Printing e-mail from Google-Problems

The only way we can print an e-mail from Google e-mail is to print as a PDF and then use Acrobat Reader and print it from that application. It drives my wife crazy. Any suggestions? Thanks. Dave

How do you access your Email?
* Do you log into an email service through a web browser?
* Or do you use an email software client such as MS Outlook?
If you are logging into an email client through a web browser, then are you doing so in Internet Explorer? Have you tried multiple browsers to make sure the problem doesn't follow?
I would also advise trying an alternate driver, such as the 990c driver, to see if it is a driver compatibility issue. For information on how to use an alternate driver, see Shane_R's thread found here. Hope this helps.

I just finished migrating a client from Google Apps to Microsoft Exchange Online using the IMAP option in the Microsoft Online Services Migration Tool.
I added the mailboxes by creating a CSV file [i.e. GoogleApps(Gmail)_Mailboxes.csv] in the following format:

Misc, Priority) as sub-folders under the Inbox:

Additionally, I had to tell the Internet E-mail Mailbox Migration Wizard to use the "Individual Account Credentials" option since I was able to specify each account password in the CSV file when adding the mailboxes to Microsoft Online Services Migration
Tools console.
Just to note, the users had to manually export their contacts to a CSV file and calendars to iCal (ICS) files in order to import those items into Outlook.
I hope this will benefit others since Microsoft doesn't seem to have a custom, specifically defined migration strategy for this scenario. With Google Apps being in direct competition with BPOS/Office365, I assumed that Microsoft would have a simple
strategy using something like ActiveSync to facilitate the migration of email, contacts, calendar entries, etc. Hopefully we'll see something along those lines become available in a future release of the migration tools.

My incoming mail from google is blank

the incoming mails from google are blanc in the inbox, from time to time I can see them also if I switch from the important box to the inbox but its not consistend.

Have you checked with Virgin that you have the outgoing mail server settings correct for your account?

Downloads to Outlook Express mail from Google now (since Mozilla update) incomplete. ¿A Mozilla problem?

For years, download to Outlook Express of mail in three Gmail accounts worked fine.
New problem, not all of the mail at Google gets to Outlook, and what's missing disappears.
This problem appeared after recent Firefox update. Is this a possible cause?
I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium

It an Outlook Express thing Firefox has nothing to do with it. But after saying that, if you view your mail with a browser and then open Outlook Express, it will not see it as new mail and leave it on the server.
Also OE is really limited you should use Thunderbird mail

Transferring/Printing e-mail from old account

My iPhone has retained several important e-mails from an IMAP account to which I no longer have access. Because I no longer have access, I can't forward them to another account. I really need to print them and have even downloaded the EuroSmartz Print n Share app to try and do this. It appears that the application needs to be able to access the email account to print, though.
Can anyone offer any advice on how to transfer or print these important e-mail?

I finally made it work by updating to OS 4.3 and installing EuroSmartz' Save2PDF. It may have been possible another way but that's how I did it...and I'm happier with them in PDF anyway.

Script that shows new mails from Google Apps account in conky

Here is part of a script that I am using with my Google Apps domain. Should be easy to follow. Just edit the three variables at the top of the script. I prompt for the password at boot so it is not hard coded in the script. I use x11-ssh-askpass for this.

Mail 'From' field problem

I am having problems with the 'From' field when messages are composed.
My set up is - I have one 'Inbox' listed under mailboxes on the left side of the screen in Mail.app.
I can expand this to show three further inboxes - 1) John@hotmail 2) Jane@hotmail 3) John@Google
Everything is good until my wife (Jane@hotmail) sends a message. She composes it and sets the drop down to her address - Jane@hotmail
When the recipient of this message replys, the message they send comes back to me at John@hotmail.
This is causing problems as people she sends messages to think they are replying to her when infact their replys are coming back to me! Also her friends think it is strange that I am sending them random cooking recipes etc when infact, I am not.
Can anyone help? I have checked all the accounts and they appear to be set up correctly with no obvious 'Jane' where 'John' should be or 'John' where 'Jane' should be. Thanks.

It may be that you have more than one outgoing mail account, and you're sending from the wrong one. From the Mail menu bar, select
Mail ▹ Preferences
The Mail preference dialog opens. Select the Composing tab from the row of icons at the top. From the menu labeled
Send new messages from:
choose
Account of selected mailbox
Note that this setting may have no effect if you start a new message while a VIP or smart mailbox is selected in the mailbox list. Those are saved searches, not actual mailboxes.
If the problem remains, select the Accounts tab in the preference dialog, then select the affected account in the list on the left.
In the Account Information pane, select the correct server in the menu labeled
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)
If there's only one server in the menu, select
Edit SMTP Server List...
and add a new server with the correct settings. If you're not sure how to do that, try the Mail Setup Assistant.
Another possibility is that the wrong card in your address book is selected as yours. Select your card in the Contacts application. Then select
Card ▹ Make This My Card
from the menu bar.

Print, pdf, mail from form

Hello,
I want to print, create pdf file on desktop and send external mail of invoice from SAP form (all in one program).
I have following question:
1) can we do all from one program?
2) Will it download pdf file on presentation server (c:\filename.pdf) even thought output will be called in a document while saving in backgroung?
3) If we send mail can we have multiple recipents?
4) Any sample code or reference?

Trying to print e-mails from my ipad to a canon wireless pixma 640

I have been trying to print an e-mail to my canon wireless pixma 640 and it tells me there is no connection. What can I do.

"Airprint" is only supported by Airprint compatible printers. You can't print to other wireless printers nor through a printer attached to an Airport. It's unfortunate as I wanted to do the same thing with a printer attached to my airport.

Mac mail and google problem

My gmail has worked fine up until now, and now it's not working. I logged into gmail successfully via the internet, but using that same information, it doesn't work with the mail app. What's wrong?

I found out what the problem was, I had to turn off my Mac for a while and reset. This solved all of my problems

I cannot print e-mail from Office 365

I have tried all procedures you suggested, and still nothing. Office 365 e-mail will print in any other browser but Firefox. Taking time to open another browser and finding the e-mail I need to print, is an inconvenience I'm not willing to live with.

I don't have access to Office 365 but I imagine it is somewhat like the Outlook.com consumer interface and somewhat like Outlook Web App.
Because email messages may be displayed in a page full of other content, many mail systems offer a specific printable layout, accessed either with a printer icon or on an action menu. Can you find such an icon or menu item to open a printable view? You may need to double-click the message to launch it in its own window first before the button/menu item becomes visible.
A printable view may open in a separate window, so if nothing happens, you might need to turn off Firefox's popup blocker or make an exception allowing the site to open popup windows.

Have trouble printing e-mails from my HP laptop - with VISA

very often when I go to print an e-mail message, either it wouldn't

Can't Print E-Mails in Outlook 2011

Why can't I print any e-mails from Outlook 2011? I think this started when I switched to Yosemite. When I print an e-mail from G-Mail, it will print everything except the body of the e-mail. I can print e-mails from my PC using Outlook and G-Mail just fine. Anyone have this problem? Thanks in advance.

Forgot to mention....I have no problem printing Word, Excel or any Web site.

How to import ALL MAIL from Gmail to OSX Mail?

I am trying to migrate my mail system over to OSX Mail from Google Mail, but I can't seem to make "All Mail" show up as an option in OSX Mail, even though I have the folder checked in the Gmail settings to share with outside apps. I am on Yosemite and a MacBookPro.
How are others switching to OSX Mail from Gmail?

You open your email - edit - then select each email to delete.
If you have an imap account you can delete it from the server and it will reflect on yoru phone.

Mail Unexpectingly quits when printing within Mail

When using my G4 and printing an email within Mail, the Mail program unexpectingly quits while the printing is taking place. This happens a couple times a day, but not every time I print in Mail. This problem has existed for a couple months now.

I had Mail offline. Printed and it crashed. Here is the report:
