You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I have not had issue resolved. I have tried everything and no results. I don't want to have to start at default starting, have so much on my computer. music that I cant even burn cd's or video's. this is crazy. I'm getting fustrated. The error often has the name of the extension in it in some manner, '''supply the message wording''' then at least we'd have an idea of what you see. Plus we really don't know what you did look at, or what you actually tried of what you did look at.
For instance "AVG Free" shows something like tavgp in the message, if I recall correctly, so they aren't always real obvious unless you've seen it before.
But if you really went through some of help pages you would have tried in Safe Mode, gone through the diagnostics, and almost certainly gone through all your extensions turning half off then have of those on or have of those just turned off back on again and repeat -- not fun but it doesn't take a real long time, but I'd rather try other ways first, because I have a lot of extensions and many are already turned off because of Firefox changes for the worse, certainly not because I don't need them.

I ordered at 6am on September 14th. I wouldn't be alarmed if I wasn't aware that a coworker ordered his today and was already billed. My account says my order is still "Processing Order", not sure if this is common or not. I still have a delivery date of October 5th though.

Firefox, 2 problems that have not been corrected

My Firefox version 13 has 2 problems that still occur from previous Firefox versions. The 2 problems are
1) Firefox asks to save password even though I state never the message continues to display for the same web site, in this example it is Gmail log on. If I respond "never" to the remember password option why does it reoccur?
2) The second problem is a "Warning unresponsive script" This message comes up ocassionally not only on my Mac but on Linux. Can I determine what or where this message originates? See attached.

You need to get the owner's manual for your Ford's bluetooth system to see how to put your system into discovery mode for the iPhone as well as the appropriate steps to take.
In addition, you should see if the iPhone is supported.

hello, last friday I noticed there was a sale on bejewled blitz coins so i tried to buy some on my iphone. It took about 5 minutes of a spinning wheel and finally said "oops there was a problem you have NOT been charged" so I noticed two itunes store reciepts and a dip in my credit balance of over $50. If Layers is greyed out it possibly means that you are in Quick Mode. Select 'Expert' and all the options should become available.
Try permanently associating psd files with C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 12\PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe and see if that fixes the issue. Instructions here - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-8/choose-programs-windows-uses-default.

I have not been able to get onto itunes to check my account or purchase anything for about a year now. Got an Alienware system with latest Windows. When I pull up itunes I can access my old music but cannot access my account to purchase anything new. Just reinstalled itunes and it still does not work. I am ready to just quit. If this is an Alienware system, the most likely culprit is the Bigfoot Networks LSP as per the following document:
Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store
Head to the Downloads and Drivers page at Dell for your particular model of Alienware. Look for available updates for your BigFoot networking device. If you update those drivers, does that give you back your Store access?
