Printing 4 X 8 Photocards on D110 series

Hello - I am really hoping that someone can help me with my problem. I just purchased a D110a Photosmart all-in one printer and am attempting to print some of the standard HP photocards - the HP Q7892A type as seen here:

I have used these cards on previous printers without any problem, but for some reason I cannot find a 4 X 8 paper size option on the D110, or an option to use a custom paper size. Can you please help? I'd really like to print up some nice cards for Valentine's day, and if this printer is incapable of handling that standard paper size, I need to know so that I can return the thing, as printing photo greeting cards was one of the primary reasons I bought it!

What operating system, and version are you using (Mac: 10.7, 10.6, 10.5; Windows: Vista, XP, 7)?
What application are you trying to print from?

My Photosmart D110 series printer prints random documents all on its own

I turned on the my Photosmart D110 series printer after being away for a few days and discovered that it was halfway through installing an update that I hadn't ordered. I quickly aborted this process, but not before the printer began relentlessly printing random documents from my files; as soon as I cancelled, it began printing another. The print queue is empty. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I downloaded and ran the HP Print Doctor, which says all is OK. I unplugged and unplugged some more. And it still does it. My operating system is XP 2002 (yes, I know, I know...). Do I need to throw in the towel and get a new printer?

The printer will only print what the PC sends to it, so I would look more into your pc than the printer. What you might try to do is uninstall the printer and re-install, but keep in mind that the pc is sending those print jobs to the printer. Are you sure that the printer is printing files from your PC, this printer does have apps and it can be set up to print those on a daily basis.

My HP wireless Photosmart Printer D110 series shows connected to network, my HP laptop shows offline

HP laptop Pavilion dv6-3210us PC shows my HP Wireless Photosmart Printer D110 series will not recognize each other. Had worked well for past 6 months after I bought printer. I have a new Internet provider - could that give problems? It did work for a while, but now my laptop says the printer is offline and it isn't. The printer says it's connected to the network. (windows 7 operating system. I cannot print anything, why?

If you have a new router you may have to re-install the printer. Is your router new or just your modem?

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
It would appear that the HP Photosmart Plus 209B is not compatible with AirPrint. Without AirPrint you can only print via an App.
I suggest the ePrint App. Getting Started with HP ePrint Mobile Apps<---

Snow Leopard vs HP Photosmart D110 series Printer

After installing Snow Leopard, my HP Photosmart D110 series Printer is no longer recognized. I suddenly can't print anything from my laptop where I have just installed Snow Leopard. The printer is working fine with my iMac where I have not upgraded to Snow Leopard yet. I've tried the HP setup assistant to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions?

HP Photosmart D110 Series getting error message when connecting to web services

Hello guys!
Hope someone can help. We have a HP Photosmart D110 series that is a couple years old. I am trying to get it connected to the web services feature for my wife. When we first got the printer it connected with no problems. When I go and click on enable web services it tells me cannot connect to server. Same error message happens when I try to do a product update. I tried to change manual preferred to 8. 8. 8. 8. and manual alternate to 8. 8. 4. 4. with no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Daniel, is there a chance that something has change in the intervening time in your home network e.g. a new router? This link contains a list of suggested troubleshooting steps to take if you're experiencing connectivity issues with HP Cloud Services. What is the operating System of your system? Use this example as guide Windows 7 Sp1 and the Width
of the instructions 32 or 64 bits
Although some of the issues that you face are not Operating system related, the steps that I will suggest
may very well be based on what operating system. Knowing this will save a lot time to you and will
provide me the opportunity to present you a better guide to the steps you have to take.

HP Photosmart D110 series Disconnected!

I'm suddenly unable to print and in the HP Solution Center I'm seeing the message, "HP Photosmart D110 series Disconnected!" It will let me print the the "Wireless Network Test Report" and it says "No problems found" and everything is a "PASS" and the signal quality is "Excellent". It will also let me print the "HP Network Configuration page" and that says "Ready" for status and "Active Connection Network Type" says "Wireless".
Any clues how to correct this?

The HP Photosmart D110 Series printer does not come with the eFax app.
By clicking on the following links and looking in the specs tab the web pages show that the following printers support the eFax app at this time.

HP Photosmart eStation e-All-in-One Printer

HP Photosmart D110 series code 83C00009

my HP Photosmart D110 Series suffered a power surge during wind storm. It now displays code 83C00009 and will not work. I have unplugged and tried to reset to no avail. Do I need to purchase a new printer? It has been over a week now and I really need a printer for my home business.

You can use 3rd party software such as Print n Share if you have a PC or Printopia if you have a Mac.
Or you can check HPs site and see what they have available.

Is there any news about support for the new series of Firefox Internet Explorers?
For now HP Smart Print only work with the 3.5 series of Firefox.
This is outdated software.
Now available is 3.6 and 4.0 versions.
Please let me know when the new versions will comeout.
