I do use Search Functionality, i have come to know those two forms. When i am looking into the program Open_form Fun. Module is not containing form name. In the output which i am looking into for F.27 is different than those two forms. So i think there could be any zform available. By any chance can you tell me where i can find that zform ?

Prob in getting Mail body for the standard tcode F150(Dunning).

Hello all,
I am using F150 for the dunning notice print out.After seeing the display of the dunning notice once we come back it populates a popup window where it asks to send the mail to the particular mailid or not. I have used the BTE --- SAMPLE_PROCEE_00001040 and copied it as z function module and customised according to my requirement in order to get the mail id of the customer in the pop up.My mail is going to the customers mail id properly only but my prob is that we are not able to get any mail body for that particular mail.Where can we add the mail body text to that mail in the standard tcode f150.can any one suggest is it possible or not.

Print program for the smartform for selecting the output type (email/fax)

Hi All,
Requirement :I have to create a print program for the smartform where the output type may be print out,email or fax ,so i need to put the condition for selecting the output type (like printout,email,fax).
can any body please let me know how to put the condition for selecting the desired output type ?

Hi
It is not the output type that has to be changed
it is the MEDIUM which you have to change and configure
for printout medium is 1
for FAX medium is 2
for MAIL it is 7.
so instead of printout change the medium to 2 or 7 for the same output type and attach to the same driver program and smartform/form.

I want to restrict the display of F4 values in the standard tcode

In the standard tcode F-22 , for the customer display(F4 help values) ,i dont want to display a group or set of customers to be displayed. Which is the best way of doing this?

I have copied the F150_dunn_01 (form) and the SAPLF150 (printprogram)
This transaction calls the form F150_dunn_01 I want to know how to assign to this transaction my print program ZSAPLF150

         -->Dunning
           -->Printout
In this, appears:
Define Dunning Forms (with SAPScript)
Define Dunning Forms (with SAP Smart Forms)
Assign Dunning Forms
Define Sender Details for Dunning Forms
Develop Enhancements for the Dunning Print Program
Attached Payment Media
   -->And So On.
What are then next steps to make the configutation; sorry I'm newbe jeje

Genetare the back ground jobs of the program from the SM36 tcode

On SM36 when you schedule jobs, you will see options like AFTER EVENT and AFTER JOB. You can use these to schedule you jobs accordingly. Else you can also think of making each of these jobs as a steps in one single job if your requirement allows you to do the same.
In case of using events, you should make sure to raise the event using available FMs.

How to Assign Custom Search Help to the standard tcode ME53N.

I have created a custom Collective Search ZH_T023_MEPO, I want it to be assigned it to the Tcode ME53N. Replacing the standard one H_T023_MEPO. and i also need to restrict it for only one Plant for other Plantu2019s standard search help H_T023_MEPO should work as usual

The search help in the item overview (of the purchase order) is H_T023_MEPO whereas in the item details section (tabstrip Material Data ) it is H_T023.
Thus, there would be at least two search helps that you need to change or modify.
I would suggest a different approach assuming that your requirement is to restrict the search help under certain conditions (e.g. plant). Implement the BAdI ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST and implement two methods:
PROCESS_ITEM = check material group of item and invalidate if required
(IF_PURCHASE_ORDER_ITEM_MM~INVALIDATE)
CHECK = closing check of entire PO (in case of invalid material groups return CH_FAILED = 'X'

Facing Problem on Material No field in all the standard TCode

Dear Gurus
I am facing a problem which is like when ever I am trying to fint out the material no of our desire with material text with the Ffour option in Material No field on any of standard report like pending PO material wise party wise r pending pr the Ffour option is nt cming and instead a same material no is cming across all the tcode which is causing us problem to find out the our desire material no. Where as its wrking fine in other usr ids .

I am a bit confused by your use of abbreviations. However, it sounds like you are having an issue whereby your USERID does not manage the Material Number in the same way that other USERIDs are doing. Pls confirm.
First thing to check are your USERID parameters. SU3 > select parameters tab. Look for any parameter that contains the material number that is plaguing you; if you find one delete the material number from the parameter.
If you don't see the material number, then compare your parameters with the parameters of a user whom you want to emulate. Delete/add parameters from your profile to make yours similar to the 'good' one.

Two print programs using the same output type in t-code v/40

Hi,
I am trying to use the same Output type RD00 to print diferent forms.
In t-code v/40 we can fill a second Processing but how this work?
Can someone tell me more about this?
The final goal is to print diferent forms according to different companies.

Hi,
It is not possible to have 2 different routines to be assigned to one output type in the procedure. I think when you say 2 routines, you are saying 2 logics or you are saying the subroutines KOBED and KOBEV of the routine.
In all reqmt routines, which is in discussion now, only one of the subroutines will be always called, though I dont know unfortunately which one is this. As you said, that only one of your processing logic works, that is the right subroutine area where the second logic should also be coded. So please move your code from the inactive subroutine area to the active subroutine area. Now you should be able to see both the validations being active.

From Tcode FBCJ calling Z print program

I have a requirement on Cash Journal receipt. In tcode FBCJ after corresponding data, and then clicking on Receipt button a stardard receipt form is being opened. But I have created a z-print program in smartform for cash journal. My requiremnt is to call my z print program on clicking the Receipt button in FBCJ, How to do this? Can anyone help me please.

Hi,
For calling a Z program in the standard transaction you have to do configuration in NACE transaction,
Select the application type and click on Output type, there you can modify or create output type
select the line and click on Processing routines.
There you can specify the smartform name and driver program (z program) name in the fields.
Also maintain Form routine name.

How to find standard print programs for ADOBE forms

Hi All,
My question is how to find the standard SAP print program for a SAP provided ADOBE form. For example - how to find what is the satndard SAP provided print program for the ADOBE form for payment advice 'F110_AVIS_INT'.
As by default in the transaction F110 (where the payment advice form configuration is done), a SAP Script form is attached and the print program assigned is an SAP Script (as it contains call to function module like open_form, write_form... ) program and not an ADOBE print program.

My question was how to find the standard SAP provided print program (or driver program which contains the data fetch logic and passing of the data to the interface of the ADOBE form) for these SAP provided ADOBE form.
If SAP has provided standard ADOBE form then definitely they would also have provided the standard print program too ?

The path system --> Status --> program SAPLFPUIFB is the standard program for the SFP transaction and not for the payment advice form F110_AVIS_INT.
It will be same for all the ADOBE forms if we check in System --> Status --> Program.

Standrad smartform and standard print program not available in ECC 6.0

Hi gurus,
I have a requirement like, I need to change the logo of the standrad smartform based on the company code.
The standard smartform name is '/SMBUSE/US_MMGR3'.
I have searched for the above form in ECC 6.0 and could not find one.
is the issue because of installation or configuration?
Please let me know what need to be installed or configured. so that I can give directions to the respective basis / functional guys.
please let me know the standard print program for the above smartform and how can I find the same.

Hi ,
No standard smartform's were available because SAP Best Practises was not installed in the system.
If standard smarforms are not installed then in this case we need to need to download the forms and upload them in our system.
We need to copy paste the standard print program's as well.

Print program is not getting triggered when saving the application

Hi all,
My requirement is when i save the invoice using VF01 the print program should get triggered.
The print program is not getting triggered when saving the application even when i have configured the outtype and have attached the print program.
The setting "send immediately (when saving application)" is also checked.
I need to configure it for VF01 transaction.
The error message displayed was " please maintain output device in master data".

1. Defining Access Sequence(can use existing).
2. Defining Output Condition Type(can use existing). - Assigning the Driver Program and Form in processing routine.
3. Output Determination Procedure
4. Assign Output Procedure to Billing Types

Billing print program

Hi Experts,
I have a requirement to develop a custom JV billing form using SAPSCRIPT. After investigating the print program, I found that I would need to customize the standard print program in order to produce the custom billing form.
I have finished the development of the program and the form, but am having difficulties with the settings in SPRO.
Configuration was done through TCODE GJ81.
From my past experience, such as in PO form configuration, we can easily change the print program and use the matching form to be used for the print program. In the billing configuration, but here it seems that I cannot change the print program only the form.
Does anyone know how I can change the print program also?
