Printer properties keeps changing 'Mirror Image' option to ON

I have Word 2003 SP3.
My multifunction printer is HP Officejet Pro L7700.
In printer properties - under the 'advanced' tab, I have 'Mirror Image' set
to OFF.
However, if I make a change under the 'features' tab in pinter properties,
the 'Mirror Image' will change to ON, without me wanting it to.
How can I keep this from happening?

Well, I tried this. As soon as i went into printing shortcuts and changed something, the Mirror Print went back to ON again.
Anyone else? Somehow, I believe this started happening when MS Service Pack 3 was installed.

click print, go to 'preferences', under the 'finishing' tab, orientation section your choices should be [ ]portrait, [ ]landscape, [ ]MIRROR IMAGE.

Yes using paint works, however it resizes once printed. I have been trying to reverse image print and i think its absolutley insane HP took away this option. Why have the image print for tshirt and not keep reverse. If i open my word banner project in paint, when i print it doesnt stay true to its size, then i have to photocopy and photocopy until i get the right size. Pain in the a@# if you ask me...lol. PLease bring back the option with a driver update! PLease! For pete's sake a ricoh printer at work has it, why not HP home where it will actually be used..

Same here using Adobe 9.3.2 this appears to be an adobe latest version programming issue. Can workaround by manually resetting before printing but that is not the point. Many others on here with same prob. Is there a fix?

I need to print text in a mirrored image for shirts.

I have Word for Mac and Pages so can use either program. We just need to flip the text to print on the iron on transfers.

In Pages print dialogue box there is an option to flip horizontal:

I cannot keep "no proxy" checked. It keeps changing to another option and knocking me off line.

I check "no proxy" and then "ok" but it keeps changing back to "use networks proxy" and knocks me off line. I have to have "no proxy" checked to use Fire Fox!

Dreamweaver 8 - Height of tables keeps changing when images added to another table

Greetings! i have a rather annoying problem on my hands with
dreamweaver.
Currently for a small college project i am being asked to
design a small yet effective website to show students in the future
what will be expected.
So i've drawn up my template etc etc and all was going
well.... i created a table with 2 columns, 1 row on the right side
(where information shall be written) and 7 on the left hand column.
At the very top of the left hand column i have a 250x250
image and the other columns house several Sub links.
Now upon typing information in the right hand column
everything went well when browsing.....i then added pictures to the
right hand column that will be clickable links for
enlargements....of which dreamweaver had a small hissy fit and
stretched the left hand columns 90% down the total width of the
page....which a simple click on the border line solved and
everything went back to proportion. BUT what i get when browsing is
completley baffeling! Several of the left hand rows are stretched
like crazy! and i havent a clue why! some screen shots will be
viewable below...but i was wondering if any folk out there with any
information into solving this problem could help!

System properties keep changing !!

After applying the latest service pack our System property 'user.dir'
keeps alternating between
e:\weblogic and e:\weblogic\bin each time we stop and restart the server
Does anyone have any clues on this behavior ?

I don't have this pb on NT with WLS started as a service (user.dir =
v:\winnt\system32)

Mirror image printing not desired

I have been an HP printer user for many years but this stumps me. Recently my printer will give me a mirror image of what I am trying to print. It usually does this with PDF's and Internet documents. I have gone into the Advanced tab to check to see that mirror printing is off but I still get it. I am currently using Vista and have tried to check for any updates.
I want to clear up this problem before I upgrade to Window's 7. Any help is appreciated!!!!!

You should be able to go to Control Panel>Printers>right click on printer>Properties>under General tab click Printing Preferences>under Advanced Tab click Mirror Image ON. Printing Mirror Image

I had to uninstall my printer and reinstalled it. It has a different properties screen now and will not let me print mirror image anymore.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I understand that since reinstalling your HP Photosmart 6525 e-All-in-One Printer on your Windows Vista computer that your printing preference options have changed and you no longer have a 'mirror image' option. I would like to assist you today with resolving this issue.
Now I did some research into the HP Photosmart driver and found that the 'mirror image' option you use actually isn't built into this driver package. In saying that, this is still an option you can get. You may have previously had the mirror image option if you had a generic print driver installed for your HP Photosmart. To regain the 'mirror image' capabilities, please follow the steps below.
How To Add An Alternate Driver:
Click on your Start menu
Select Devices and Printers (or just Printers)
In the Devices and Printers folder right click on your HP Photosmart 6525 and left click on Printer Properties
Left click on the Advanced tab
Left click on New Driver
When the New Driver window opens just hit 'next' until you see a list of Manufacturers on the left and a list of Printers on the right.
Select HP as the Manufacturer on the left
Select Deskjet 9800 as the printer on the right. If Deskjet 9800 doesn't appear than select 'Windows Update' on the bottom left and once the update completes you will be able to select Deskjet 9800.
After selecting Deskjet 9800 hit next to complete the New Driver Wizard
Under the Printer Properties window select 'Apply' but don't hit OK
Select the General tab
Rename your printer back to HP Photosmart 6525
Hit OK
Lastly, right click on your HP Photosmart 6525 one more time and left click on Printing Preferences
Left click on the Paper/Quality tab
Left click on the 'Normal' dropdown for Print Quality on the bottom right and change this to Fast Normal
Click on the Finishing tab at the top and check the box for Mirror Image on the bottom right hand side
Hit Apply and OK
Now please try to print to ensure that the updated driver is functioning properly for you.

How to print a mirror image using powerpoint from my macbook to hp printer

I am making t-shirts and I can't get this image to reverse (print out as a mirror image, which I need for the photo transfer paper to work I can reverse part of the image using the rotation tool for "flip horizontal", but for some reason it doesn't work on all of it. Also, I'm using a macbook and when I go to print, under "paper tray/quality" I can actually see a box to check for mirror image, but it is in grey scale, so I can't select it.

Do you have any other applications installed ... like Adobe Illustrator, Photo Shop ...
Also, you can open the image in VIEW and rotating the image as you like.

How do I print a mirror image on my HP D110?

I am unable to print photos in a mirror image for producing iron on transfers. The "Mirror" image is not available in the features or advanced tabs. If I select "Iron On Transfer" as my paper it still prints normally, not in a mirror fashion.

InDesign printing mirror image

Hi,
I am trying to print an InDesign document and it is printing a mirror image. I know this is an ID issue because Word is working fine. I have checked printer settings, etc. and "mirror image" is checked as "off." I am using a HP Officejet Pro L7580 printer. Please help. I am a Mac user and am having to figure out my way through PC stuff and it is frustrating!

I did exactly this (went to ID print menu, ignored the warning and checked
this "mirror" box. It was set to "off." I even tried to turn it to "on" to
see if checking the opposite box would make it print the right way. Didn't
work of course.

Apple Watch does it make provisions for left-handers? either a mirror image version, or the ability to rotate the display 180º allowing it to be worn on the right wrist and controlled with the left hand?

Does the apple Watch accommodate left-handed people? is there a mirror image option, or can the display be rotated 180º, allowing the watch to be worn on the right wrist, and manipulated with the left hand? Just wondering if you have thought about that?

There's a option when setting up the watch to set it up for left handed users. That and the easily user revisable straps will accommodate lefties.
