Printing a Program Trouble

I'm trying to print a program in landscape using Print Booklet and can not get the printing to output correctly.
I've converted it to a postscript file and in the Print Booklet Preview it is correct (Postscript is the only setting I've found that shows the preview correctly), however when I print it out in PDF it only prints half of the program and won't print front/back correctly. I've tried changing all the print settings on my printer and can not figure it out.
I've done this before with CS3 but upon upgrading to CS6 and moving to a new computer all the print settings have been lost. Please help!
I'm using Windows 7 and running InDesign (64-bit) CS6. I've used InDesign for about 6 years but still consider myself a beginner. Please bear with me asking stupid questions.

With other programs I've printed the only success I've found was with printing it to PDF. I've tried going step by step through your instructions, and it's highly possible I've missed a vital step. Through the Print Booklet, I'm setting my printer to PDF, then in the print settings within that I've flipped to landscape (changed to center/upper left/etc.). Hit ok backed out and in the Print Booklet Preview it's incorrect. I've attached two photos showing the difference with landscape & portrait. The first photo is Printer Setup for PDF: Protrait, Print Settings-Setup: Portrait & Upper Left Page Position. The second photo: Printer Setup for PDF: Landscape, Print settings-Setup: Landscape & Centered Page Position.
The first photo is close to what I need except with page 1 & 20 on the same spread. (In Page Setup I have Page size: letter-half )

My sister is getting married and we are trying to print her program on a 7310 officejet all in one printer, but it wont print in the middle of a three section format on the back. I have tried changing the format to landscape and doing a custom setting, but when i print it says the paper size is not correct. They are 5.5 inches wide and 11 inches long. Anyone know how to resolve this? Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.................lol.

Sounds like the links are out of date or you’ve selected optimized subsampling when printing.
FWIW, I NEVER print from InDesign. I always export a PDF and print from Acrobat.

Using Photoshop CS6 and after printing approx. 10 cards on an Epson R3000 printer the program gives me a dialog box saying "There was an error opening your printer. Even after closing and reopening the program, the print command is greyed out so I cannot select any printer. This also happens with a Brother laser printer. Both printers will produce a test page out side of the Adobe product. Help!

I cannot get any help either. I get the message "There was an error opening your printer. Printing functions will not be available until you have selected a printer and reopened any documents." I have reinstalled all drivers, powered off/on all printers (2 of them - a Brother HL - 4040cn and an Epson Stylus Pro 7890 - which all worked fine until this morning). There appears to be no path to a solution. I have read all the forums and tried about 20 different suggestions all to no avail. Reboots, changing cables, reinstalling printers and drivers and Photoshop CS6 - ALL TO NO AVAIL. On a macbook pro retina with 10.10.3. This issue is out there and some get solutions - but not all - that's my crowd...the not all crowd. I have yet to be able to print from CS6 any more. This is a show stopper and my patience is wearing thin. And I'm tired of stupid questions like "is your printer powered on?" give me a break. This appears to be an adobe photoshop cs6 problem - as I can print from every other application. Anyone have any ideas? Adobe should have something?... Adobe system info below:

Epson Print CD Program for Mac

I have an imac and Epson Stylus Photo R200 printer that allows me to print onto DVDs using the "Epson Print CD" program that came with the printer. However when I print onto the cd it's to the right by an inch.
I attempted to change the position in the "File-Fine tune print position" but this did not work.
I don't know what to do at this point. I misplaced the CD I got the program from so that's not an option. Can someone help me?

Tough to know from here, but I'd print out one page at the settings it has now, the use a Ruler to see far for off it is.
Here I printed out a page...
It was using this Printer's built in margins as you can see, but measuring a full size page would show that you need to move it a certain amount...

Calling standard printer driver program RVADOR01 from ALV report

I have ALV report (Sales order documents) and one of columns in report is icon type with print preview link (hotspot). When user press icon, I would like to call standard print program RVADOR01 (actually we have custom Z_RVADOR01 and custom smartform which are working fine when using Document -> Output in VA03) to display print preview. I don't know how to call (trigger) print driver routine and pass needed parameters to it (ex. SO number).

Actually I did that. But then you are at least three clicks away from print preview screen. For testing purpose I've created custom smartform and run it from my report. It is working like I want. Now, instead of my procedure I want to run standard printer driver program with needed parameters. I believe that all it needs is document number (vbeln) and all the rest is already there, program, smatform... I just don't know how to use it (ex. pass parameters).
I know I maybe complicating too much but I am ABAP beginner and want to learn as much as possible. Thank you anyway!

Wrong default printer crashes program

Using PSE 9. When printing it selects an old printer that is no longer available. When I select the correct printer the program crashes. How do I reset the default printer? I've un-installed and re-installed with no solution. Computer is a PC running Windows 7 Professional.

Printer works with all other apps. I have been able to print with an earlier version of PSE (4.0), but just upgraded to v9. It's not the printer ... printer works just fine. PSE posts the following error when I switch to the correct printer then back to the initial selection (which no longer exists):
"could not complete your request because an error occurred while printing". It did just occur to me that I'm connected to the printer through the router, to which the printer is also connected ... I guess it's possible that I need to be USB connected to the printer for PSE to sort it out ... but that's not very logical.
BTW, I'm a computer tech and have been since 1983, so when I have a problem ... it's typically a real PROBLEM in capital letters, if you know what I mean. All the easy stuff has long since been tried. Thanks for the suggestions.

Cause and Prerequisites
The SAP script form output could not be easily modified for new taxes like ECS and AED due to exisitng technical constraints. Hence the output is modified to an excel download to incorporate all the changes to layout modifications.
Prerequisite note - Apply the code corrections for J2I5 transaction as per the note 956796.
Solution
In order to incorporate the new rules and changes and to handle the existing gap, a new revised format for register reports has been introduced.
The user now has the option to select the output format of the register reports. For this we have provided radio button on the selection screen of J2I6 where the user can choose the format in which the reports are to be displayed. We have introduced the new rules and changes and taken care of the existing gaps only in the Excel report.
From now on, we will not be supporting the SAP script form although it would continue to function as it does presently.
In order to implement the solution provided for the Excel download format,please do the following -
Apply the code corrections for J2I5 transaction as per the note 956796.
Apply the code corrections for J2I6 as per this note.
Run J2I5 for the required period and Extract the data for the register selected ( which continues to function as earlier).
In J2I6, select the register for which the report is to be generated and select from the radio button provided in which format the report is to be displayed.
I)For SAP script form, one get the report in the SAP form layout as it functions now.
II) For Excel download, the report is generated in the excel format.
Process to be followed to get the register report in Excel download format.
1)Run J2I6 with the Excel form radiobutton selected.
2)Save the output file with the naming as per your convention.
3)Now open the particular template corresponding to the register for which the report is run. These templates which have been provided as attachment in this note, contain the macros for the
corresponding register

These templates would not have any data and would just have the associated Macro. It is important to have this open for the layout changes to be affected in the saved ouput.Please open only that template for which the register report is taken.
4) Then on the excel output which you have saved in point 2 for a particular register , choose the following options.
A) Select Tools -> Macro->Macros from the menu.
B) Run the Macro for the register from the list specified above in point 3.
OR
C)On the excel output which you have got for theregister in point 2, press 'ctrl + shift+m' key
together. This is the hot key provided which will run the macro. You will get the required output with all the data intact.You are advised to follow either step A and B or step C.
Execution of step 4 runs the macro on the excel, which does the final formatting required for that particular register.
Please find the attached document 'J2I6excel.zip' which provides the screen shots explaining the process to be followed for Excel download.

I'm not sure I understand, do you want to print from a Mac or iPhone?
I would imagine you can use Automator on the Mac to print all emails, or emails which meet a certain criteria. Not on the iPhone though.

Problem in F110 - Print Job - Program RFFOUS_C - Message Code FS 550

we get a message code FS 550 which
says "Check number status at beginning of processing" The next line in the
payment log is "Program RFFOUS_C: No records selected".
I have tried looking for the cause of this problem - I looked into the
vendor master to check if the vendor has a payment block. There is no
payment block in the Vendor master. I looked into the proposal to see if
the document concerned was being selected. The proper document is being
selected and infact the payment document too is being posted properly by
the system. However, when one goes to the Printout option in the payment
run, the system does not print out the check. It gives the messages which i
mentioned above.
Any ideas what could be wrong ??
Would sincerely appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

Try to see if the check is register on FCHN transaction. So, you will be able to reprint the check using FHC7 transaction.

Unable to print / Concurrent program completes with warning

We have recently re-built our Apps server from scratch, ie. install OS, Apps using rapidwiz, restore old backup. Now everything works perfect except printing. We are able to configure all the printers are can able to take test prints using cups from linux gui mode. Our OS version is RHEL AS 5.4 & Apps version is 12.1
Our concurrent program log shows error message :
lp: The printer or class was not found.
APP-FND-00500: AFPPRN received a return code of failure from routine FDUPRN. Program exited with status 1
Cause: AFPPRN received a return code of failure from the OSD routine FDUPRN. Program exited with status 1.
from OS prompt if I issue command : " lp -d EPSONIT addftinfo " I get the same error message
lp: The printer or class was not found.
Please help me sort out this issue.

Test print works but can't print from programs

I have installed an Officejet 6500A. Install went as expected and drivers were loaded ok. I can print a test page and the maintenance utilites will print fine but it will not print from any of the Windows programs. I am connected via USB. Any ideas would be appreciated.

So if I understand you correctly, the switch works with everything on the wired network (including the MacBook Pro). You can't see the wired network when connecting wirelessly on the MacBook Pro.
So you must have the switch attached to the airport extreme ethernet port. All of your other computers are attached to the switch.
Try to use the UNIX command ping in terminal.
Example :
Start terminal
ping 10.xxx.xxx.xxx
where 10.xxx.xxx.xxx is the ip of a computer on your network
This will tell you if the computer on the network is visible.

Automatic payment printing error:Program RFFOUS_C: No records selected

I have done the following configurations:
- Assigned SAPScript in 'payment methods in company code' in Tcode FBZP.
- Assigned printing program in 'payment method in country
- Created check lot. Check created successfully.
- Entered variant in printing program RFFOUS_C in automatic payment F110.
Automatic payment run successfully. But printing form donnot have data which are check information

In F110 in the tab, Additional log, tick all that is there and mention your vendor no. range that you have specified in parameters tab and run Proposal again.
Then go to proposal log to see the exact error reason..It will help..

Adobe PDF printer causes programs to crash

Hi, one of my users is having trouble using her Adobe PDF printer. Sporadically whenever she prints to Adobe PDF it locks up the application that was trying to print and she has to force-quit. Any suggestions?
