Printer on the viewer

When I send the name of the printer to the report and execute a PrintToPrinter(), the report prints on the previous selected printer, but when I do the same thing and I view the report, the printer that is shown when I click on print on the viewer, It's not the previously selected printer!!!!How do I send a printer to the Crystal Reports Viewer? (How do I fix this?)

The printer you see will probably be the Default printer on the machine.
I do not think there is a way to send a printer to the viewer

I have several views of a part in a 3D-pdf, and I would like to print out the document so it prints all the views in one go. Best solution so far is to print out the first view, change view, then print again... rinse and repeat.
Any solutions to this?

A simple Javascript function could loop through the 3D views and invoke the print operation.

Cannot print from Crystalreports Viewer anymore

Hello,
we have an asp.net application running on our intranet. One workstation accessing that app showed a strange behaviour. Everything was fine and then suddenly when the user hits the print button the viewer shows a pdf export dialog. Other machines do not show this. We did not change anything to the local config (at least not planned).
How can we get this thing back to printing?

Saurabh is on the right track, but there is something not quite right here...
Crystal reports has two print modes; ActiveX and PDF. These are set at the application level. E.g.; it's one or the other. No way for that app to tell one client to print PDF and another ActiveX. And while you can control this in code, it would again be all users or none with the coded print mode.
Only way I could explain the behavior you are describing is that this one user is actually running a different application(?)>

Is there a way in Pages to show and print all the added "comments?" (those you add by highlighting text) I'd like students to be able to view my comments on printed version of their papers.

Is there a way in Pages to show and print all the added "comments?" (those you add by highlighting text) I am a teacher, and I would like students to be able to view my comments on printed versions of their papers. I know word displays the comments off to the side of the document, and those comments can be viewed all at once and printed alongside the document.

There doesn't appear to be a way to print conmments in either Pages or Numbers in the Mavericks versions.

Currently there is no option to delete print jobs from the "View Job History" section of ePrintCenter.

How to view (or print) all the links (URL's) of a webpage?

Years ago, when I was a Windows user, I recall my browser (IE or Firefox, can't recall which) having an option where I could print *all* the weblinks (URL's) at the end of the article. I don't see this option anywhere in Safari.
I'd not only like to print them, but even more-so, to *view* the URL's, so I can copy/paste them into a TextEdit file.
Are any of these features possible in Safari 7.0.6 ?

Don't know much about SOA Composer (sorry - you've hit the BPM forum), but you should be able to see the business rules from the Oracle BPM Composer. If you've installed BPM, go to http://xx:####/bpm/composer and you'll see business rules after poking around a little. Let me know if you need more help finding them.

Web Dynpro by default does not provide the option of printing the view content.
However still you have a round about way of doing it. Create the an html page similar to the Web Dynpro page. Store the code into a String variable.

How do i print out the keyboard viewer?

I use different languages and need to use the different special characters so am switching among different keyboard layouts frequently. I use the (on-screen) "Keyboard Viewer", but would like to print out the "Keyboard Viewer" for each language that I frequently use. I can't see how to do this other than with e.g. screen capture which is less than ideal. Does anybody know where there are e.g. images of each keyboard layout (including special characters you get by hitting "shift" etc.)?

I'm trying to have the end times shows up when I print my calendar from the month view. As of now, when I print in the monthly view, it only gives me the start time of a meeting.

I would like to have the ending times shown on my monthly calendar. As of now, it only shows the start time. The end times show up on the weekly calendar, but I don't want to print from the weekly view.

2. meta property should go in to head section, at the moment, it is under body (if you insert the code as html). go to page properties-> Metadata-> head. Paste this here, and check the site again,

Suppressing "No Entry" calendar entry when printing in the list view

How can I go about suppressing the "No Entry" item for a date when printing the whole month in the calendar view? I would prefer to only see printed dates that have an actual entry in them.

In SharePoint 2013, we could manually create a list for all users. Here are the reference:
Go to Site Settings > People and Groups > SiteMembers
Modify url
http://sitename/_layouts/15/people.aspx?MembershipGroupId=8 to
http://sp/sites/tutu/_layouts/15/people.aspx?MembershipGroupId=0 , now you will see All people in this site.
Change the view to List view, and copy the listview id in the url
http://sitename/_layouts/15/people.aspx?MembershipGroupId=0&View={viewID}
Go to Settings > List settings, copy the list id in the url
http://sitename/_layouts/15/listedit.aspx?List=listeid&Source=....
Now type the address in IE:
http://sitename/_vti_bin/owssvr.dll?CS=109&Using=_layouts/query.iqy&List=[LISTID]&View=[VIEWID]&CacheControl , such as

Save the owssvr.jqy from SharePoint site
Now you could see the file in your desktop with all users, save it as allusers in Excel.
Then import it to your SharePoint site, add an app > find an app > import spreadsheet

Printing Label Marks in Photoshop. Why does it show the view % & layer info?

Why is it when you check labels under printing marks that it includes the file name AND the size you are viewing the document and layer. I just don't understand why it would also label the viewing size as this has nothing to do with the print. Is there anyway to just display the file name? I noticed you can change the description but I can't find anything for the labels. I print out separations with this and the view % sometimes throws off my print guys thinking I printed it at a percentage on accident. I read somewhere that this didn't happen in earlier versions of Photoshop, but it appears in the newer versions.

Restart the Mac.

The app selects printer for the job as m_Report->PrintOptions->PrinterName = ss_Device;
This works nicely for printouts to the printer, but is ignored by the viewer. There, the machine default printer is always selected when I hit the print button.

All of that above can be changed at runtime, but you'd somehow need to figure out what the default printer driver is on each machine and then assign it to the report.
Yes,but that is exactly what I do. The app normally uses the Windows default printer just as any C++/MFC app will do. On the file menu there is an option to select printer which calls CWinApp::OnFilePrintSetup(); which sets the application default printer setup.
In the app there is a function to retrieve the default printer:

Floater is simply a dialog that holds the Viewer control.
For some reason does the Viewer not obey the printer selection done in the report

Landscape view printing on the iPad

How come I can print in landscape view in numbers on my iPad but not in pages. It Beggers believe.

The simplest of answers is that Pages does not use landscape pages. Rather, you rotate the content on the page and when printed in "portrait" your results would be a page that once out of the printer is "landscape" in all appearances.

Can I print the "view responses" pages?

We just came off of an event and used Forms Central for our evaluation form. I can print the Summary Report, but I want to print the View Responses page, as we asked folks for comments in several areas.
