PRINTER HELP . . .FAST!!
I need some help with my new HP 4580 All-in-One printer . . .FAST!
I am trying to print envelopes in order to get my Christmas cards out. But the machine won't print! It prints on regular paper just fine. I even folded regular paper to the size of my envelope, and it won't print. It sucks the paper/env. into the printer, and it sounds like it is printing, but the paper comes out blank. Can anyone suggest a quick solution? It's a brand new printer ~ just bough 4 days ago. Everything else is printing fine. Could it not be printing because the paper is going in on the far right side?
This is getting very annoying . . .I've been at this all afternoon. Anyone have some help for me??

Welcome to the HP Forums, I hope you enjoy your experience!
I understand you are unable to setup the printer by USB or wireless.
I will be happy to help you.
The printer won't setup on a Hotspot over the wireless network. You would have to have a router.
Try and print a hardware self test on the printer to find out if it is a hardware or software issue.
Printing a Configuration Page.
I would run a full uninstall and reinstall the printer again.
Disconnect the USB cable.
Here are the steps to run the uninstall from the computer or the CD.
To uninstall from program files:
Go start and select computer.
Select the C drive.
Select program files or program files x86.
Open the HP and printer name folder.
Select uninstall.
Uninstall From CD:
Go start, computer, right click on the CD for the printer, left click open in a new window, double click on uninstall.
Run the installation again but don't connect the USB cable until prompted. (make sure you are connecting the printer directly to the computer)
Test the printer now.

It sounds as if you don't really understand what "using data" means. Data is not something different from WiFi and 3G, it's something sent over WiFi and 3G. Think of data as water and WiFi and 3G as types of pipes. Some apps need to send and receive data to work. That data can be sent or received in different ways. It can be sent over WiFi or 3G. Both official iPhone carriers in the U.S. have metered data plans. It's sounds as if you're talking about AT&T's 200 mb data plan. WiFi is not provided by your cellular carrier. You can have WiFi from your Internet Service Provider at home or you can access free WiFi at places like McDonalds or Starbucks or paid WiFi at places like airports.

Connect the iPod to your syncing computer and restore it via iTunes. However, if iTunes asks for the unknown passcode you need to place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore the iPod from backup. For recovey mode see:

Need help fast!- I suspect that he went to Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings. For 1G or 2G iPod that can take hours and it will likely stall out if not connected to a charging source.
Try the following:
- A reset.
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- The connect to computer and try to restore via iTunes.
- Id something is still showing onthe screen, disconnect from computer/charging source and let the battery fully drain. After charging for an hour, Try the reset and restore.
- If you can turn the iPod off, se if placing the iPod in recovery mode and then restore. For recovey mode:

Need help fast with a buying decision - Leadtek 6800 GT
Hi there, I have the opportunity to swap my Club 3D 6800 GT for a Leadtek 6800 GT. The reasons I would do this would be the cooling and the games bundle.
I just wanted to know if anyone knows how the cooling is on this particular card and if it would be better than the reference design?
My other concern is that it has a huge copper heatsink on the back of the card, this would sit directly under the CPU HSF. There really would only be a few millimeters between them and due to the position of the socket on this board, the heat sink fins go up vertically. Would the heat from the card's copper heat sink rise up into the CPU HSF grooves and raise the temperature of the CPU?

I kind of need help fast as someone said they were gonna buy my other card of ebay today, there's still time to stop them if this is gonna be a bad ideai would definately take the leadtek one over the club3d card, the cards themselves are all based on refrence designs just different cooling solutions and bundles
and the cooler on the leadtek is a lot better, and it isnt more noisy then the club3d one at all
it has better cooling, and they seem to be the ones which are the most available, and they overclock very well due to the better cooling -
Need Help Fast! Page is dispalying twice in quiz
I have created a quiz using tips from another post in this
forum. I insterted a regular slide with a continue button before
the quiz questions. I insterted another regular slide at the end of
the questions with a re-take button that points to that first
slide. This part is working great. When I take the published quiz,
I click the continue button, and instead of continuing, the slide
redisplays. I click the button again, and it moves forward like
it's supposed to. Any advice?

installed, is why you're not seeing the issue on that
machine.

Problems when printing help topics from OHJ
We have encountered some persistent problems when printing help topics from Oracle Help for Java (Ice Browser).
NOTE: When we print the same source files from Oracle Help for the Web, the printing problems are gone.
(1) Spacing Errors (all printers had identical results)
Text with special formatting (<b>, <i>) often has either too much space or not enough space.
Links often have extra spaces underlined before or after the link, itself.
(2) When printing multiple help topics from the TOC (an entire branch in the tree):
On some printers, no graphics print correctly, but instead print as one of the following: 1. empty box the size of one character, 2. black box the size of one character, 3. black box the size of the original graphic. We could not detect a pattern that caused 1, 2, or 3.
NOTE: all graphics are bit maps (screen captures) that were generated in the same manner.
NOTE: if these same help topics are printed one at a time form Oracle Help for Java, the graphics print fine.
Is this a problem with the Ice Browser?

Wendy StudinskiThere are a known issue with the ICEBrowser printing in some circumstances. The laying out of text by the ICE Browser relies on font metrics (being able to measure the width of a run of text in a given font). On screen it looks great, but when printing, even though the GraphicsConfiguration for the printer is being used, these widths are sometimes off, which can result in text running together at boundaries between text styles. We're not sure what to do about this problem, and we've reported it to IceSoft.
Not every font has this problem, so varying the font you are using might help the appearance when printed.
The other problem you report, problems with the images when printing multiple topics, is something that we will look into. -
my screen is completely white, i've tried holding lock and home buttons as seen on you tube something called 'white screen of death' its goes black (think it switches off) then back to the white screen need help fast please!
If you have not done a factory reset on the device, I recommend doing a complete factory reset.
Factory Reset - Warning this will reset device back to original factory settings.
This method will not erase any MDN/MIN information
Turn off the phone
Press Power + Volume Up/Down at the same time and hold until display will show a triage android screen
Display will show:
Reboot system Now
Apply sdcard:update.zip
Wipe Data/Factory Reset
Wipe Cache Partition
Use VOL Down key to scroll down to "Wipe Data/Factory Reset", press home icon to select option and wipe device.
Display shows "All user data will be wiped out", press VOLUME Up to continue or VOLUME Down to exit.
Press Volume Up
Press Home to select "Reset System Now" - device will reboot
If the problem persist I recommend having a store technician take a look at the device.

I really need some borderless printing help. I finally figured out with my printer, that the bottom margin is ridiculously offset so I need to use borderless printing to prevent the bottom footer from being cut off (HP 2610 printer, margins being read are .07"-top, .13"-right&left, .56"-bottom).
I know there is a way to choose borderless from the page setup screen. And I tried looking in the system preferences to see if I could choose borderless as the default but there doesn't seem to be a way as far as I can see.
Does anybody know if there is a way to override the settings and make the borderless 8.5x11 the default paper size instead of the standard US letter?
BTW I am looking to do this on a system-wide basis since multiple programs have this problem, but if anyone knows of ways to do this specifically in Pages or Word that would be helpful too.Got it to work in MS Word 2004. Any idea of how to get it to save in Pages 2? I choose to Save As Default, but it keeps reverting back when I open a new document.

Bex Broadcasting w/Print Help Service
I need to set up BEX Broadcast that will process a web template, then run the Print Help Service, and finally send the output (print formatted) to an email distribution list.
How can I set up either the web template or the broadcaster so that it will include the call to the print help service in it's command stream when scheduled through the broadcaster?

usually, you don't attach "modify_class" to the URL CMD, rather it needs to be attached to the object tag of the "item".
Once it is attached to the object tag, you just need to attach "help_serivce" class & the "item" to the URL CMD.

ok just this morning i want to update my iphone from OS2 to OS3 and during that time i went to watch tv, but when i came back this happens
