Print Script  Cover page

Hi Guru's,
I have a requirement to print the cover page of the script. Script Copies needs to be printed is 4.
on the First copy I need to put 'ORIGINAL, Second copy I need to put 'DUPLICATE', Third copy I need to put 'TRIPLICATE' and on Fourth Copy I need to put 'FOURTH COPY'.
If I gave NAST-ANZAL = 4. it prints the 4 copies but how to put text in particular copies.
I have only one page in script and it tends to grow as main window has some info.
Please give me suggestions,.....
Thanks in Advance.

I'm using an Officejet 8100 pro eprinter, and would like to disbale  printimng of the emaol cover page that accompanies the attachment. Would also like to be able to print 2 copies of the attachment.

Hi Pedro, in the print preferences you should have an option for which specific pages you want to print (so you can print say Page2->5 and print two copies)

  • To add Cover page in SAP Script if pages are more than 10.

    Hello Experts,
I want to print a Cover page first if and only if number of pages exceeds 10 in SAP Script.
Cover Page should be the first page and then the remaiing pages.

It's not possible to find the no of pages the script will generate, until it's printed. Again, you need the cover letter as the first page.
There could be a solution to your requirement. Call the script and get OTF format without printing it to spool. You will get to know the no of pages in the main script . If it's more than 10, call the secondary script to get the OTF data of cover letter. Merge the OTF of main script to OTF of cover letter and print the OTF data to spool using FM PRINT_OTF.
Check this link for similar code. In your case, the spool of the two sapscripts needs to be merged.

  • Printing Production Order -- Cover Page Problem

When a production order is printed, a cove page is generated by a form ZPSFC_PRINT_LAY. ZPSFC_PRINT_LAY is designed to print necessary information regarding all operations, including base rate and etc. I modified ZPSFC_PRINT_LAY to include one more piece of information and now I am trying to modify its program that calls all the tables and has created the form itself. I am having difficulty in finding it. The form is not mentioned under nace. I also checked the TNAPR and it is not there. Where do I find a program for sapscript form ZPSFC_PRINT_LAY that is used for Production Order Cover Sheet? PLEASE HELP! THANKS!

    Hi,
You can't find production order lay out sets link with print programs in TNAPR.

    Try following
when you give print from sap

click on properties -> then click on specifications -> now from drop down box against field name ( Under Default for field) Select PRSAP SAP Cover Page ->  click change against System Administrator: Default -> select do not print (under  change hiring data)
check the validity for which you don't want to print SAP cover Page . and click copy settings.

  • Avoid printing cover page when eprinting photo?

Whenever I send an email photo to eprint, My PS 7525 always first prints a cover page telling it was sent from my smartphone.  This is a huge waste of paper and ink.  Can I turn off that feature?

Hi there, the tag at the end of an email saying "Sent from my ....." is controlled from the mobile device itself, its not something that the ePrint service adds on to your messages. This link is to a non-HP article explaining how you can change the settings on Apple and Android devices to remove this tag. You might also consider using the free HP ePrint mobile app to print photos from your mobile device to your PS 7525. Printing via this method does not require you to send an email with the photo as an attachment to the printers email address. Here's a link where you can find out more information including how to download it on Apple or Android devices.
Hope this information proves useful but post back if you're still having the problem.

  • Booklet / Duplex printing with cover

Using MS Word 2010 and have successfully used bookfold to print in landscape, 2 pages per sheet and in duplex mode. 36 pages printed on 9 sheets ( 4 x 9 =36)
Word prints from inside, ie center pages and finishes with the cover. after re inserting the copies for duplex, the printing is finished leaving a booklet ready to fold and staple.  No rearranging pages, hassle free and all in order.
This printer has only one tray. Till now I have counted out my 8 sheets and then slipping in the cover page at the bottom, making it the 9th sheet.  I want to avoid this strategy of counting out the sheets.
In printer properties--> paper/quality, there is a special pages option.  The options are covers and print pages on different paper.  I am trying to learn how to use this option.
My goal is to manually feed the cover stock, print on the cover, and automatically print the other sheets. By manually feeding the cover, the program has to count out the 8 sheets of regular paper..  Recognizing that page setup may require different selections to accomplish the printing.  What would the selections now have to be?
So to start the printing, manually feed in the cover, print on regular paper, then flip on short edge to complete duplex printing.
    Or
print the first x number of sheets, manually request insertion of the cover as the last sheet, and then flip for the duplex printing.
How does Word define "cover" when I think of "cover" just like the paper jacket on a book.
So the request is how to get Word to ask to load one sheet of cover stock and automatically print the remaining sheets..
Looking forward to suggestions, Thanks all

    Hi @Artierose ,
I see by your post that you would like to be able to print the cover page and then the rest of the document duplexed.
    I can help you.

  • Don't want to send Fax Cover page

    Hi Gurus,
When we send Dunning letter and Customer Statement by Fax it's printing Fax cover page. We don't need fax cover page to be send out.
Can you please advise me on what settings needed to stop faxing Fax cover pagee for Dunning and Customer Statement?
    Thanks in advance

Is it the SAP default fax cover page or from your fax server.  If it's SAP 4.7 you can look for the SAP Note that shows how to stop using the fax cover page.  Or if you are manually faxing with SAP Workplace you can uncheck the Fax cover page setting in Go to fax entries screen each time.

  • Cover page

When printing to an HP photosmart 6515 printer from a remote location by sending it to the @hpeprint.com address the printer automatically prints a cover page, which is a big waste of paper. how can I stop/cancel the cover page? We don't want it for anything sent to the printer

    Hello dscinc,
Welcome to the HP Support forums.  I understand that when you are sending an email to your printer’s ePrint email address that it is printing a cover page.
I’m wondering if the cover page you are referring to is the body of the email you are sending to the printer?  If it isn’t could you please let me know what information is printed on the cover page?  In addition, please let me know which make/model/product number of HP printer you have (Guide to finding your product number).
    Thank you.

  • SCRIPT: second page is not print but need spool number

    Hi Friends,
I'm creating a script. It has only one page. if the line item is exceeds in main window then it automatically print the next page.
    now my requirement isgiven below
I need to print the first page and the second page should not print. But i need seperate spool request for 2nd page. whenever the user wants second page at that time he use the 2nd page spool number to take the print.
is there any solution or alternative method?
    Thanks in Advance.
    Vallamuthu.M

Hmmm if i knew your exact requirement i would be able to propose something better i guess, since this seems a little weird to be honest.
E.G. having a own output type for your page 2.
Anyway, returning to what you asked. You opened your form using FM OPEN_FORM. and when you are ready you use CLOSE_FORM to close it again.
You could make use of END_FORM followed by START_FORM when page 2 is to be printed.
This will give you page 1 and page in seperate spools.
you could as well close your form and open it again with ITCPO-TDNEWID = 'X' inmstead of using end_form and start_form.
But still i highly doubt that complete scenario.

  • Sapscript - Not printing Cover Page

    Hello Experts,
I have created 2 pages in sapscripts(Cover and First). Cover will print only once and First will be printed depending upon the main item data. But, while printing, Cover page is not getting printed. Only the First page is printing. Even, on header, I have already defined cover as fisrt page and first page as next page.
    Please suggest.
    Regards
    Arpit Chelawat

    Yes Surya.
    Value of  ITCPO-TDCOVER = D(Default, Priter setting).
I have checked in debugger, it is not calling Cover page either.
    Pleaes help.

  • Script for scanning  and converting  cover page of PDF to JPEG

Hi we are building an application that would allow the upload of PDFs. We want to be able to scan and convert the cover page to jpeg for display purposes.
Does anyone know whether there is a ready made script to do this?

This would require a plug-in so that you could access the AVConversion methods. Unfortunately since Acrobat is not licensed for server use you would not be allowed to have this plug-in as part of an automated workflow on a server accepting uploads.

  • Unable to disable Cover Page printing on standard report

    HI Experts,
I would like to exclude the cover page printing of standard transaction code S_ALR_87009895 's report.
The preview comes out fine (without the cover page) but when it is sends to the spool and then preview at SP01 before printing, the display includes the cover page.
The cover page includes: Sorting Criteria and Data Statistics above the actual report.
How do I exclude the cover page?
NOTE: I had tried setting the properties prior the printing to DO NOT PRINT at SAP Cover Page drop down list, and OS Cover Page .
But it seems to have no effect.
Any other setting at printer device level?
    Kindly advice the steps.
    Thank You.

    Goto--->Start--->Printers & Faxes--->Right click on printer--->Properties--->Advance TAB
Page Separator--->Just remove the page separator
    Hope this works.

  • Unwanted cover page with print job

When I print a document, a cover sheet prints first. It lists the filename, directory, template, title, subject, author, and more. This sheet prints with every document printed. When I wants to print more than one page, it prints before each page. How do I turn this off? It started suddenly.
    I have a HP photosmart 5520 printer
    wireless connection
    Macbook Air with OS 10.9.5
    Thanks,
    Kaki

Hi @Kakikaki , and welcome to the HP Forums!
I understand you're running into print issues.  I would like to help!
I would suggest deleting the printer from your print system, using this document: Uninstalling the Printer Software.
Once you have deleted it, I would suggest verifying and repairing the disk permissions: About Disk Utility's Repair Disk Permissions feature.
I would also suggest running your Apple updates:  OS X: Updating OS X and Mac App Store apps
After the updates, I would recommend reinstalling the HP Photosmart 5520 e-All-in-One Full Feature Software and Drivers.
Good luck and please let me know the results of your troubleshooting steps. Thank you for posting on the HP Forums!

    Hello,
This seems to be what is called a "Separator page" in Windows printer driver.
Separator pages are used at the beginning of each document to make it
easy to find a document among others at the printer
On Windows, it is a "Printer Driver" setting
