  • Adobe Form's First Page printing perfectly on 132 column sheet but further pages prints with small font size

    Dear All,
We are facing a strange behavior of adobe form.
we made form for SAP CRM which is printing in 132 column(28cm * 33cm) sheet. what we are observing is, first page is printing perfectly on the pre printed Invoice sheet but if invoice has more items to be displayed then second  page prints with small font size or you can say second page seems to be zoomed out to smaller page size. In Preview Second page onwards also looks perfect. Now we are in a fix what to do to come out of this issue.
    efforts made:-
    Adobe Page Size Adjusted.
Select paper Source by Page Size ticked in Adobe form properties
But still result is non satisfactory. Please Help.

  • Print pmt advice sheet one by one for giving document number ranges

    Hi experts,
i developed payment advice program (used as scripts),just enter only one document number and it will print payment advice
sheet for that document number only. Now my clnt requirement is they want to enter document numbers in the ranges (EX:10 to 20)
so that payment advice sheets for all document ranges should be printed one by one.we can give input as SELECT-OPTIONS.
After that where should i modify so that o/p is come as my clnt requirement.
This report is developed using scripts.Anybody pls help me in this.

In your program retrieve the data into tables (you probably now have as a structure)...or alternatively, write a small program that gets the data, then calls the SAPscript (probably through and ENTRY subroutine).
If you put your data into tables in a program, just loop and do the entire form process for each document...remember to CLEAR all tables/structures used by the SAPScript itself...if not you'll "double up" each time you process a new document.

  • Print to larger sheet size

I set several pages of nonstandard (small) sheets in pages. I assumed I could print on larger stock and then trim them down to size. Pages doesn't seem to support this. Anyone done it before? I still have iwork '05. thanks.

I've been doing something similar. Here's what I'd recommend for you.
    1. Choose File > Print… for the document you have made in Pages, without worrying about the paper size being wrong.
    2. Click the Preview button. Your document opens in Preview as a print preview/pdf.
Do not click the Print button. Instead:
    3. Choose File > Page Setup….
    4. Choose the larger paper size you are using.
    5. Choose File > Print…. Fill in your settings and click print. The original paper-sized version should be centred on the larger paper size.
Alternatively you might work out something else that works that involves setting the Scale when you go File > Page Setup… for your Pages document.
Oh actually, I just noticed something which might work better than the two ideas I just gave. It requires 10.4, which you have, so I should probably delete what I wrote above but it was work to write and maybe this way won't work for you or something. But try this first:
    1. In the Print sheet for your Pages document, show the "Paper Handling" options (use the pop-up menu which normally says "Copies & Pages" to get to it).
    2. Under "Destination Paper Size" click "Scale to fit paper size " and choose your larger stock paper size.
    3. Put a tick on "Scale down only". This is so it won't actually scale up.
    4. Click Print!

  • Can't print to A5 sheets of paper

I feel embarrassed to have to be asking this, but the how devil are you supposed to print to A5 sheets of paper. I know I have done this in the past, but coming back to it after some time I can't for the life of me see options in the 'Print' dialog that actually work...
I'm using a Lexmark E220 if that matters to anyone.
The printer has feeders that can take paper of any size up to A4 and you'd think that the "scale" options would just scale the output, but no! - they keep on insisting that they output the full size no matter what options I select. I've even tried to explicitly say "scale 50%" and it doesn't! (e.g. no automatic scaling, manually se scaling to 50%)
Furthermore, the reduction options don't seem to include one that centres the output (rather than placing it in a corner), so I can't "con" the thing into thinking it's printing a smaller, centred output to A4 when in fact it's an A5 sheet.
Setting custom paper sizes by specifying that my paper is x cm by y cm doesn't appear to work either.
I swear all I had to do in the past was to ask that it scale the paper to size, stick the paper in and press "Print".
I finally have this work—after a fashion—by feeding the A5 paper in sideways into the A4 feeder, specify that it is to be printed two pages to one sheet, but ask that only the first page be printed. Of course this solution only "works" if you are happy to print your document one page at a time (which in my case, luckily is OK). It's not a proper solution to printing to smaller paper for most people. It's daft I should have to resort this sort of thing, when the printer has feeders that accept smaller paper sizes and A5 is a standard paper size.

  • 8750 printer will only print a small part of a photo what ever size paper I use and prferences

Is there a solution to printing as when I try to print a photo either in 6x4 or even A4 it still only prints a small section of the photo in one corner of the paper and after all preferences checked it still remains the same.

    Hi there john2boy,
With the jam and print missing ink lets try downloading and running the HP Hardware Diagnostic Utility located here:
    http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c03291586&cc=us&dlc=en&lang=en&lc=en&product=408...
It can fix a lot on its own and if not give a better idea of what is going on.
    Best of Luck!

  • I can't print a contact sheet

...and it's driving me nuts!  Every time I try to print a contact sheet (to pdf, or to printer), everything just hangs. I get the spinning beachball fo death most attempts, or it spins and spins and finally spits out the pdf after about 10 minutes.   I used to be able to do this quickly with no problem, but something is up now.  I'm running the latest version of Aperture on a macbook pro.  Thanks in advance!

Are you printing the contact sheet through the Aperture print options or some other way?

Hello, I would like to create and print a contact sheet in Photoshop elements 13. I have managed to do that but I need desperately to be able to place a title on the contact sheet. Also, each photograph has as name and I need these names to show up on the contact sheet when I print them out. If this is not possible I will just return my product. I have an old old version of Photoshop that will do just that but with this new elements I cannot find it.

What computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 13/13.1 running on?
Assuming Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit, open the Elements Organizer 13/13.1 and select your media
    for the Contact Sheet.
Go to File Menu/Print and set up the Print Dialog for Contact Sheet.
If you used Edit Menu/Add Caption beforehand, I can see how you can get
    Date
    Caption
    Filename
under the Print dialog's "4" and even a page number if you have more than 1 page. But, I am not seeing
where you are going to get a title for each of the contact sheets.
Any questions or need clarification, please do not hesitate to ask.
You can get into the Elements Organizer 13/13.1 from the Welcome Screen or by clicking on the Organizer Tab
at the bottom of the Expert workspace in the Premiere Elements 13/13.1 Editor.

  • Can I Print a Contact Sheet of Photos in a Calendar?

I'm making personalized calendars for many different people.  I don't want to put in the same photos I had in their calendar for 2011.  Is there a way I can print a contact sheet of the photos I had in the 2011 calendar ( I still have it saved in Projects), so I don't use the same photos?  It's very tedious going back & forth, back & forth as I creat each new calendar.
    Many thanks.

  • Prints too small on HP Inkjet 2800, prints too large on Adobe PDF Printer

I have been having this problem with all Macs in my network:
Whenever I need to print anything on my HP Inket 2800 printer, from either InDesign or Illutrator, it will print really small, even though "fit to page" is unchecked, size is at 100% and page sizes are correctly chosen. It will even ignore the Position settings (if I choose centered, it will print on upper left). If I export the PDF it shows fine and I can print perfectly through Acrobat.
If I choose to print over Adobe PDF, I get the opposite: InDesign will enlarge everything a lot and maintain the paper size for some reason. This way, I can't use Print Booklet to generate PDF files.
I have tried reinstalling the HP printer drivers, without success.
    Any ideas?
    Thank you.

Just got off the phone with Adobe and found a cure.
    Open print dialog box.
    Go to Set up
the paper size: scroll to top and select defined by driver.
It worked for both the HP 8150 and Xerox Phaser 7700
    I'm running CS3 on Mac Intel G5 OS X 10.5.5.
