Printing all of the instruments

I have a composition where there are four instruments. I want to print out all of the parts for each instrument. Is there a way to do this, or do I have to manually go to each instrument and print out the part for that instrument?

I am using reader 11.0.10.32 in Win7 Professional 64 bit. I am unable to print from Reader. After selecting print all pages, the progress bar goes through the proper page count. After that a pop up window appears with the message: The document could not be printed. After pressing the OK button that pop up closes and the next pop up window appears with the message: There were no pages selected to print. After pressing the OK button, the pop up closes and the pdf document is still visible in Reader.
I can print from other programs to that printer. I can print from Reader to other printers.
I was able to print to all printers before. I uninstalled Reader and reinstalled it from the Adobe web site.
Any suggestions to make it print?

Are you using Bluetooth or USB cable to connect to the printer? Did you install from the disc, or from the online program? When it sits there and doesn't print, does it eventually give error messages, lights flashing, etc.?

It does not appear possible to either open all of the (or selected) links on a page in tabs nor print all of the pages in tabs (like a book).

In applications that use a browser control or open web pages, there are frequently (nearly always) mechanisms to open multiple links on a page in tabs, print all (or selected) tabs, or print all linked pages (the latter is pretty much universal as an OS call). Additionally, like Links (in IE) or Bookmarks (in Mozilla) can be 'named', so can 'tabs'. Some editors (and applications) permit tabs to be 'named'. As I recall, in an editing mode, Netscape used to do this, just like you could edit a page. For authors and researchers, this would be invaluable primarily because neither are frequented by earnings capable of affording those spendy apps like Adobe or Corel that do that, because programmatically it is reasonably simple to maintain an association of symbolic links, and that Mozilla could immediately become the browser of choice as IE can do nothing of the sort (well, may be new IE can).

Flash Player is a browser add-on, not an executable program.
If you need to open a local SWF file you will need the standalone player (Projector) from http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
Note that the download is the player, not an installer, so you will need to make the file association manually.

How do I force the print dialog to default to Print All?

Hi all,
I've searched the forums for this and found several similar requests but no answers so I am posting this as a fresh post.
I have a requirement to have the print dialog appear when printing from javascript and have it always default to Print All. From my research, it appears that there are only two API methods to do this:
1) Print()
2) PrintWithDialog()
Neither take paramters. Both have the same description in the documentation (which seems odd in of itself).
From our research, PrintWithDialog() appears immediately when called (even if the PDF is not yet fully loaded) but always defaults to, "Print 1 of x" unless the PDF is only 1 page. In that case, it defaults to Print All.
The Print() method defaults to Print All. However, if you call it before the PDF is fully loaded, it does not show. I have searched these forums and found many other people running into this issue. One thread suggested to put in a timer to make sure the PDF is loaded and then call print. This works for small PDFs but our customers could be printing thousands of pages so there is no way to know how long to make the delay.
I tried paying for Support to answer this question and was told there were NO PAID OPTIONS for getting support on the Acrobat SDK and to come post the question here. The Support Engineer I spoke with assured me developers read and respond to these forums.
This is a critical issue for an important customer so any feedback is much appreciated.
An Adobe employee (Irosenth) mentioned something about a bug being reopened in this thread (http://forums.adobe.com/message/2601148#2601148) but no bug number was ever given. If it truly is a bug, please provide the number, description and ETA for fix.
If there is no solution, can I get a response from Adobe that supports my research as posted above? In other words, confirm that both the API are working as expected?
Finally, given that it seems many people want this functionality, how do I submit an enhancement request?

I downloaded Reader X and the problem is still occurrring, as was reported by the originator of this thread back in November.
Are there any parameters that need to be set for this to work? My customer is getting very impatient with this.
Also, since downloading Reader X the toolbar does not appear by default. It pops up when you hover over the top of the window. How do I get the toolbar to appear by default? (this is not nearly as important as defaulting the print dialog to Print All on mulitple page docs when using printwithdialog).

How do I just print one page not all of the pages in the document?

When I print the document, I usually just want to print just the first page and not having to print all of the pages which is a waste of paper.

I understand you're wanting to print particular pages of a document not the entire thing. I will certainly do my best to assist you with this.
It will depend on what program you're using, but you should see something similar to the image below allowing you to select the current page you're on, or pages 1-3 for example.
If you're still not sure, I will just need a bit more information to try and get more specific instructions.
1. What model of printer are you using?
2. Are you using Windows or Mac on your computer?
3. What program are you printing from that you'd like to select just the one page?

All of the instruments are listed. It prompts you if you want to buy all of the instruments if you try to use one that is locked. If you bought your device after the iOS 7 release, you're fine and all of the instruments are unlocked.

How do I print all of my "notes" in Apple Mail?

I have a couple of hundred notes and I would like to print all of them out so I have a hard copy. Is there a way to print all of the notes together or do I have to open each one and print them out individually? I have tried to copy and paste after selecting all of the documents but that doesn't seem to work. Is there a way to export the whole list of notes? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

select all notes in Mail and go to file menu->save as. save it as an rtf file and print it.

(Copy 1) printer not keeping the exact same driver settings

I am almost finished with a a Windows 7 image build that will be going out to multiple locations. Found a "bug" of sorts. During our build (done with Powershell) several printer drivers are installed, including a PS3 driver from Lexmark.
We have several custom size images for labels that will be printed all over the country. When tested with that driver, it works just fine. However, when an image is installed and we attach the Lexmark, we automatically get the infamous "(Copy
1)" that kind of screws everything up. Even though it shows it as using the EXACT same driver, on the original printer, we can create Custom Sizes up to 48" in length. But on the "Copy 1" printer, we can only do Custom Sizes
up to 14.17" in length.
Why do we have to deal with the infinitely NOT helpful "Copy" printers in the first place? And why is Windows 7 not copying the driver EXACTLY as the original printer??

Have you used "PersistAllDeviceInstalls" setting to keep the drivers from the reference PC?
The unattended-Setup setting: Microsoft-Windows-PnpSysPrep\PersistAllDeviceInstalls
can save time by preventing Windows Setup from removing and reconfiguring the device state for identical hardware.
Meanwhile, the hardware must be connected to identical locations and must use the same drivers, and the drivers must have a consistent, unique naming scheme. If the hardware is not identical, it would be problem result.

Print All Objects

On some of my Analyzer 7.2.5 reports, when I try to print with"Print All Objects", the radio button grays out andfreezes, and I need to kill it through Windows Task Manager. This has consistently happened to the multiple-object (6objects) reports, but it also inconsistently happened to reportswith 3 objects - it happens to some 3-object reports, but not theother 3-object reports. It seems to work fine with other reportswith 1 single object. Does anyone know the limit, which it shouldn't, of thefunction? Thanks.

Granted, many times from the database side we need to deal with external files. The optimal method usually is to load that file's data into a database table as structured data - data that can be accessed via SQL and sorted, filtered, aggregated and analysed.

And can be done using HTTP (via a web enabled PL/SQL procedure that supplies the file content as a http Mime stream), using FTP (via UTL_TCP) or as a CLOB via a PL/SQL call interface. Using UTL_FILE is not necessarily the only option.

Printing all topics in a book in Webhelp format

How can users print all of the topics in a book of topics from the TOC? I know in .chm format, you can right-click a purple book, select Print from the shortcut menu, and then select the Print the selected heading and all subtopics option. However, I cannot find a way to do this in webhelp format. Is there a way?

In webhelp there isn't but you can get around this by creating a PDF and adding it to a topic.

Is there a way in Pages to show and print all the added "comments?" (those you add by highlighting text) I am a teacher, and I would like students to be able to view my comments on printed versions of their papers. I know word displays the comments off to the side of the document, and those comments can be viewed all at once and printed alongside the document.

There doesn't appear to be a way to print conmments in either Pages or Numbers in the Mavericks versions.
