Print preview in me22n

Hi all,
i am working on sap script on purchase order.
i copied medruck script and removed logo. now i am seeing print preview of this in me22n.
wen its indian currency amount is showing like this 5,500.00 inr
this is ok
but for us currency it is showing like this 5.500,00 usd
i want this us curency also in 5,500.00
i changed the settings in oy01 tcode for us and kept the decimal format wat i required. but it is not taking.
can any body help me.

'Print Preview' in Me22n/23n and thru ME9F and PROCESSING STATUS

Hi ,
We are taking print of Purchase Order thru "Print Preview" button available in ME22N / ME23N.
Although the print out is perfect but system is not changing the processing STATUS of message 'output type'.The status remains YELLOW ( processing program has not started yet).
While If I take the print of same purchase order thru ME9F , we are getting the same Print and the status of output type also gets changed to Green " Processed Sucessfully".
Could u pls let me know what is issue at my end.

Dear,
The system always creates a new version when the purchasing document has reached a final state.
This means one of the following processing states:
● Active
If you do not use the document release functionality
● Release completed
If you use the document release functionality
For a new version of a purchasing document to be created, all messages must have also been transmitted.
No new versions are generated for purchase orders that are on hold.
Not every change to an external purchasing document results in a new version. The following changes lead to a new version:
● All print-relevant changes
You define which changes are print-relevant in Customizing for Purchasing under Messages ® Fields Relevant to Printouts of Changes.
● Changes in document assignment
● Changes in address
Address changes result in a new version only if the field ADRC-NAME1 has been defined as a field that is relevant to printouts of changes.
● Changes to master conditions
Changes in master conditions result in a new version only if the field EKPO-NETPR has been defined as a field that is relevant to printouts of changes.
Version Data
You will find the version data:
● In the item details on the Versions tab page in Enjoy purchase requisitions (ME51N, ME52N, ME53N)
● In the header data on the Versions tab page of Enjoy purchase orders (ME21N, ME22N, ME23N)
● Under Header ® Versions in RFQs, conventional purchase orders (ME21, ME22, ME23), contracts, and scheduling agreements.
There you can maintain version data (e.g. reason for change) and complete the version. In addition, the Value change field shows you whether and to what extent the value of a requisition or external purchasing document item has changed in comparison with the previous version.
You can display the change documents for one or more versions by selecting the relevant versions and choosing Display Changes.
Please check accordingly.

ME23n and Print Preview

HI experts,
I am actually abaper but also look into some MM issues.
I am really sorry if i have posted in a wrong forum.
Well i can view the PO print preview in ME22N but if print preview in ME23N it is giving a message
'No message found'.
Recently the MM functional consultant have configured a new PO type.
So i have done the changes to the smartforms but i m sure that will not give effet to the me23n.
ME23n is working fine for all other PO type but it is not only working for the new PO type.
Please guide me.

HI,
For the automatic determination of message type we have to maintain in the T code MN04-automatic determination of the message type.
SO in this tcode for the Smart form you have developed ,they should have been a link done to a message type in NACE T.code.
so take that output message type and go to MN04 and maintain for the new PO document type,so that it automatically trigger the same.
For Time beign.only for that PO if you want to get ,then just in the ME22N,Click on the Button Messages
there in add the ourput message type ,Partner function(VN) and the Out put type (print,email ..) and the other option..whether you want it immediately after saving (4) or transaction based then it should be (3)
so the above options,you would get the print preview.

Print preview in ME21N/ME22N/ME23N

Hi!
In transactions ME21N/ME22N/ME23N we can see PO print preview after we click Print preview button.
Is it possible to deactivate upper toolbar in this preview??
Or deactivate: Go to -> 'View list' in this toolbar?

Now, I have another question:
How can I transport transaction variant assigning??
On developer system I created transaction variant, variant group and assigned users to it.
It works perfectly.
Transaction variant and variant group I assigned to Workbench request and transported it to Test System 1 (TE1)
Assigning user to variant group I assigned to Customizing transport and transported to Test System 1 (TE1).
However it doesn't work correctly on TE1.
I have to go again into SHD0 on TE1 and assign users to variant group. Then it works.
Now I have acces to TE1 to SHD0 but I will don't have it soon.
How can I transport transaction variant assigning??
How can I activate my variant globally? For all users??
I typed * in User field. Is it correctly??

Me22n/me23n Print preview reg

In ECC6.0 ME22N/ME23N Print preview is not working.Is it working for anyone .

In the case of documents that have not yet been released, a message is generated which cannot, however, be outputted.
You can tell that a certain message cannot be outputted by the fact that the Blocked indicator is set in the Additional details for the message.

Print Preview in PO

How do i make the Print preview buttion in Display mode in ME22N?(change PO)
We have configured Release strategy so that the user should not print PO directly from this Tcode.
After making the respective releases only,they have to print through ME9F.

It is standard that you are able to see the print preview before the PO
is released.
However, you may deactivate the display of the icon in ME2*N as
following:
trxn code SE80, select Function Group, enter "MEGUI"->GUI status->Normal
you can control the "print preview" function here . eg. Menu bar,
Application toolbar and Function keys. (only for your reference)
SAP does NOT recommend to do so and will not be responsible to any
subsequent problems which might be caused.

Print Preview of purchase order

when i am trying to see the print preview for a purchase order, system showing a message like

Go to MN04 trxn & create the Output messages for the Key combination you want..
also Please maintain the Communication data & Printer details in MN04 trxn...
and then open your PO in ME22N trxn & Save..
So that the output will trigger automatically for already created Po's..
for New PO's the Output will trigger automatically, once you maintain the settings in MN04 trxn..

Print preview issue for amendment purchase order

Whenever i have created po in me21n t.code for two materials that time my outputype neu coming automaticaly and po print out also come for two materials in me9f .
Supoose i have change quantity in me22n t.code for first line item for same po that time also neu coming automatically.but in me9f coming printout first line item only,after that po quantity changed available text in print preview,second line item material not comes,i need second line material also in print preview,plz help.
Following configurations are completed for my output type(NEU) automatic generation in ME21N t.code and ME22N t.code
in nace t.code EF purchase order for my condition records NEU for my document type nb and my vendor vn and message transsmission medium 5, dispatch time 3,language En,and my communication output device HP and save it
SPRO-IMG-MM-PURCHASING-MESSAGES-MESSAGE TYPES-DEFINE MESSAGE TYPES FOR PURCHASE ORDER-FINED TUNED CONTROL PURCHASE ORDER-operation 1 for neu automatic generation in me21n, then operation 2 for neu automatic generation in me22n.

Hi,
One thing you can do is, create a GUI Status resembleing the current GUI status, except the Print Prieview Button.Ans set the GUI Status before calling the Transaction in BADI or User Exit.

Print Preview Purchase Order with release strategy

Hi gurus,
With release stratregy you can not print a PO before release through ME9F. The system will give error message 'No corrosponding document found'. However, you can print PO through 'Print Preview' by clicking on Print icon in ME22N, we need that "Print Preview"doesn't print PO without release. System it shouldn't print.

Me23n Print preview display problem for specific o/p type

Hello gurus,
A small problem..
I have modified the Smartform for a specific o/p type in PO and the moved to PRD
when seeing the Print preview in me23n the Smartform is not being displayed in PRD....
all other setting in ->messages, further data in me22n are same as for other o/p types..
The poblem is only for this o/p type POs all other o/p types the print-preview is displaying the form..
suggestions required...

i think there is a missing of cluster table ..
check the t-code se09
go to the customizing release request .
there is a ur updated nace release request number.
expand that request number .
see there is an another request number.
again expand it.
check whether there is a view cluster maintenance data or not?
if it is present.
expand it there u see the cluster table.
else.
u mistaked in nace transport.

RFQ Output print preview

Hi friends,
I want to see the print preview of my RFQ. But I am unable to see the print preview in ME41/ME42/ME43. In my PO i can see the print preview, but for RFQ its not showing at all.
Please suggest.

Hi.
Which component are you using purchase order?
I guess ME21N.
Preview function should be added in Enjoy transaction like ME21N, ME22N etc.
So when you try to create ME21, you won't find the way to preview the output.
You can reffer to Note 457497(18).
18. In the EnjoySAP Transaction ME21N, ME22N or ME23N you go into in the
    print preview for a purchase order.It can happen that the system
    displays too much or too little data.However, the print output of
    the document is correct.
It's not the comment about "Enjoy can use the preview" but we can guess from the
text.
Instead of that, you can see the Nast data from ME9A(for RFQ and for PO ME9F)
and you can use the preview function.
I'm not sure if this help you, but it should be restriction of old transaction.
Just only information, the coding of ME21N to call preview function.

In the tcode ME22N, give the PO no.
In the menu ... Go To -
> Messages
Define a entry for print o/p:
Enter the o/p type
Medium should be "1 Print Output"
Hit enter.
Click on Communication Method:
in Format Enter the Test Sap Script name that you have changed.
Save & come back..
Then go to the initial screen & click on print preview, you should see the display.

I think while creating PO your actual vendor is different and in the item details in delivry address yuo may have enter a different vendor just check this in ME22N in item details,whether there is a different vendor code in delivry address of item, or then as suggested by otheres take help of you abaper.

The Mozilla WHITE start page is blocking the upper left Firefox to Print to Print Preview, so i can not see what is on the Printer Glass

The BIG WHITE MOSTLY BLANK , MOZILLA START PAGE was blocking my use of PRINT PREVIEW, from the orange "Firefox" in the upper left corner.
I was told i was using an out of date version of Firefox.
But no "click here to update".
So i downloaded the new edition of Firefox.
And still, i can not see PRINT PREVIEW, because the large white screen of the MOZILLA START PAGE is blocking it.
I have selected a background wallpaper, so would rather not see ANY of the BIG WHITE START PAGE, at all !!
