Hi,
There are few apps,
(a) the first one is HP ePrint, this allows you to print on a same network,
(b) the second one called HP AiO Remote, it allows you to use Cloud print,
(c) the third one called HP Scan and Capture, this allows you to Scan. It can run as stand alone app.
You can use Google Play/Store to install those apps.
Regards.

Download the apps on your syncing computer and then sync to the iPod. Note that you can only sync apps for the one syncing computer you use with the iPod. You can manage music and videos among different computer.

can the app for autistic children be used on an android?

Android and iOS are two different operating systems. So one app won't work on the other unless the app makers make a version for each operating system.

  • HOW TO CREATE A NEW J2EE APP FOR DEPLOYING ORACLE REPORTS USING JDEVELOPER?

    Hi,
I'm new to JDeveloper and Java, JSP etc. I'm trying to deploy a sample parameter form for JSP report. My question is: When I create a J2EE application using JDeveloper, how to make sure "The WEB-INF directory must contain the JSP tag library for Oracle Reports, called reports_tld.jar"? How to do it via JDeveloper?
    In my JSP page, I use <%@ taglib uri="/WEB-INF/lib/reports_tld.jar" prefix="rw" %>.

Does anyone know the answer to this question?
I get the following error in Jdeveloper when running my test jsp report:
Error(8): Unable to load taghandler class: /WEB-INF/lib/reports_tld.jar
    Thanks.

  • Can I use the Garageband app for iPad to create a new ringtone for my iPhone 4?

I want to create new ringtones for my iPhone, and consulting Support, they explain how to do that using Garageband 9.0, but I want to know if the Garageband app for iPad can be used to do the same thing or not. The iPad uses iOS 4.3.3.

Would you be composing the ringtone in garageband or taking existing material and editing it? You could create something but then you would have to send to iTunes and format it as a ringtone there I believe

  • Is it possible to create a contact form via Flash cs5.5 and package out app for desktop?

I need to create a desktop app for windows.  Im using Flash cs5.5 and I wanted to know of an easy to way to create a simple contact form that would work once installed on a desktop/
    Thanks guys for any input!

If you want a contact form you can either use StageWebView or HTMLLoader to show an HTML page in your web server with a contact form.
Or you can create the form with Flash textfields and then send the whole thing with a POST request to a PHP script in the server, for example.

  • Best Apps for My Needs

    dear friends..
i need to do these stuff. what apps will suit me well...?
    1. i want to be able to download attachment and save it directly to my phone.
    2. i browse the web and found a video, i want to save it to my phone.
    3. i want to able to attach files in my mail. i means attach files, not giving someone links so i dont have to sync my phone first
    4. transfer file to/from my phone via USB without installing any client to my desktop
till i found best apps for those, i will use my old SAMSUNG i780... yeah, KOREA ruleess...

I've tried to find the same and the nearest I've found is folders pro
3 & 4 can be done. Not usb though but wifi for 4 although it doesn't require a client, simply browse to the ip address in network places and set iphone as a network place.
1 is a bit fiddly as you'll have to save the attachment on your pc/mac and then transfer over.
2 Much the same as 1 but may also require converting the video to iphone format.
So, not perfect but the best I've found plus it has the option to lock and/or hide secret folders.

  • I'm having trouble setting up my Google Apps for Education email address in the mail app

I have tried several times and different ways to add my .edu email account to the iOs system through the mail app on both my mac and my iphone. It is run through Google apps for education, so it uses gmail as a platform but is addressed as my school's title. On a few occasions it wouldn't accept it to add, on others it connected but wouldn't access the email account once it was added.

The approaches available may differ depending upon which operating system you have.  I am running OS 10.8.4 and on my computer, the following works:
Go to System Preferences and select Mail, Contacts, & Calendars.
From the right, choose Gmail; this should open an dialogue box, where you should enter:
Your name (as you wish it to appear)
Email address (should include the @whatever.edu, where whatever is the appropriate university extension--it should be .edu, not gmail.com)
    The password on the account.
Choose the applications you want to sync with your computer and click Add Account. You will probably get an error about Mail Server Discovery, but click Continue anyway.
Launch your Mail application and it should have you setup your account. Choose/enter the following:
    Account type: IMAP
Title Description: (put whatever you want the account titled, it's up to you)
Incoming Mail Server: type in imap.gmail.com
User Name: put your full email username, including the @whatever.edu
Password: put your email password again
Configure the outgoing mail server with:
Description: whatever you want it called
Outgoing Mail server: type in smtp.gmail.com
    Check the option Use Authentication
Username: type your full username, including the @whatever.edu
Enter your password and click Continue and then Create.
    That should be it.

  • Apps for common class download?

I am a teacher using iTunes U, as well as iPads in instruction. As I am requiring certain Apps be downloaded, is there a way I can do this to iTunes U so that they are in a common space and students can download? It is both a parent and student request, especially if there is a fee for an App. Thanks!

There is no way to have apps themselves in iTunes U. You can provide links to them in your course material, though. Go to the app in iTunes on your computer, right-click on the app's name, and select "copy link". Then when clicked the link will take the user to the iTunes Store where they can download/purchase the app.
If your school intends to purchase the apps for the students to use, then look into the Volume Purchase Program:
    http://www.apple.com/education/volume-purchase-program/
Right now it's a bit cumbersome since the redemption codes will be tied to the Apple ID under which it is redeemed, so you'd have to have "generic" Apple IDs, perhaps tied to each iPad. With iOS 7 coming this fall Apple's going to be improving the VPP system so that app licenses can be recovered from the user and reassigned.
    Regards.

  • Photo editing app for iPad 2 ?

Hi can anyone tell me of a decent photo editing app for iPad2.
I use aperture 3 on my MacBook pro but would like to find one for the iPad for the times that I can't use the MacBook.
It doesn't have to be all singing all dancing software but also I don't want a very basic one either.
Perhaps someone knows of one ?
Any help will be gratefully received Regards Adrian

Photo gene looks a good app and also gives the option to upgrade to a pro version.
Have you tried the pro version or do you have the basic?
    Regards Adrian

    Hi mafiose15,
Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.
Restoring your iPod to factory settings is the best way to try and get it back to working order. You can use the instructions below to restore it:
    How to restore iPod
Verify that you have an active Internet connection, because you may need to download new versions of the iTunes and iPod Software.
Download and install the latest version of iTunes if necessary.
Open iTunes. Connect your iPod to your computer using the USB or FireWire cable that came with your iPod.
After a few moments, your iPod will appear in the Source panel in iTunes.
Select your iPod in the Source panel. You will see information about your iPod appear in the Summary tab of the main iTunes window.
    Click Restore.
If you are using a Mac, you will be asked to enter an administrator’s name and password.
A progress bar will appear on the computer screen, indicating that stage one of the restore process has begun. When this stage is done, iTunes will present one of two messages with instructions specific to the iPod model you are restoring.
Disconnect iPod and connect it to iPod Power Adapter (typically applies to older iPod models).
Leave iPod connected to computer to complete restore (typically applies newer iPod models).
During stage two of the restore process, the iPod displays an Apple logo as well as a progress bar at the bottom of the display. It is critical that the iPod remain connected to the computer or iPod power adapter during this stage.
Note: The progress bar may be difficult to see, because the backlight on the iPod display may be off.
After stage two of the restore process is complete, the iTunes Setup Assistant window will appear. It will ask you to name your iPod and choose your syncing preferences, as it did when you connected your iPod for the first time.
You can find the instructions in this article:

    All the best,
    Jeremy

  • I want to print directly from my iPad to a HP Officejet J6480 wireless printer.  Do I need an app for this or can I do it without and if so, how?

I am a new iPad (wi fi version) owner but not the new iPad 2.  I have a home wireless network and have a HP Officejet J6480 wireless printer.  I print from my iMac and Powerbook directly using the wireless network and want to print directly from my iPad also.  Do I need a special app for this or can I do this with something already "built-in" to the operating system of the iPad.

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
If you're comfortable going 'under the hood', this thread originally started in November 2010 contains a minor tweak to OS X that might work for you:
    https://discussions.apple.com/thread/2658720?threadID=2658720&tstart=0
It allows devices on iOS 4.2 or newer to print to shared wired and wireless printers as long as the Mac is on and awake.
