Printing borderless 5x7 HELP please

I can't seem to print full 5x7 on my HP9800.
Using 5x7 paper and page size is 5x7
i set margins to zero
i set cell size to 5x7
prints come out with 1/8" border on top, right and bottom and 5/8" on the left.
Please help me know what I'm doing wrong... wasting a ton of time and money trying to get this to work.

It must have been the template had issues, i use a different template and it worked. weird

OK, the deck is a Sony DVCAM.
I am using Final Cut Express on a MacBookPro 10.4.11
I have a firewire cable connecting the two. (I also tried using my Panasonic DVX 100B camera with the same result - audio but no video).
I chose Refresh Video Devices
Clicked on the timeline, then Print to video.
I gave it 6 seconds of color bars, then when it said it was 'ready, I hit return and the deck began to record.
I cannot see any video on my monitor, (or int he camera screen), but I do see the audio meters moving. During playback the audio is there but no video.

I have a JPanel that I like to print with all its components... and following is the part of code I use for printing... however when it prints it prints in the center of the page with huge margins from the edge... big fonts and it doesn't print the width completely... the size of my screens are (780,565).... what am I missing in my code? would appreciate your help....

When I try to print from Entourage, I get an error that says "an error occured while printing. Not enought memory." When printing from Word I get an error that says "Word cannot print due to a problem with the current printer.
Can you print with a NON-microsoft application?
Consider booting the MB Pro from the Tiger Install disc holding the "c" key down. Select language, then from the Utilities menu, select Disk Utility. In Disk Utility, in the left pane, click on your hard drive and in the right pane, click on the First Aid tab. Near the bottom, click Repair Disk. If it finds any errors, it will try to repair them and then re-run the test again. After it re-tests without errors, click the Repair Permissions button. Reboot computer and launch Disk Utility in the Utilities folder and run Repair Permission from there.
Try printing.

IMac Printer recommendations and help please...

I am looking for an all-in-one printer for my iMac 24. I have an older printer that i used to use with my old Windows PC, but have had issues with it on my Mac.
Any good recommendations are most welcome. Also, I used to scan stuff into Photoshop via WIA support. I am lead to believe that Mac does not support WIA so how do you scan into photoshop / Adobe acrobat etc fomr these types of All-in-one printers????

I am a fan of HP printers, currently using a Officejet 7410 all in one. One of the reasons I like the HP's is they have several models with wireless functionality meaning using Airport I can print, scan, copy and even fax wirelessly. This gives me the freedom to put the printer where I want as well as having fewer wires. The 7410 is an older design now however you can get the 7280, L7760 and others with wi-fi build in. Setting them up is extremely easy too, I was up and running within a few minutes.
You can go to www.hpshopping.com and do comparisons on a variety of printers and I'm sure be able to find one that meets your needs.

Print to Go Help please

Print to go, trying to get this one solved, no joy at work , trying it at home with same problems.
XP & 7Laptop. This is on the same wifi network as the playbook.
Filesharing and wifi sharing turned on.No anti virus software or firewall on the laptop.The piring has been successful.
Can see playbook folders on laptop via explorer.Can drop files, collect files and print via print cute pdf straight to a mapped playbook drive. (unencrypted printing)
When I try print-to-go I get to the point of the dialog boxsending the document, some times it says successful, other times it fails, either way there is no resultant document on the playbook.
Wifi network is a mifi from 3, there is no way I want to turn off the firewall on this, can't see others doing this with their routers, have done as much a point anything incoming to port80 to my playbook.
The error I am getting is below, it appears to try and talk to port 80 on the playbook. Doing a portqry, this port on the playbook is not listening. Almost makes me believe a service/dameon isn't running on the playbook?
Someone mention in another posting about an error 10.0.0.104/24 and 10.0.0.104:80 being different address. This isn't the case, the slash 24 refers to the subnet mask, basic saying this address is on the 10.0.0.x network. the :80 is the port it is trying to talk to.
Anyway my log error is the following, showing the same port request as my playbook is on 192.168.1.33
Would appreciate some direction as my setup isn't anything from the normal I believe?

I am having same problem:
Using Windows 7 x64 home, with McAfee AV and Firewall. This still does not work after disabling firewall and rebooting after installing print to go drivers.
No issues with pairing and document is sent successfully, but never arives at the playbook!!!!   Does not work on either my laptop or desktop when paired to the playbook.

Printing from iPhoto ***HELP PLEASE***

Hi there. I'm running iPhoto 9.5.1 and up until now have always managed to print photos. Literally hit print and it automatically working out whether its portrait picture or landscape. It recently updating iPhoto.
Suddenly, when i hit print using either a landscape or portrait picture this occurs??? It tries to print the picture incorrectly.
Never had an issue before, if it was a portrait picture, i would select print, select the size of paper and hit print.

Try the following:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
User/Home/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete the contents the following folder:
User/Library/Containers/com.apple.iPhoto
3 - reboot, launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE: For Mavericks, 10.9, go to your Home folder and use the View ➙ Show View Options menu to bring the this window:
where you can check the Show Library Folder checkbox.

*LR 2 Printing help please

Hi All,
Is there anyway to override the default in the print mode. The default is set to a minimum .56 inches for the bottom margin. I would like to set it to .25, but it will not let me. What I really want are two 5X7's with a quarter inch border around each 5X7 which works out to a quarter inch margin at the bottom.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I am using an Epson 1800. It will print borderless prints. In PS3, I am able to print a photo package of two 5X7's each with a 1/4" margin. In lightroom2 when I set the bottom margin to .25, it shrinks to photo down. Any help will REALLY be appreciated.

I have tried the printer with my laptop (not updated) and everything is fine. It's just the beautiful 27" Imac that can no longer print.

Might be a corrupted printer preference file ...
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type this exactly as you see it here:
~/Library/Preferences
Click Go
Move the com.apple.PrinterPrefs.plist file from the Preferences folder to the Trash.
Restart your Mac, restart the printer...

Check the iron-on packaging for ink specs. Make sure to use HP iron-on paper.

Hi, I have been trying to print some documents. After pressing the print button it looks like it will print and then I get a message telling me that it is unable to communicate with the printer, however when I have tried to fix the problem using the HP hardware diagnostics and this asks it to print a test page, it prints a test page. I then try to re-print my own word documents and it wont print again. The printer says its connected OK. PLEASE HELP its driving me insane!

Are you seeing "Ink System Failure" or "Priner Failure" error message. It is shown on top of the error message "There is a problem with the printer or ink system" with yello color warning sign.
