Printing PDF's I can't print anymore

When I try and print anything in pdf it let's me pick a printer. When the printing window opens and I hit print, it goes to "print to file" and won't print.
It's only on one computer. I have other computers and everything works fine. On this computer I can print any file except a pdf.
2nd problem: I try "copy as" and it sends me to print form saying only blank forms can be printed. Now I'm trying to save a pdf and it sends me to print.

I don't know where that is. When I pick a printer, there isn't any place I can find that. When the window opens "Print to file" there isn't any options.
I have more than one printer and they all go to "print to file" for pdf's only.

I accidentally solved my mystery. For some reason it was set to "print to file". I changed it to "printer" and now I am able to print.

What format are those music scores (I'm not familiar with cubase documents). But, it may be that Adobe PDF Pack doesn't support that format. In that case, Acrobat is the way to go. You can then print your files to PDF as you'd like. You're welcome to try Acrobat for free for 30 days to see whether it's going to work for you. If you decide it is, and you'd like to use it going forward, you could convert your PDF Pack subscription into an Acrobat subscription.

Look for these two files.
AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.plugin
AdobePDFViewer.plugin
Right click those and select “Move To Trash’.

How do I collate a large online hyperlinked PDF into a PDF that I can read/print offline?

Specifically, I am trying to download into a single PDF file that can be read offline preserving internal hyperlinks (and printed as one large book):

I've written a script called DeDuper which can help remove unwanted duplicates. See this thread for background.
That said you should probably start by "undoing" the creation of extra mp3s. If you sort the song list on the Date Added column you can select then first song from the relevant batch, then scroll to the end of the group, hold shift and click to select the range. You can then delete and send to the recycle bin.
My script won't be as effective against this group. The "Convert to format" tool may well specifiy a different bit rate from the source file, but it won't ever increase the quality of the audio. Clearly converting 128k mp3 to 256k mp3 would have no benefit so you want the original files.
If you still have duplicates use the script to thin out what remains.

im using a HP Laserjet with my Imac connected via ethernet and appletalk.
Since some days im not able to print anymore. If I try to print something with apples standard text-editor a requester is shown immediately saying "error while printing".
if i start a terminal, I can use the command lp -d printername mytxt.txt ( or some pdf) and it prints without any problems !

I have SanDisk USB 4 Gb flash and was going to use it for exactly the thing as you do and ran into same problem. However somewhere I read that the flash drive can be reformatted (I think MSDOS) so it will be recognized on both PC and Mac. But since the prices of the flash drives dropped so much I just ran down to Staples and got another identical SanDisk flash and now use one for my PC and one for my Mac.

I'm using CS5 and my printer ist a Brother 2035. Since yesterday none of my adobe products print anymore.
My system is the mac lion 10.7.2. Everything is up to date.
I get no error message. It appears like the job was sent to the printer, but nothing happens.
The preview and text programs from apple are still functioning.
Did anyone have this problem before?

If you are using your registered serial number then how did you reinstall the software? Also which operating system are you using?

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

[SOLVED] Cannot print anymore after last reboot

HP Officejet 8100 Pro network printer doesn't print anymore but gives obscure error messages:
/var/log/cups/error_log says "broken pipe", printing dialogue says "can't detect file type", the print dialogue says to the right of the printer "Can't copy stdin to temporary file", and the Document Print Status window gives a message box "There was a problem processing document...". The "diagnose" function offered by the message box leads nowhere (test page cannot be printed either).
Tried to print from web browser, open office and evince.
Any ideas? Did something fundamentally change in the recent Archlinux updates?
Edit: Root partition was full, clearing the package cache to make some room fixed it. ("pacman -Sc")

Go to the website of the manufacturer of your printer and check to see if they have released an updated driver for your particular model.

I can't do pdf's in Indesign (CS5.5) anymore

Today I discovered I can't do pdf's from Indesign (CS5.5) anymore. I was told to update/install Extension Manager, but it didn't work with my OS X (10.6.8).
Is this Adobes way to make sure I buy Creative cloud already, or is there any way I still can use CS5.5? I'm of course annoyed I can't deliver the material I was supposed to and hope somebody please can explain why this is happening and how I can fix it. I rather not buy the upgrade.

You have not provided any proper technical details. This has nothing to do with CS5.5 per se, something is just wrong on your system.
