Printing from Blackberry to 8500a

When I email anything to the 8500a it prints one page with one line "sent on the sprint network from my Blackberry".  Does any  one know if this notice can be removed or set not to print.

  • Cannot print from Blackberry Blend for the Classic

It would be nice to print emails from Blackberry Blend.  Curently you cannot print anything.  Will this feature be implemented in the future?

I don't know what features the future holds, but I agree with you. Blend is great, some added features will be nice.

  • Printing from Blackberry Curve 8330

Is there a program available that allows printing from the Blackberry Curve 8330?

The easiest way to do this will probably be to export the contacts from the Blackberry Desktop Software and import them into the Windows address book, Outlook or Apple Address book, whichever is appropriate for you, then sync them to your phone via iTunes.

  • Cant Print From Blackberry playbook

When I send a document from my blackberry playbook to my HP D110A all in one printer it shows up as spam or contains a virus  a virus ? but I can send the same message from lap top or blackberry phone and the printer prints. Documents have been scanned for virus and i use the correct e mail address. any help would be appreciated thanks

    Hello Telchar,
I've noticed other customer's report similar problems using ePrint using a Blackberry device. Some customers found success using a different email client. At least as a troubleshooting step this will help you determine if there's an issue with the client. Other tips... make sure there's a subject line, only send to the printer's ePrint email address (one recipient), total number of attachments can't exceed 5 mb. I hope this helps!

  • Cant Print from Blackberrt

Set up 6500A.  Eprint works fine when printing from a computer, but will not work when printing from Blackberry. NOTHING happens. Please help..Thanks

I am certainly sorry you are having this issue. It's hard to determine what one cause maybe happening in your post. If you could give me some more information, then maybe we could hone-in on the root cause. In the mean time, there are a couple things to check, make sure the file you are printing is an appropriate format (exceptable file types) and also make sure your printer is online in the ePrintCenter. How are you trying to print from your Blackberry, either by emailing the printer or through an app you got at the app store?
    Thanks

  • HP OfficeJet 8500A Premium doesn't print from wireless (operating system is XP with service pack 3)

From all indications, my HP OfficeJet Pro 8500A Premium is connected to the network. But, when I send an item to print from my iPhone via email or from my computer via email, all I get is a message that says my print job has been received, but my printer is busy printing other stuff--which it isn't.
I have the HP ePrint app on my iPHone, and I can sit near the ocmputer and printer and print a picture from my iPhone using this app. But I cannot print using the printer's email address. and, yes, I've double checked the address.
    Any ideas? thanks

Hi there, when you check the printer job history in your ePrintCenter account what do you see? Is there a record of the failed print jobs? Here's a link to a post with some troubleshooting steps for ePrint connectivity issues. Take a look at the suggestions here and try them in the order they are presented http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/ePrint-Print-Apps-Mobile/ePrint-Apps-Connectivity-Troubleshooting-Pleas...

  • HP Officejet Pro 8500A not printing from black cartridge

This happened in an instant-no warning. I have tried all known troubleshooting and have disconnected.  The cartridge is one month old - no error messages.

I would recommend scrolling up to my last message about the black ink not printing. I have posted a troubleshooting guide to help resolve the issue. If the steps don't help, call HP directly to see what your options are.

  • I live out in the county where WiFi is not available.  I don't have internet either.  I have purchased the ipad2 and have been told that I can print from the ipad2 directly to the HP Officejet Pro 8500A eprint all-in-one.  Is that true?

I would like to be able to print from my ipad2 or my iphone4 directly to a wireless printer.  I don't have WiFi at home or internet.  I am able to get my emails and use the internet thru both these at home.  Will I be able to use them to print? Any suggestions which printer?  I was told that the HP OfficeJet Pro 8500A eprint all-in-one should work and wouldn't have to use a router.  I don't want to go purchase this and try to set it up if it won't work thru the 3G network.

  • Officejet Pro 8500A Premium will not print from my laptop

I have an Officejet Pro 8500A Premium. I jus had ot reload my driver thinking it would resolve the below issue but it did not. The connection string is  laptop -> docking station -> ethernet to router -> ethernet to printer.  On my laptop I can see the ink levels of the printer so there is a connection but when I attempt to print and select the Officejet 8500 (non fax) printer, it attempts to print to the 8500A fax and then pops up with a fax box.
    Additional Information:
    I have tried the following:
    - Changed the port for the 8500A fax
    - Tried to set the default printer from the fax to the network printer - received an error message: Operation could not be completed (error 0x0000709). Double check the printer name and make sure that the printer is connected to the network.
    This question was solved.

    Hello coolhandluke2,
    Welcome to the HP Forums.
I see that you are having issues when attempting to print from your Laptop.
I also see that you are getting an error 0x0000709.
I do have a few suggestions we can try.
First off, please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a power bar/strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer as an example but it is meant for HP products in general. Please click on the following link that explains the Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector.
I am also going to give you a document that deals with a 'Problem with Printhead,' 'Printer Failure,' 'Ink System Failure,' or a '0x...' or a 'C2...' Error Me....
If the troubleshooting does not help resolve your issue, I would then suggest calling HP's Technical Support to see about further options for you. If you are calling within North America, the number is 1-800-474-6836 and for all other regions, click here: click here.

  • My new Officejet Pro 8500a on a Windows XP machine will not print from the Internet.

I just purchased and installed an Officejet Pro 8500a all-in-one and everything seems to work fine except that the maachine will not print from the internet.  I use Windows XP home and and the Firefox browser.  The printer is connected directly to the computer, and is not directly connected to the Internet or any other network.

The Officejet 8500 printers take individual ink cartridges (IIC); that machine requires that all cartridges be installed to ensure that the printhead does not get damaged. Ink is used in the printer not just for printing, but maintain the printer and the printhead. One can reduce the amount of color ink the printer uses by changing the printer settings to Grayscale or use black ink only. Page 34 of the user manual shows how one can change those settings when printing documents. For further information on how ink is used in the printer; one can look as this page here where it goes into detail on the different ways that ink is used in the printer.
I would just replace the color cartridge that the printer indicates needs replacing when the machine alerts you to low ink. I would not replace all colors at once when only one is in need of replacing.
    I hope that this helps.

  • I cannot print from my iPad. I have the OfficeJet 8500A. The iPad shows it is connected to the printer but will not print.

The printer, HP 8500A, and iPad2 are connected to the network. The iPad shows the printer when I select print from AirPrint. It does not print. Is anyone else having this problem? Has anyone found the fix?

  • I can't print from my blackberry bold to my Photosmart Premium C310a,

I tried to install the eprint app on my blackberry bold 9780 and i am unable to enter the eprint address of my printer, nor could i find my printer that is on the same wifi network. When i search for my printer on the same wireless network, it does not find it.  When i search for printers i get all fed-ex locations, when i enter the address of my printer [email protected], i get an "invalid printer" error.
Did I install the wrong app?  Is there a different free app to install.  Is there a problem with my configuration.   I can print from my apple iPad & iPhone, but i can't get the blackberry to print.
I am sure it's something simple that i am doing wronng..
Thanks in advance for your assistance.

I believe the app you installed is for printing to remote printers that are registered shares such as the Fed-ex stores. This feature is for printing on the go.
Not really sure if the Blackberry can print via your wireless network, you may need to use the email feature.Don't have A BB so just a best effort.

  • I can't print from my Blackberry....when I select "I know my printers address" and I type this

I can't print from my Blackberry  9900 to my HP photosmart 5510 (but have wireless printing from my iPad working fine). In the BB I select the "my Printers" option and then go to "I know the printers address" option. I then type in the customised email address that I used on setting up the printer (that ends in @hpeprint.com)  but it then comes back saying "Printer not found! Please check the address and try again". What should I do ? Many thanks.

I would try setting the account to allowed senders only first, and then add the email you registered the blackberry eprint app with to the allowed list. This should hopefully resolve the issue.

  • Printing to officejet pro 8500a from ipad

I can print from my MBA and iPhone 5S by wireless to HP Officejet Pro 8500A but not from my iPad Mini.  Can any suggest why not and a solution please. Thanks

Setup a typical HP AirPrint Printer
    1. Insert the CD into the CD drive of the computer, and then wait a few seconds for the software installer to start.
    2. Accept the installation agreements, and then click Next . It might take several minutes for your computer to install the printer software.
    3. You will be asked to connect printer to computer with USB cable
    4. You will be ask how you want to connect to printer, select Network (Ethernet/Wireless) and then click Next.
    5. Setup will access computer and router for wireless settings.
    6. Setup will ask if you want to use wireless settings (SSID and Password) to setup printer. Select Yes and press Next.
    7. Setup will then send wireless settings to printer.
    8. Once printer is setup, you will be ask to remove USB cable.
    9. The printer is now ready for AirPrint.
