How do I print from my galaxy 2 tablet to my HP 6600 printer
Samsung has hard-coded the "Print" command on their devices to look for a Samsung printer.
As most of us who read the instructions for ePrint already know, the ePrint app works via the Android "share" command. You share the file you want to print to the ePrint app. It doesn't replace the hard-coded command on Samsung devices.
Printing an email is a snap. Create a contact entry named "Printer", then give it the email address you received from hpconnected.com. Forward any email you want to print to " Printer". Done.
This assumes you have an ePrint-capable printer, and have followed the directions to register the printer correctly.

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.
I do not know what you are doing wrong; I can offer the following in hopes that it might help.
The problem is likely not directly related to your printer -- Print Preview is application driven as is the environment that helps select the printer setup. In general, your environment must be set up first -- that is, the printer has to be installed, selected as default, on the network, and ready to go -- and then the applications can use it.
First, if you have not already done so, please install the printer's Full Feature Software:
Install Full Feature Software – OfficeJet 6700
Make sure your 6700 printer is assigned as the Default printer -- assuming this is the only printer on your network, this should happen automatically. However, if you tend to roam about from one location to another, this may not be the case -- you may want to check to make sure the printer that you expect to see is indeed the "default" printer. In this case, you want that printer to be the HP Officejet 6700.
Control Panel > set icon view > Devices and Printers >
Right-Click on your printer > assure / select as Default printer

Can you set print from the samsung stratosphere mobil phone
Can you set up the mobil phone samsung stratospher to print to the hp officejet pro 8600?
Bettielittle118, Hope you are doing well and welcome to the HP forums.
Yes you shoud be able to print from the Samsung Stratosphere as long as is running Android
If what you want is to print from anywhere you must use HP ePrint go here to see how to start with this super free service.
This will give more control but it can be use only when the device and the printer are in the same network i.e. Home Network

Can't print from my Samsung SCX 4720
After the last upgrade I lost all ability to print from my Samsung SCX 4720 (I have never been able to use the scan function with my, but at least I could print). Since Samsung doesn't have a Mac version for this printer, I used the generic Samsung SCX 4x20 driver and it worked fine so far. Additionally, I have lost any ability to add other printers, manually or automatically. The printer list has just been wiped clean. I tried copying the printer settings from my time machine backups, but to no avail. Does anybody have a suggestion?
Samsung has downloadable drivers at: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/SCX-4500W
On edit: just noticed that link is to the scx-4500W and I'm not sure of the difference between that and the scx-4500; their scx-4500 page only has drivers for OSX through 10.7: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/SCX-4500/XAA? -

Re: how can i print from my samsung galaxy tab to my hp printer

Have no problems printing from a laptop via WI FI
what am I doing wrong??Hi,
I've included a link here to the setup of e-Print on android. Check through the steps here to ensure that you covered everything.
If you have e-Print installed on your tablet, the key thing is to ensure that both your tablet and printer are connected to the same wifi network.

Printing from a Samsung Galaxy S5 to a HP Photosmart 3110 all-in-one
I'm trying to print off some pictures from my Samsung Galaxy S5 to my Photosmart 3110 all-in-one printer. Tried to use two different usb cables to try and print them off as I don't have a working computer and there's no WiFi thing connected to the printer itself.
Can anyone help?

View Solution.Hi,
USB cable won't work, full stop. You have to send to a computer and print from there.

Try to print an hp officejet 4500 wireless printer from samsung galaxy s lll phone can anyone please tell me how I can print pictures emails and files . Thanks
Hi butterflyz,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I understand that you would like to print from Samsung Galaxy S3 phone to your Officejet 4500 wireless printer.
To be able to print please download HP's ePrint app from the Google Play store. I have included several documents for you. The first one is about how to print from your Android Device to an non-Web-Enabled printer. It will explain to you the two methods available for printing. The next two document links are the FAQs document for the two HP mobile apps, HP ePrint app and the HP All-in-One Printer Remote app. The last two links cover printing from a supported Android Device; one document is for Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) and earlier, the other is for Android 4.4 (KitKat) and later.

View Solution. He debh20s. Just to clarify, are you saying that your 'Officejet Pro 8600 (standard, plus or premium?)' is not being seen over the network by your Samsung S4? Are you using the HP ePrint app, or in-OS printing? What version of Android OS is on your S4?
What version of Android do I have:

How do setup an hp envy 4500 wireless printer from an iPad air tablet
I want to set up my HP Envy 4500 Wireless printer but, don't know how to that from my Apple IPad Air tablet, PLEASE help !!!
ThanksIf you turn the wireless function on the printer on and select the print option for whatever it is you want to print, you should then be able to select the Envy printer (from a list if there is more than one wireless printer around) and print to it via the Ipad's inbuilt Air print app. For example, on IOS7 when selecting a photo to print, the options Icon should look like this: When you click the options Icon you should then be able to select the print Icon below: You should then be in a position to select your printer. If the wi-fi function is on, then it should be visible. This link might also be useful: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4356

View Solution.Hi,
According to your printer specs, your printer has USB connectivity only which means you won't be able to print wirlessly from your android tablet.
I've included a list of web connected printers here.

How can we print from our Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 tablet to the wireless HP 150 printer?
We can use our phone or other devices but the Samsung says only use a Samsung printer when we try to connect via Bluetooth to the HP printer.
We'd prefer to utilize the bluetooth so do we need an app or cable,if there actually is a cable which can be used to connect to the tablet?@jb0503
You can get the HP Print Service Plug-In at the Google Play Store...

Can you please let me know if this resolves it for you?
Many thanks, Ciara

How do I print from my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 to my HP Officejet J468 All-in-One printer?
I just got a Samsung Galaxy 4 Tablet and I'm trying to figure out how to print to my HP OfficeJet J4680 All-in-One. Is there an app that I need to download?
Hi,
Unfortunately your printer spec indicates that the printer is not wireless compatabile so you won't be able to use any mobile apps with this printer.
I've included the list of web connected printers here.
