Printing of Inspection Report After Usage Decision

Hi,
I want take the print out of Inspection Report after Usage Decision completed.......... Can you plz guide the complete Confiuration & related transaction codes for this........

Inspection report can be printed from QA33 t_code.
There are some pre requesites for this,
i)   In material master 'Inspection with task list' and 'Check characteristics'  should be activated.
ii)  Inspection plan for that material should be present.
iii) Record results for these inspection characteristics and take Usage decision.
iv)In QA33 t_code, u can see 'inspection report tab' . click on that tab.
v) Give output device and see print preview.
U can see inspection report with all details.

    After process order completed, we have received 100 units as a quality inspection stock.  After usage decision,( QA11), I have posted 98 units to unrestricted use and 2 units to the  to sample usage
    98 units successfully move to unrestricted stock.
    However 2 units for sample still showing quality inspection stock.
    I have checked MB51, mat document number for sample is 4900000160 and movement type is 331
    Do you have any idea why sample still showing in quality inspection stock. It  should consumed and zero out the quality inspection stock in MMBE

    Please check you MIC's control Indicators.
    Is it tick on Destructive insp. under Sample tab ?
    Please tick it and try again with whole process.
    Destructive Insp. : You specify whether the sample is to be destroyed after inspection. This means that is no longer available. This quantity is used in the usage decision as the proposed quantity for the posting to sample.

  • Need to send data, after Usage decision in quality inspection (QA11)

    Hi all,
    After Usage decision in quality inspection (QA11), i need to send some data like material number, qty etc to external database or to external party. is there anyway i can achive this in real time? real time means, it should send the appropriate data to external party after usage decision is made.

    Hi,
    You can change results recording in case the MIC in the inspection plan of the lot are marked as "long term characteristics", else it wont be possible to change result recording.
    you can change the UD code only after giving the Usage decision.
    you cannot change the defects recording.

    Hi,
    whenever you do cancellation for material doument then its always done for the same stock type for which you have made GR....
    If you wanna do from it then Choose cancellation and material doc and enter the mrtl doc no.
    and execute ...

  • EWM with QM -Inspection label not getting printed after usage decision

    Hi Experts,
    We checked configuration settings related to this but we could not find missing configuration. Right now we are not able to print label after we take usage decision. Please let us know your inputs on this.
    We are using /SCWM/QINSP for usage decision.

  • Material Disposition After Usage Decision

    Hi Gurus,
    Im working on a scenario werein I need to change the Defect recording after I need to change the disposition of the material. The process is, the lot will be rejected, and will go to a certain Location. In this location, the user will decide whether it can be rework, return to vendor or use as is. User will need to key in in the system.
    At first, I though I can just use of changing the usage decision. But they say they need the disposition per item in the defect code. But once I have done usage decision, Defect cannot be changed.
    Please help to identify other process that I can do.

    Then in that case the only solution will be to activate notification.Please follow this process
    1) Maintaina default notification type in the inspection type in the config
    2) When defect recording is done automaticaly notification will be created
    3) When UD is given notification also gets closed automaticaly
    4) Go to notification ( in UD screen , select the defect and click on Notification and put the notification back in process (menu button > function> Put back in process
    5) Here you can edit the defect or add defect and automaticaly gets assigned to the inspection lot
    Please check and revert back

  • Reverse Production Confirmation After Usage Decision (UD)

    Hi All ,
                 We are using Quality Inspection Type 04 ("Good Recipt production Inspection ") . We have Done some wrong Entry in Production Confirmation after that quality person also did Usage Decision for the inspection Lot. now we want to cancel this confirmation . will some one help me how we can reverse UD (Usasge Decision) and Cancel the production confirmation .

    Do you mean to say you want to cancel the document for which 321 movement has been made where the stock has been
    cleared from quality to un-restricted?
    This is not possible,unless if you have used SAP notes,
    Note 1108313 - Cancelling usage decision and lot
    Note 175842 - Inspection lot: Reversal of goods movements from UD.
    Otherwise cancel the confirmation and the error movement 102 will be going to COGI.
    Do 102 through MB31 against that order and delete the 102 error from COGI.
    Check and revert back.

    Financial Posting will take place after MIGO & MIRO
    The financial posting will be as under:
      1. When GR is posted 
          Inventory Account dr (Transaction Key BSX in OBYC)
                To GRIR account (T.Key WRX in T-code OBYC)
      2. When Invoice is posted
          GRIR account Dr.
          Vendor account  Cr.

    2.Material passed in second test
    3.Material passed in third test
    Now i need to get one report like
    How many UD i given by using 1.Material passed in first test,2.Material passed in second test, etc....
    and what are the material passed through that
    how i can have a report like...Any std report available

    What process are you following to define those 1st test/2nd test and 3rd test?
    Anyways, use UD code according to your need, like A1 - Passed 1st test, A2 - Passed 2nd test and A3 - Passed 3rd test. Athen in QA33 filter the lots according to UD code. otherwise, a simple query linking QALS and QAVE will give you a report for lot/material vs UD code. Put a simple formula to count the no. of times a particular UD code appears and you are done with your requirement.

  • Update purchase order history after usage decision from quality

    Hi guys,
    I'm working with active ingredients, after entering the % of the active ingredient in quality, then making the usage the decision, I need to update the history of the purchase order for the quantity posted.
    what I mean is that if I received 1000 KG of a raw material, then in the quality check I found that the % of the active ingredients is 90%, I update the purchase order quantity to 900 KG, I know that this is made by using transaction MWBQ, but what are the settings I have to make at the very beginning before using transaction MWBQ

  • SAP QM Issues regarding follow-up action after Usage Decision

    Dear Gurus -
    Kindly need your expertise to resolve these issues regarding follow-up action.
    1. After taking the UD i need to trigger the follow-up action to send an email with the long text to a group of people. As per standard SAP the email goes to the person taking the UD. Kindly can some one explain what & where do i need to make the changes. Also please let me know what is the customized Email ID table where mail ID's will be stored which fuction module can extract.
    2. Can i also use the same functionality for partial lots during inprocess inspection. I need to send an email to a group in case the valuation is rejected for that operation.
    Any response is highly appreciated.

  • Partial quality inspection & partial usage decision?

    Hello Friends
    Inspection lot is created when GR is done against purchase order, in normal case result is recorded for whole lot and usage decision is made partially / fully.
    Say business want to inspect (record result) only 50 pieces and want to do usage decision of 50 pieces immediately and again want to inspect (record result) another 50 pieces of same lot and want to do the usage decision u2026u2026u2026u2026how to do it?
    As per my knowledge once inspection is done & usage decision is done system stops to inspect that lot again.
    Looking for your valuable input as soon as possible.

    For result recording to be done for  qunatity In control indicator of each char tick on long term Inspection.
    This will allow you to do RR after UD has taken.
    For UD to be done Partially means stock posting partially ...
    You can create a UD code(AP) & in customization do not post it automatically.
    Then You can only post 50 Qty initially with UD -AP
    then for rest of the  qty in QA32 select those lots with UD & stock post rest of the items when you carry out RR for rest of 50 .
    This is the solution

  • QM_Follow up action in usage decision

    Dear QM Experts,
    1.     We can record the defects in inspection lot (01 origin) which creates quality notification in background under F2 type.
    2.     If the defects are recorded usage decision is given as Rejected.
    Requirement is auto email should be sent to predefined email addresses briefing defects and number of defects. This has to be done only for those lots whose UD have been given as Rejected. Question is which follow up action and which function module to be used for this?

    QFOA_MAIL_REJECTED_RESULTS-Follow-Up Action Module: Send Mail for Rejected Characteristics
    QFOA_MAIL_SENDING-Send Info MAIL After Usage Decision (Mail Contains UD Data)
    QFOA_MAIL_SENDING_STANDARD-Send a Short Info MAIL After Usage Decision
    you have to assign these follow up actions with FM to the rejected UD code

    Dear SAP Experts,
    I want to know , when usage Decision is taken in QM, stock will be updated or not?
    After usage decision say few quantity is scrapped and given usage decision code for the same. I want to know this decision will update to stock or not? if it doesnot update the satock automatically, then what standard movement types are used to post this scrapped quantity.
    Please help, and its urgent.

    May or may not be! 
    Stock posting through QM and UD are 2 separate events although executed through same TCode.
    If you want that stock should be posted automatically in to unrestricted or into block with UD at the same time, you can do that setting in QS51 against appropriate UD code.
    If the system status of inspection lot contains UD ICCO SPCO, that means stock posting and UD both have been done
    After usage decision say few quantity is scrapped and given usage decision code for the same. I want to know this decision will update to stock or not? if it doesnot update the satock automatically, then what standard movement types are used to post this scrapped quantity
    I could not interpret this correctly.
    Seems that you are narrating a case where UD and stock posting are done and later you want to scrap the material
    You can simply do it through MIGO using 551 movement. (Scrapping against cost center from unrestricted use)
    But changing once given UD, will not perform any movement again.

  • The Usage decision cancellation & quantity reversal

    Daer All,
    While cancelling the Goods receipt, system gives the error Deficit of SL Stck.in qual.insp 10 M : 5000017/1 PMT1 RMST as the usage decision of quality lot generated for the goods receipt is done.
    I want to cancel/reverse the usage decision made & the quantity release from the lot to be initialised, so I can cancel the Goods receipt.
    I have applied the Note 175842 & User Exit QEVA0008
    But when I cancel the usage decision in QA11, only the usage decision is cancelled. The quantity which is moved to un-restricted stock after usage decision is not reversed.
    I want to reverse the quantity, so i can cancell the goods receipt.

    Hi Prakash,
    Please note that SAP doesnt provide an option to reverse a UD once its done.
    Now to solve your issue, Since you have already done QA inspection the stock is moved to Un-res.
    So when you cancel the Material/GR document, select the stock type as un-res then system will allow to post the document.
