Printer continually says registration in progress

Although printer has previously worked when scanning to email, this has now stopped.
Message I am receiving is as follows
Registration in Progress.
Registration for Web services is already in progress. Touch OK to dismiss this message when registration is completed.
Have reloaded software etc to no avail and this is seriously frustrating me now
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated

I understand that you are stuck in a bit of loop, I'd like to see if I can help get your printer back up and running with Web Services and Scan to Email. Can you let me know the model of printer?
In the mean time, a great post was given by PrintApper, here: ePrint/Apps Connectivity Troubleshooting - Please Review. It covers many different connection troubleshooting, which I believe is the cause of your issue.

    I see by your post that you replaced the toner and are now getting all black pages. I can help you with this.
    Did you have the same issue with the printer before replacing the toner?
    It could be a hardware or fuser issue with the printer.
    If the issue just started after replacing the toner then most likely it is the toner.
    Make sure the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet. (don't use a power hub or a surge protector)
    Number one cause of toner issues.
    Inspect the toner cartridge for damage:
    1. Remove the toner cartridge from the product and verify that the sealing tape has been removed.
    2. Check the memory chip for damage.
    3. Examine the surface of the imaging drum on the bottom of the toner cartridge.
    CAUTION: Do not touch the roller (imaging drum) on the bottom of the cartridge.
    Fingerprints on the imaging drum can cause print-quality problems.
    4. If you see any scratches, fingerprints, black on the drum, or other damage on the imaging drum, replace the toner.
    5. If the imaging drum does not appear to be damaged, rock the toner cartridge gently several times and reinstall it. Print a few pages to see if the problem has resolved.

  • Printing Continuous Pages

    Hellow
    I'm trying to Print continuous pages report, of a Purchase Order (PO). An PO can contain more than one item, say 25 items, in which it will go to second and maybe third page.
    At the Time of printing and when it comes to the next Page: The printing dose not start from where it should do, rather it starts from the middle of the page.
    What Should be set & dose to resolve such a prob??
    Note:
    PO header Repeating frame is set to Fixed (Vertical Elasticity)
    PO Detil Repeating frame is set to Expand (Vertical Elasticity) with max. no of records displayed to 10
    System config is:
    Oracle developer 6i Rel. 2
    Windows 9x SE (Arabic Enabled).
    Oracle 8i (V. 8.1.5)

    Try placing a variable sized frame (M_1) around:
    PO header Repeating frame is set to Fixed (Vertical Elasticity) This will cause your second frame:
    PO Detil Repeating frame is set to Expand (Vertical Elasticity) with max. no of records displayed to 10 to move up the page when it moves onto the second page since it moves to take up the space free'd by M_1.

  • Connect my Ohaus Scout Pro Scale to Labview without using the Print continuous setting

    Hi there,
    I am connecting my Ohaus Scout Pro Scale (Model 6001) to Labview.
    My program can only read the data from the scale if I am in the print continuous mode or if I manually press the print button on the scale. But I only want to read measurements every 10 minutes and I don't want to press the button manually.
    Therefore I implemented the VISA Write function and I am sending the command P\n (in \-comand). According to the Ohaus manuel this should be the same as pressing pring. But it doesn't work!!!
    What am I doing wrong?
    Is there someone else out there who is using Ohaus Scales and is able to directly read data from the scale?
    Any help would be much appreciated!

    I am using a HP5000 printer and want to reproduce newsletters. All the images (continuous tone) are outputing as halftones. Is it possible to print continuous tone with this laser printer?

    Thanks for the detailed post back to me.
    If this was at one time an option for you and now is not, it would make sense to me that an update of some sort had made the option null and void for you, especially if you have completely uninstalled the printer driver and software and then reinstalled it. If the option was going to be available, doing the uninstall and reinstall would have fixed it in a jiffy.
    I am out of ideas as to any other cause besides an update, as you mentioned. If you have installed the printer on another computer, see if the options are there, if not, they aren't available.

    If they were songs you purchased from itunes, try redownloading them from your purchases...
    if that doednt work, make sure the optuon to copy files to itunes media folder is checked in settings, then find and download from the net. and re-add them to your library

  • I can't sync my iphone to my computer. when i connect to the computer it says 'sync in progress' and on computer it says 'backing up your iphone' but that goes on forever and nothing happens....what to do?

    I am having trouble syncing my Iphone to the computer. Everytime I connect it....it says 'sync in progress' and on Itunes it says 'backing up in progress' but nothing really happens. It goes on forever...I end up disconnecting......please advise.

    If you ever want to cut down on back up times eject your SIM card before starting...you should see the over all time go down a noticable amount.
    Disclaimer: this does not mean that it will zip like lightning, just move faster than it dies with the card in...

    When I  transfer music from itunes library to my ipod touch, it says sync in progress on ipod touch, however, the songs don't show up on ipod touch. I have transferred songs in the past with no problem.  Not sure what is different now or what I'm doing wrong-I am very new at this and any help is greatly appreciated.

    How is your iPod configured to sync music? In other words, what options and configurations do you have enabled from under your iPod's Summary and Music tabs in iTunes? 
    Maybe have a look at this article as well to verify your iPod is set up for syncing music.

    To reset the printing system:
    Choose System Preferences from the Apple menu.
    Choose Print & Scan from the View menu.
    Hold down the Option key while clicking the "-" (Remove printer) button. If no printers are currently added, hold down the Control key while clicking in the box that appears above the "+" (Add printer) button, then choose Reset printing system… from the contextual menu.
    When you've done the above you'll need to re-add the printer by clicking the + (Add printer)

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We're users here and do not speak for "Apple Inc."
    Some basic printer troubleshooting steps before worrying about a printer driver:
    1. Have you tried turning the printer off and back on?
    2A. Is the printer attached with a cable?
         If yes, have you tried unplugging and re-plugging both ends of the printer cable?
         If that does not help, can you test the printer with another cable?
    2B. If your printer is not connected to the computer with a cable, have you tried restarting your printer (assuming wireless connection)?
         Have you tried restarting your wireless router?
    3. Have you tried restarting your MacBook? (Be sure to save your work first.)
    4. Does the printer have ink? (Doesn't usually generate a 'communications error' though)
    5. Have you updated OS X or the program you're trying to print from recently?

    Go back to the editor and close the photo there.

  • Itunes won't open after 2.0 update and ipod says sync in progress

    I have downloaded the ipod 2.0 update after hours of trying, it did what it was supposed to, then it got to "resotring back-up files to ipod touch" , the little progress bar showed up, now itunes is in the toolbar on the bottom, my ipod says sync in progress and it has been like that for more than 20 minutes.
    I have windows XP, and the task manager says it isnt responding.
    WHat do i do? i dont wanna lose everything i had..

  • My printer is saying that it is out of paper when I try to print on 4x6 or 5x7 paper.

    When I try to print on 4x6 or 5x7 paper the printer is saying that it is out of paper. It will print on 81/2 x 11. not sure what is going on.
