I have written a Z Smartforms and Z print program.
I have used ZRV56TD00(Copied from standard program RV56TD00),Inside it I have submitted the program(Z print Program) for the shipment number for the transaction code VT03N.
It is now printing the form in english well and good.
Now I want the same to work for the ARABIC.
I had done the arabic translation in SE63 and If I run the program It is printing only in English.
When the assigned the output type with AR also,It is printing in ENGLISH Only.
Suitable answers will be rewarded.

Hi Manoj,
Goto transaction NACE and check wether you have mentioned the language in Mail title and texts for the particular message type.

Error while trying to assign an output type to medium external send in smar

Hi,
My requirement is to send a smartform through e-mail as PDF attachment.I have made the changes in the print program of the smart form.When I try to assign the output type to the medium external send in vt02n transaction,it is being saved but it is showing the status as 'not processed'.When I check the processing log it is showing 'Please maintain a output device in your user master data'.But I am able to send the mail and open the attachment.When I try to assign the same o/p type to medium special function,this is being successfully processed .Why am I getting error when I try to assign theo/p type to external send?

Check the logic in the entity adapter ENT_Prov_Permitted_Resources.
This adapter is causing problems when you are trying to assign the resource.

Assignment of output type to billing document

I have a billing document for which output type is not assigned.
Now, whenever I am trying to take the print by VF02, it is asking for output type. and i am giving any output type, the error is coming that " No output type is assigned to the billing document".
Please suggest, whether we need to assign the output type to the billing document??

You should have a output determination procedure along with the billing type assigned to the output type(for eg: RD00,RD01 etc).Apart from this you should have a valid condition record which you create using VV31 in which you can control the key combination by maintaining chosen fields in the condition table which pulls the data as per the access sequence and provide you enough combination(for eg: for a certain sales org and Billing type combination etc )
In the condition record you define the medium,dispatch time and language and not forgetting the output device as well.

You maintain the output type determination settings for the inbound and outbound delivery handlers, so that output types can be determined for deliveries, pursuant to the message control mechanism.

Please check which output-types for shipment have been maintained in transaction code VV7x (Output-Condition Records).
Menu path: Logistics -> Sales and Distribution -> Master Data -> Output -> Shipment
- VV71 - Create
- VV72 - Change
- VV73 - Display
Or go to customizing (TCode: SPRO) to verify how they have been maintained:
Menu path: IMG -> Logistics Execution -> Transportation -> Basic Transportation Functions -> Output Control -> Maintain Output Determination for Shipments

Assign New Output type to billing Document

Hello,
I have created a new output type.I wish to assign this output type to my billing document through VF02(Manually). But when clicking on the matchcode to select the newly created Output type, it doesnt exist. And when I try to write it and save, i get an error message: "Output XXXX is not defined"
I double checked in Tcode NACE and the configuration seems ok; the program, smartform, routines and medium was correctly filled in.
Could you guys please help me on this? What is to be done ?

You created your "output type " for aplication V3 (billing) ?
Also, you have to create a "procedure" (see button in NACE) and provide your output type for procedure V10000 (billing).
(the F4 is selected from T683S -> procedures)

Hi,
From SAP at a time only single printer can print the Output.
But once the spool request is generated, in the OS level with the help of network people on SPOOL SERVER you can distribute that Spool request to multiple printers.

You will have to call the SMART Form from your print program. The print program will be called by the standard SAP code, using the configuration that you will have to do in the NACE transaction.
Choose the specific application in NACE transaction, click on the output types. now, choose the output type, and clock the Mail and processing routintes and you can configure your print program and form here.
In side the program you will call the form.

i have maintained a output type for a purchase organisation in MN04, VN partner keep blank , medium 1 for print out and in date time : 4
output device is 'LOCL' "print immediately" and "release after output" are active in communication.
a message type generated when i created a PO, but it is a red light, and processing log is "Error in OPEN_FORM for document xxx".
after checked, custom script from caused this issue, but how to resolve this problem?

The error ME142 can have different causes like missing authorizations
or a terminated connection. Please see SAP notes 397691 and 532251. This note
states that is errors occur when purchasing documents are output, If
errors occur when purchasing documents are output, the system generates
an error message in the message log of the message overview. However,
error message ME142 'Error in OPEN_FORM for document &' contains only
the information that an error occurred and not the error cause. With the
attached source code, the error cause is also displayed in the error
message.

PO Print Error ---- Using output Types+

Dear Experts
we hv defined output type to take PO Print. When We taking the print for service order,
getting the dump.

    &INCLUDE INCL_INSTALLATION_ERROR
What happened?
    The current program had to be terminated because of an
    error when installing the R/3 System.
    The program had already requested 226785696 bytes from the operating
    system with 'malloc' when the operating system reported after a
    further memory request that there was no more memory space
    available."
Cany anyone hv idea about this.

Hi,
It seems it is a memory allocation problem delete old spool request using the report RSPO1041,
if problem still persists check printer setting in t-code SPAD also have a talk with basis guys.

Printing 2 different output type at the same time

Hi,
I need some advice on form printing.
There are 2 forms(both are smartforms). first is printing bill of lading. second is printing packing list. Originally, these 2 forms are printed seperated via different transaction and output type.
currently, user wishes to print the bill of lading thru vt02n, and print packing list after the bill of lading. in other word, they wish to print these 2 forms at the same time.
i tried creating a program which include the BDC to print packing list (second form), so that later on it will be called during execution of the 1st form. i added the code in the print program of the bill of lading. However, the 2nd form is not printed.
is there any other way to automate the printing of the 2nd form. Please advice.

If she simply renamed her iCloud ID, to change it on her phone all she has to do is go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the new ID name. But before deleting the account, if she has any photos in photo stream that are more than 30 days old that are not in her camera roll or backed up somewhere else she should save these to her camera roll first or she will lose them. To do this, open the photo stream album in the thumbnail view, tap Edit, tap all the photos she wants to save, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll.
Making this change on her phone will probably also update the account shown on icloud.com.
