Can I print pics and docs from my smart phone to my HP Photosmart All In One Printer B269a ? Model name CD035A ? Also is the code from my printer called by another name such as URL or other, because thoes words are not on the printed doc I got when setting mine up . I am a new user and confussed. Please help all I want to do is print docs amd pics from my phone to my printer. It cant be that hard but I am confisued. . thank you .

Printing photos from my computer using hp 6520 printer won't pick up photo paper.
I have a new HP 6520. When I try to print photos from my computer, I get an error message that the paper tray is empty. It does not pick up the photo paper and print. Help!!!
1. My paper tray(s) are propertly loaded, I'm not a novice. 2. The bottom tray is LOADED properly. 3. The UPPER PHOTO TRAY is also loaded properly, shiny side down of course, properly filled and pushed forward as far as it can go. (It worked fine an hour ago when I printed a couple of photos). 4. Now no matter what I do, how I specify photo paper size, IT ONLY PRINTS OUT ON REGULAR PAPER FROM THE BOTTOM TRAY (8"X10") ordinary paper!! 5. When I UNLOAD the bottom tray, in an attempt to "fool" the device so that there's is NOTHING BUT photo paper, I get a prompt telling me I must load the paper before it will print the photo! Of course when I reload the bottom tray with the ordinary paper, it still prints out the photo FROM THE BOTTOM TRAY PAPER!! I'm wasting ink and paper and I'm not happy. I was on the phone for more than 2 hours two weeks' ago getting the first NEW printer set up and it was decided by all four techs I spoke to that I indeed needed to have a new device. 6. I received this replacement device just 4 days ago, another couple of hours speaking to India, finally worked ok, even unti earlier this evening but NOW it will NOT use photo paper from the upper tray. WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THESE TROUBLESOME HP6520'S? I had a Photosmart 560 for years until it "died" a few weeks' ago and since then, this is my story with this product. You can check with India tech support to find my complete dealings with them vis-a-vis this product.
AND when I tried to sign up for this support 3 times I got refused telling me that the screen name I offered was already taken. Apparently the app was taking my information from when I may have signed up a couple of years' ago when I had an issue with my Photosmart 560. -
my iPhone was stolen last night and I'm trying to recover all my photos from that phone and get them on my mac laptop. The iCloud photo stream only imported 1,000 photos from my stolen phone. How can I retrieve all of my other photos?
You have to reset the device to Factory Settings in order to restore it from an iCloud backup. You probably want to back it up as is before you do this.
To do the reset after you have backed up the current device, go to Settings>Reset>Reset all Content & Settings. This will erase the device. If you are signed onto iCloud with Find My iPhone turned on, go to Settings>iCloud and scroll to the bottom to sign out of iCloud before you do the reset.
Once you have reset your device, you will set it up like a new phone. When it asks if you want to restore it from an iCloud backup, select the backup you want to restore it from.

I can no longer print photos from iPhoto.
When I try to print photos from iPhoto, I get the error message: There were no themes located. Until at least one theme has been installed, this feature will be unavailable. The solution offered by iPhoto help is ridiculous as it assumes that you can get past the error message and on to the option to choose a theme. No so. The error message is the end of the road. This is a new problem for me. Apparently there was an automatic update and now I am updated to no longer being able to print my own photos. Apparently (according to traffic on Google) this is not a new issue, but I haven't seen a solution. Can't deny that I am royally ****** off.

When I try to access adobe from my smart phone to use my form created in formscentral I receive an error message that says "unsupported browser". There is a link to download a supported browser but the link directs me to another page that says "browser not supported at this time". This happened to me while using my IPhone 5, a friend that uses an IPhone 6, and another friend that uses a Samsung Galaxy S5. I just need for my employees to be able to access, complete and submit work orders created in formscentral from their phones. I would like to use the data collection feature in formscentral but at this point any suggestions on how to accomplish this are welcomed. Thank you
Further info - I changed my security settings to allow apps from anywhere, and again tried to install. I again got an error message
that the update failed to install, and to contact Customer Support. -

Restore from an iCloud backup
If you have a new iOS device, or if you need to restore your iOS device to resolve an issue, follow these steps.
Follow the initial steps in the iOS Setup Assistant (select your language, and so on).
Select Restore from iCloud Backup when the assistant asks you to set up your iPhone (or other iOS device).
Select the backup you created earlier.
You can restore a backup only by using the iOS Setup Assistant.
If you've already set up your device, you can erase all current content to go through the iOS Setup Assistant again. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings. Do this only if you already have a backup, because this step will remove all current content from your device.

If you have a new iOS device, or if you need to restore your device to resolve an issue, follow these steps:
Connect your iOS device to the computer that has your backup.
Make sure this computer has the latest version of iTunes.
Choose File > Devices > Restore from Back up.

HP5640 All-in-one does not print photos from Windows Live Photo Gallery
Setup printer using mobile device Installed print driver using provided CD. Updated driver software. Printer is networked by wireless to computer & smartphone.Was able to print photo from smartphone, was able to print Word document from computer. Was unable to print photo from computer using Windows Live Photo Gallery. Used the HP troubleshooter, following all possible solutions to no avail. Selected the option of HP Photo Paper but it defaulted to the 8x11 paper tray. Can someone please help? Thank you!

I understand that you're experiencing issues when printing from Windows Live Photo Gallery on your Windows 8 computer to your HP ENVY 5640 e-All-in-One Printer, as your prints continue to default to the letter size Paper Tray. I would like to assist you today with resolving this printing issue. Can I please have you follow the steps below to properly configure your print settings under the Print dialogue window in Windows Live Photo Gallery. 1. Load your Photo Paper in the Photo Tray on your printer 2. Open an image you would like to print under Windows Live Photo Gallery 3. Click on File and select Print 4. Under the Print dialogue window please ensure that your printer, Paper Size, Quality, and Paper Type are all set properly for your specific print job 5. Next, click on the Options button on the bottom right hand corner. Under the Print Settings dialogue box click Printer Properties. 6. Next, change the Paper Source to Photo Tray. If it currently is set to 'Main Tray' please click the Main Tray option and it will drop down to allow you to select Photo Tray. Click OK once the Tray change has been made. NOTE: If the Paper Size shows an exclamation mark, it means that your Photo Tray does not support the Paper Size selected. Click the dropdown next to Paper Size and choose a size that does not show an exclamation mark. 7. Under the main Print dialogue window click Print on the bottom right Your document should print as per normal now from the proper Paper Tray. Printing photos from your Android device
Have you tried printing photos from your Android device (Samsung, Nexus, HTC, Sony etc) ?

Some people have reported issues with skewed borders when trying to print 4x6 & 5x7 photos (see example below of correct photo size v's photo with skewed borders)
If you run into this issue I would advise you to download the free HP ePrint APP from the App Store or Google Play, this allows you to print perfect borderless photos,

How do i sync full resolution photos from computer to phone?
anyone know how to sync full resolution photos from computer to phone using itunes? itunes does not show the option to "include full resolution photos." photos i'd like to sync include both photos taken with iphone and photos i've taken with another camera. i also don't have to use itunes, whichever program gets the photos in their separate folders back onto my iphone in full resolution is fine. using itunes 10 / iphone 4S / ios 5.0.1

I have a new iPhone 5S, how can I get my photostream photos from my previous phone(iPhone 4S) to my new one.
Setting up iCloud with the same account data and switching on Photostream should do the trick:
I see different photos in My Photo Stream on each of my devices.
Your device will keep up to 1000 photos, even if they are older than 30 days. Photos older than 30 days are removed from the iCloud server, so all devices may not have the same photos, depending on when you enabled My Photo Stream.
If you prefer to have only the most current photos in My Photo Stream on each of your devices, and delete the older photos:
If there are any photos in My Photo Stream that you want to keep, save them to your Camera Roll, then back up your Camera Roll and other data using iCloud or iTunes.
Turn My Photo Stream off in Settings > iCloud > Photos (on a device using iOS 6, go to Settings > iCloud > Photo Stream). Confirm that you wish to Delete Photos.
Turn My Photo Stream back on. iCloud will automatically push your stored photos to your device.
Repeat these steps for each device.

I recently got my iPhone 5 replaced. Before erasing the contents on my old iPhone 5 I backed up to iCloud. When I restored all my photos from my old phone are missing. How do I recover?
Many users have lost photos while preforming a restore from backup or upgrading the iOS. Recall, only photos in the camera roll are backed up to iCloud. There is a way to turn backups for camera roll on/off, perhaps these users had camera roll turned off.
See:
Settings>icloud>Storage & Backups>Manage Storage, tap the device's name and on the next screen, be sure Camera Roll is turned on.
IMPORTANT...
Photos should be regularly synced to a computer (like you store photos from a digital camera) using either USB via iTunes (on a mac use iPhoto or Aperture to move them to an album) or using photo stream - and then moved into permanent albums for storage. If using Photo stream, but sure to move the received photos to a permanent album. If you have been doing that, then you can sync those photos back to your device.
If you haven't been saving photos except relying on iCloud to store them in a backup, then that is risky, as many users have discovered. I'm afraid I have no advice in this case - there is no "cure". -
I use an iMac running V. 10.10.2. I have an Epson WP-4530 printer. Is there a printer driver that will enable one to print photos from color negatives?
I have already tried downloading the drivers from Epson as per one person's suggestions, but the dialog box isn't anything like what was suggested--the choices in the box weren't the same for the most part. I don't want to lock up the computer or disable the printer for normal printing, but I have a lot of old negatives that I would love to have prints from.I am using the latest software from Epson for Mac OS 10.10.2 that I downloaded last week. I seem to remember that the older software (we're talking 6-8 years ago) had to option to scan slides or negatives and would convert the results into positives via the scanner. I don't like the most recent scanning software because it jumps right into the scan before giving you a chance to change the options. It uses the selected options from the previous scan which are sometimes right, sometimes wrong. Thanks for your reply to my question!
