Printing in B&W with HP CM2320 MFP - follow up

I'd like to achieve the same. I got my computer to print in grayscale but I am facing a couple of obstacles.
- How to I get the grayscale setting to be a global one, so everyone in my office prints in grayscale.
- How do I make it easy for my collegues to print in color when nessecary.
If there's a possibility to get in contact with "Matthaus" I would like to know how. Though I figure someone should know how to achive this.
Can anyone help me?

I bought an epson xp650 a couple of months ago and cannot fault it. It does everything I require and it is the wifi model so I can print directly from my ipad/iphone. Not sure if you are asking about the colour of the unit or just to be able to print black and white, Obviously all printers will print black and white but just to give you a little more info the printer I bought is the white version and it looks really nice sat next to my imac 27''

I'm new here so please forgive my mistakes.
I have a Samsung s 5230 phone and a HP Color LaserJet CM2320 MFP. The phone has the option to print pictures, sms and e mails via a printer that has bluetooth. I don't want to buy a printer, so I thought, could it work if I emulate a Printer on my computer and send the things i want to print out from my phone to my computer and print it out over the hp pc suite and the network? i dont know a emulator for computer is this possible or has hp something like that? please help me.
I hope you understand what I mean.

get sms -> s5230 system print out-> computer gets the data over bluetooth and a printer emulator -> HP pc suite prints it out hope you can help me... =)

HP Color LaserJet CM2320 MFP Series PCL 6 - Colour Priniting Issue

Hi,
We have a HP Color LaserJet CM2320 MFP Series PCL 6 at work and it has started to print incorrect colours, when printing a document that should come out as grey and red it comes out as green for the grey and yellow for the red. Some of the cartridges are getting low but none have run out so not sure what to do. Can someone please help as we have things we need to print but they are not printing correctly.
I did try calloing for support hbut after speaking to two sets of people I got put back onto the voice active service whcih just took me around and around in circles and didn;t get me to human being so I gave up.

No fax detected CM2320 MFP

I keep a NO FAX DETECTED on my HP CM2320 MFP series printer. everything was fine 2 days ago. I canot receive any faxes.

I read about the fax report printing out for you and not being able to turn off this option. Please let me know which printer model you have and I will check out the options for you!

Printing PDFs on MBP with 10.8.1 not working?

I waited until 10.8.1 before updating my early 2011 MBP 17 - obviously should have waited a bit longer.
I'm trying to print PDF documents on my HP CM1017 MFP
Printing text doc from Word - no probelm, printing PDFs prior to update no problem.
Now when I try to print a pdf from mail or Adobe I am thrown into an indefinite wait. There is no movement on progress bar in the printer status window - just a complete spinning barber pole.

HP LASERJET CP1525nw print error when printing online Gmail emails with Google Chrome

HP LASERJET CP1525nw print error when printing online Gmail emails with Google Chrome. Extra large font sizes and weird formatting issues only when printing emails from Gmail within Chrome. No problems when printing the same email from Gmail+Internet Exolorer or Thunderbird. Using the IE Tab extension in Chrome prints the email correctly but the style of Gmail's message window is completely weird ie: formatting bar is spread out vertically instead of horizontally. I believe it is clear that this is an application specific issue between the HP LASERJET CP1525nw printer and Google Chrome + Gmail. This printing scenario does not occur when printing anything else or when printing via another printer. I would appreciate receiving any suggestions to solve this issue.
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Browser: Google Chrome 15
HP Print driver: HP Universal Print Driver for Windows PCL6 v5.4.0
Printer is connected by WiFi to 4 computers

You need to contact Google Chromes technical support as this is only an issue with Chrome. You have indicated that the printer functions correctly everywhere else. Check out the link below for Google Chrome technical support. Let me know if you need additional assistance?

Error (InvalidArgsError) when Printing to a file with Adobe Acrobat 9.0 Interop SDK

i am getting a error (Invalid arguments) when trying to print to a file with the Adobe Acrobat SDK 9.0. When i use Adobe Acrobat 7.0 it works correctly. I set the fileName Property as follow:

First, make sure that your printer and iPad are connected to the same network. Have you tried using AirPrint yet? Below is a link with Apple's instructions on printing from an iOS device.

Hi ,
The cause of the issue is the standard rdf is set to run for single operating unit. But R12 is a moac setup enable application. Hence The operating unit mode is changed to Single from null in system administration concurrent program setting for the XML report concurrent program.
This fixed the issue.

Is there a way to print the check register with the Text field and also each item's Text field?"
When we enter a invoice we enter a generic text on the Basic Data tab then enter a "+" on each individual line item which in turns defaults to the generic text. Just wanted to know if the check register could draw in the individual line item detail where we can enter text that relates to just that line item. Sort of like the MIR7 draws in the detail for each item.
Kindly help me in full fill the above requirement.

Also, when im viewing websites and i find something i wish to print, same again, if i simply click on the print option at the top right of the screen nothing happens... the only way I can print is if i copy the weblink of the site page then click on my HP eprint app and paste the web link, then select print, it prints off fine.. but its it such a pain to keep copying and pasting links or screen dumping emails just to print...

Just to recap, this is a collection of ports I have collected over time for people who needed this information when setting up the HP ePrint app so that they could view their email from within the app. I am certain other applications also need this information. Although lengthy, I could not find a more comprehensive place to retrieve this information. Feel free to post additional information, faulty information, or other related topics below as this is simply a collection of data and it would be practically impossible to test all of them.
