Print Popup should not come

Hi,
I want to pass default printer Name, whenever user click on print u201CPRINTu201D printer should select and automatically gets print.
Without generating Spool Request.

This is not possible. if you can see a print preview there already is a spool. you cannot print without a spool...
WHAT you can do is to mark the checkbox "delete after printing" in the print popup.
ok now you want to tell that you cant mark it as you have suppressed the diablog.
Well the standard interface of a smartforms has even more parameters. onbe of them is OUTPUT_OPTIONS. It has an attribute
TDDELETE. set is as 'X'.

Hello,
In the FM OPEN_FORM of your print program you will be passing whether it's print preview or not in the Options parameter
i.e.
CALL FUNCTION 'OPEN_FORM'
EXPORTING
FORM = 'Z_SAMPLE'
OPTIONS = itcpo
Just have an if statement in the SAPScript to only print this when that value = 'X' (i.e. IF &itcpo-tdpreview& eq 'X').

Print Screen does not come up

Good Morning,
I am having an issue with printing from Adobe. I got an email with a PDF attachment and when I open the file and go up to File/Print the print screen does not come up and I cannot print the document. I tried it on a seperate computer and it printed fine. I have tried updating but that didn't do anything.
Does anybody have any ideas on why this might happen. I was thinking that the file might be corrupt but as I said I can print from a different computer no problem.

Actually, Reader is in a different forum. However, the print process should be the same. It sounds like you have a printing issue in the OS. What versions of Reader and of the OS are you using. There is a possibility the version of Reader you are using is not compatible with the OS. Other than that difference, I can see no reason you would not get a print window. Also, try with another PDF just as a check.

ICal print menu will not come up

I have been trying to print my iCal calendar from my PowerBook G4, but the print menu will not come up. I have printed it from here before, so where did the print menu go? Help!

We have exactly the same problem here:
OS 10.4.3, iCal 2.0.3, HP Photosmart 2610
- Printing on any app works fine, ecept iCal
- in iCal choosing the command "print..." just does nothing.
I tried:
- creating a new user - > printing in iCal works fine!
so I tried:
- trashing ...
... all ical-plists in "user/Library/Preferences/"
... the folder "user/Library/Application Support/iCal"
... moving all user-pref files out of the preferences folder
... disabling all the fonts in "users/Library/Fonts/" and "hd/Library/Fonts"
no way the get it back to print!
I'm sure it has nothing to do with the HP printer, cause on a different account it works.
Any ideas what else I could disable?

Sales BOM Header Material should not come in J1IJ or delivery

Hi,
We have one depot plant, Now i am using the sales BOM, I have created one Material header with item category LUFM pricing at item level only, BOM is created, When I am entering the Header material in SO then alll child items are coming, then while creating the delivery all the child items and also the header items is coming in the delivery but same is coming in the J1IJ also I want that the header materal should not come in the J1IJ and it will be better if it is not in delivery if i set the indicator delivery block for header materia in SO then that item si not coming in Delivery but SO is shoing in Open SO as the header material is not delivered.
So is there any setting for this.
Also in quotaion I have maintain the item category assignment I have assign QT - LUFM - AGN
but whhen I am entering the header material in VA21 Ffor which the item category is LUFM system is giving the error message
No item category available (Table T184 QT LUMF )

Yes I want that the Header material should not come in J1IJ only. but i check the program of J1IJ it is selecting all the materials ref. to delivery number without any further check. also is it possible insted of SO if first we create the quotation in quotation therr willl be header material as well as child item but in SO only child item should get copy when creating ref. to that quotaion, I try with item category copy control, but then system is selecting non of the materils from Quotaion to SO, and when I allowed coopy control of header material from Quotaion to SO then it is copying Header as well as child items in the SO.

Print button should not perform its action in report previewer

Hi all,
Report version 6i
I am invoking a report from a form , the form has one status field ,the value can be NEW,APPROVED,CANCEL
i just want take the print of the report if the status is approved , in all other cases the print button should be perform its action.
that is , when user tries to print the report , its function should not happen.
Please Guide.

Exchage rate should not come during payment to the vendors

Hi Sap Experts,
My client have some different requirement,
At the time of MIRO system is picking the Exchange rate from OB08 table and converting to company code currency. When will make the payment to vendor, through company code currency system is picking exchange rate from OB08 table and it is showing exchange rate Gain/loss Account, which our client does not required.
At the time of payment to above vendor, system should picking only liability created value and should not show any exchange rate difference.

If exchange rate is same at the time of invoice and payment then there will be no issue.
But when there is difference you have to show the Gain and loss in your account.
Otherwise how will you entry match.
Eg invoice 100 USD with exchange rate is 50 INR
When you are paying 100 USD exchange rate is 51 INR
Then entry will come as
Vendor A/c 5000 Dr
Loss Exhange rate 100 Dr
To Bank A/c 5100 Cr
If you don't show the loss how will you match the entry.
As you have to show what you have paid through bank which is not changeable

Should not come to AE when the IDOC segment missed

I 've done the multimapping from IDOC to mul.files.
Here my sender IDOC line Item contains 2 segments.
Let us assume the first segment named Z1CONSGROUP and having some fields which has mapped to my receiver end files.
In production system we should not have the case where there is no Z1CONSGROUP segment.
Here if the IDOC doesn't contain this segment then it's a payload error and it reached to RWB status : system error.
But, i want to prevent this in production when this Z1CONSGROUP segment doesn't contain the idoc it should n't reach to AE.
How can i do that...is there any option to maintain such a scenario in XI.
Please help me out on this.

the easiest thing to do is,
1. Use a condition on Z1CONSGROUP and use the EX operator (ref: /people/shabarish.vijayakumar/blog/2006/06/07/customise-your-xpath-expressions-in-receiver-determination)
2. if the EX gives you a fail, then provide no receiver and use the option 'Options for Behavior at Runtime If a Receiver Is Not Found' -> End Message Processing Without Error (Restart not Possible)
3. Else provide the right receiver and let the flow continue.

Rfq document once used as reference for po should not come in doc overview

i want to create po with reference to rfq. the issue is that my client daily creates30 po'swith reference to rfq. so once the rfq is adopted in po that rfq should not be seen in document overview. ONLY RFQ WHICH ARE NOT ADOPTED AS PO SHOULD BE SEEN IN PO DOCUMENT OVERVIEW.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT SETTING THE PARAMATERS SO THAT USERS CAN ONLY SEE THOSE RFQ'S WHICH ARE TO BE CONVERTED INTO PO'S

Free of goods should not come in return process

Dear sd gurus Have a good day
i have one requirement regarding free of goods suppose if we already given free of goods with main item like 10 pens 1 pen is free( 10 +1)
generally when we do return process for particular document ( return order,return delivery,pgr,return billing) free goods also will come automatically returns but my requirement is only main item only should come in return process not free of goods.bz after taking main item in return process due to damaged goods ,here only main item only should come not free of goods
how i can achieve this ?

I did some searching in copy control (IMG), in view of your business requirement.
In connection to my earlier post, "re-determination of Free goods" in RE order type;
when RE order is created with reference to OR
In VTAF, see item level TANN, copy control 302: Do not copy
Here the free goods are not copied. Only goods with item category other than TANN are copied from billing document to RE order.
Then if free goods determination is done afresh in RE order. If there is no free goods procedure assigned to RE sales document type, then no free goods are populated in RE order.
I haven't tested this, you could test this and see if it meets your business requirement.
From SAP, F1 help for copy requirement 302:
In this requirement, any items that have this requirement assigned will not be copied into the target document.
Example
When using product selection, it is advisable that only the main item be allowed to be copied from document to document, and the sub-item should be re-determined in the target document based on the current availability situation. In order to implement this, the item category of the sub-item can have this copy routine assigned to it in order to prevent the copying of these items.

Printer offline will not come online

I have an HP 2035N printer connected via LAN to an office network. It has worked for over a year and suddenly changed to "offline" mode. I am unable to communicate with it via the HP diagnostic tool. I have typed in the IP address to see if that solves the issue but it does not. How do I get the printer to come online?

Please disconnect the PC from the wireless network and reconnect it to ensure the PC didn't wrongly connected to a different open network in your area.
If that does not help please let me know what Anti Virus and Firewall programs you may have installed on your PC.

Header in .rtf template should not come on the first page?

I developed a custom AR statements report, in the report I to print repeatedly from the second page ( it shouldn't come on the first page header), how can I do this.

you can use different page header and footer have develope the report in 2 pages or only one page .
if you develope the report in 2 pages
in the first page remove header and use different first page header property in word and paste the header in second page.

Picture should not come in draft mode of purchase order

one of my client is asking print layout of two method.one is for draft mode and another is approved purchase order.
that is picture should automatically apply for approved purchase order and should be disable for draft purchase order.

Printer now will not come out of sleep mode with new MiFi 5510L

I have a HP 3522 All In One wireless printer networked via my MiFI router that goes into sleep mode as it is supposed to after a set period of idle time but the only way I can get it back on line/wake up is to unplug it and plug it back in. While asleep, none of the buttons work and all print jobs fail because the 'printer cannot be found'. I never had this problem until I upgraded from an older MiFi unit to the 5510L.
I am using a MacBook Pro and MacBook Air both running OS X Mavericks 10.9.1
Any ideas?

KSutherland, I'm so sorry this is occurring with your phone. I understand how frustrating this can be when you're trying to use your phone and have to pull the battery. I researched information about your phone that have been reported by customers and didn't find this as a known issue. I also show the Bionic received a software update on December 9, 2011. I recommend updating your phone to the new software, which can assist with. I listed a link below with information and instructions for the update.

Additionally, I would also like to recommend clearing the cache and browser history. This can help the device from having slow functionalities. The steps are below:
From a Home screen, select the App menu (located in the lower right).
Select Browser.
If the application icon is missing, select App menu filter (located at the top) then select All apps.
Select Menu.
Select More.
Select Settings.
Within settings you can clear the following :
--Clear all, which clears all deletes history, cache, cookies, form data and passwords
--Clear cache, which clears visited website content stored on the device. The cache enables the browser to download only the content that has changed since the last time a website was visited. Since the browser only downloads changed content, pages are loaded faster.
--Clear history, which clears a listing of URLs (website addresses) that have been recently visited.
--Clear cookie data, which clears some cookies contain customized preference and logon information for previously visited websites. Once deleted, the website may prompt for this information again.

hello everyone ,
my requirement is to print the smartform in hindi .i have tried and insert the hindi text in my cutomized table and also fetch the same to smartform. in printprieview it is displaying in hindi but while printing it gives #### .
