I'm just trying to set up connection so I can scan and send.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I asked the moderator to remove your printer claim code from the title of the thread. I see that you are trying to set up the scan to email feature of your printer.
To better assist you, would you please provide some additional information:
What make/model/product number of HP printer do you have? How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
How is the printer connected (USB cable, ethernet, or wireless)?
What operating system are you using on your computer? whatsmyos.com
Have you gotten any error messages? If yes, what does the error message say and where is it displayed (computer or printer)?
Have you used the printer claim code in an HP ePrintCenter account or HP Connected account? HP connected has only been rolled out to the USA, the UK, France and Germany.

Here is the method to register your printer and get the claim code.
Once you connect your printer with the wired network, let the printer fetch the IP address.
Now connect your laptop or PC to the same network.
Type the IP address of your printer in the address bar of the browser and hit enter.
You will now see the Embeded Web Services Page.
Navigate to the Web Service tab and click enable or Click on the web services button on the printers touch screen and hit enable and continue to register the printer.
Now the printer should get enabled and print an information sheet with the claim code.

Printing fixed number of Invoice Line in rtf template with level two group

Hi,
I have to print fixed number of invoice lines on a page. Invoce tempalte design has a table with header and summary(Invoice , tax and shiping totals) at each page in table footer. The table should repeate at each page with header and footer. I need to print specific number of rows or number of rows wihich page can accumulate in table body on each page.
I checked few blogs giving solution for fixed number of rows printing say

and

Above two blogs explanation has only one group at line level. but in my case there are two groups (Parent and child) at line level. I am able to count rows in parent group but it is not counting lines in child group.

Will it be possible for you to move the 1st and 3rd sections to header/footer?
So that if the 2nd section spills over to next page too, starting position of 3rd section wont be affected.

I have a problem with SMART FORM .
I tried to print PERNR Number of PA00002. I Need only one varible its printing fine. its printing 15 personal numbers per page.
my requirement is , it should print 60 personal numbers on a page.
i am giving sample here.now its print like bellow.
20001
20002
20015 after 15 rows its going to next page. but i want like bellow
20001            20016           20031        20046
20002            20017           20032        20047
20015            20030           20045        20069
                  OR
20001               20002       20003         20004

Thanks alot for your quick reply. i tried with your logic. its working for 4 numbers and mulitple of 4. if i give 20001 to 20004 or 20008 or 20012 in selection screen its working fine.
if i gave 20001 to 20003. its not printing. if i give 20001 to 20010, its printing till 20008 not printing 20009 and 20010.
i am sedning the code. pls can you tell me where is mistake. i am appending itab2 at last column.i think thats why its comming like this.but if i append after end of 4 th column its print only first column and remaining values are zero.

Is it a Deskjet ? Please try:
Based on your printer model, use one of the following options to print the information sheet.
Option one: If you see an ePrint buttonOn the printer control panel, press the ePrint () button to open the Web Services menu.
If Web Services is enabled, touch Print Info. An information sheet prints that has your claim code.
If Web Services is not enabled, touch OK to accept the terms of service, and then touch OK to accept the update. An information sheet prints that has your claim code.
Option two: If you see a Setup iconOn the printer control panel, touch Setup (), and then touch Web Services Settings.
If Web Services is enabled, touch Print Info. An information sheet prints that has your claim code.
If Web Services is not enabled, touch Continue, touch Yes to accept the terms of service, touch Yes to accept the update, and then touch Print Info. An information sheet prints that has your claim code.

Claim number for my HP 3052a

Nothing works . I want a claim number for my hp 3052a. I have tried all recovery methods. I want to set up Cloud Print but I have to have a printer email address and I cannot recover the address with out a claim number to register the printer.

You can also buy an iTunes Gift card in any Apple Store or any authorized reseller, and tell you'll be able to create an iTunes Account. Remember that you only can purchase anything on the iTunes Store correspondent toy our country of residence. So, if you live on the Netherlands, you'll have to create an account on the Dutch Store.

You didn't indicate which HP printer you have so the information I have will be general in nature. I have including the document on how to get your printer claim code as I suspect yours has probably expired. I have asked the Moderator to remove your claim code in the topic thread. After getting a claim code you'll want to setup your printer's ePrint email address. I've also included a document on how to do that.

Just add a database field
Table - CRD7
Column - Taxid11
If the above is not working then try by using the below FMS
Create UDF(TIN No.) and assign the below FMS Query.
SELECT T0.[TaxId11] FROM CRD7 T0 INNER JOIN OCRD T1 ON T0.CardCode = T1.CardCode
WHERE T1.[CardCode] =$[OINV.Cardcode]
OR
SELECT Max(T0.[TaxId11]) FROM CRD7 T0 INNER JOIN OCRD T1 ON T0.CardCode = T1.CardCode

Assign this FMS Query in UDF(TIN No.)

Printer claimed on another account

Trying to set up instant ink but comes up with the error message 'Printer claimed on another account' how do I find out what account and try to delete? Assuming this is what is required! Very frustrated.

Welcome to the HP forum.
I understand that your getting a message that your printer is claimed on another account.
I would like to help you with this.
I am going to assume that the printer was put onto an account during setup.
Perhaps an alternate email, or a partners email, or kids?
the only real way to find out is to call HP's Cloud Service Department.
I do have a suggestion that may speed you along your way and save you a phone call.
On the front panel of the 5530 touch the web services icon.
It is located in the upperleft hand corner of the display.
It will show you an email address.
If the email is not customised (it looks like random numbers and letters) then I would remove web services.
From the screen where you see the email, touch settings, then scroll down.
You will see the option to remove web services.
This will free the printer from the unknown account.
It will bring you back to the main screen.
Touch the web services icon again.
It will ask you to accept the terms and about auto updates.
I recommend accepting both.
The printer will print you out a new claim code.
If the printer has a customised email, the same steps will work.
The down side is that the custom email will be lost forever.
If you don't want to lose the custom email I would call Cloud Services.

PSE9 - Problem printing from full edit

When I try to print from the full edit page, I click on File, then Print and the Print page pops up. I select the correct printer, hit Print and the Fax menu pops up. I prefer to print from full edit instead of from the organizer. I have a CanoScan 9000f installed, but I don't scan directly to PSE, I only scan to my computer and open the pictures from PSE. Could this be the problem or is there another solution? I cannot print from full edit with any picture, scanned or not.

how to print claim code for hp envy 5530 without connecting to internet. We do not have wireless internet and we are trying to set up the eprint app for our samsun android phones and ipad. We need to print off the claim code from the printer but it seems we need to have internet for that. is there any way around that?
