Printer prints with cellphone, but not our laptops

Question

I connected my hp officejet 6815 to my wireless network which worked perfect. It says it is connected to my network and the blue light on the front is solid. I've run a network diagnostic report from the printer itself and it comes back saying all is well. You can print wirelessly from cell phones just fine with no issue, but when I go to print from my laptop it won't send to the printer. I installed the hp software that came with it onto the laptop and it installed and told me the printer was ready to go. Once I print a document (the printer status says ready on the print screen) nothing comes out. There is no error message on the computer or printer either one. I've rebooted the printer, computer, and wireless router to try and solve the issue. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled the software multiple times. The hp website troubleshooting has done no good and I've followed multiple links with instructions to no avail.

Normal text or text in text box(es). For text in the text box(es) please try:
In Word 2007/2010, click on Office Button | Word Options | Display | check the boxes for "Print drawings created in Word" and "Print background colors and images" | Advanced | scroll down to the "Show document content" section, check the boxes for "Show background colors and images in Print Layout view" and "Show drawings and text boxes on screen", and uncheck the "Show picture placeholders" box | OK.
In Word 2003 or earlier, click on Tools | Options | View tab | check the "Drawings" box and uncheck the "Picture placeholders" box | Print tab | check the boxes for "Drawing objects" and "Background colors and images" | OK.
