under the 'custom' option in order to get the biggest possible picture!
    Thanks for the help
