Printing photos from an iPad.

Recently I've been having major problems printing from my iPad. I normally go into my usual store, connect their cable, wait for the photos to download, select what I want, then all ready for me later.
However, since I'm"upgraded" to iOS 7.1 it will no longer connect properly to any PC! Trying to explore the files on my PC won't work as it constantly disconnects, same on photo kiosks.
Short of emailing every single one to myself then dumping them on a USB stick, I'm at a loss. This has only happened since 7.1 came out, I've tried restarting several times to no avail.
Is it bugged?
Do Apple only want us to use iTunes ( which personally I can't stand, that's another issue though ), I'd rather be able to choose what programs I want to use to open and browse my files, not what Apple wants.

My printer is an Airprint-enabled printer.
So, what now? Can i print anything (photos, PDF, DOC, websites, notes, calendar, etc.) from my iPad to the printer? And how? Is there an option that i need to click or an app i need to download?
Please advice.

I have a Kodak ESP 3.2s all in one printer
I have set it up to print via my home wi fi using my normal laptop with Microsoft
However I couldn't work out how to print from my iPad as its not configured for Apple!
I downloaded Kodak Pic flick HD app
This means I can now print photos from my iPad! Great
But still can't print documents it seems I get a message saying No AirPrint Printers Found
Any advice very welcome

Airprint is a technology created by Apple Inc. and introduced in iOS 4.0 that allowed iPads, iPhones, and iPod Touches to print directly to Airprint compatible printers. Unlike computer printing where the drivers, fonts, etc. are stored on the computer and sent to the printer with the document with Airprint fonts, drivers, etc. are stored on the printer and need not be sent with the document.
The solution to your problem is 3rd party software which both Jim and I suggested to you.

If you're purchasing a new printer largely for this purpose, I strongly suggest you get an AirPrint capable printer. They are listed in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4356
If you do not use AirPrint, you will have to rely on the printer vendor to supply an app for you to use. For example, some wireless Epson printers that are not AirPrint capable can be used with the Epson iPrint app. But believe me, that offers a whole lot less capability than AirPrint to interface to an iPad (or iPhone).

If you power your ipad down then turn it back on that should fix the issue

You can also take a screen shot of your screen displaying the voucher. Press and release the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time. The screenshot is added to your Camera Roll album.

Does your printer support AirPrint - the models that support it, and some troubleshooting for it, is on this page. If it's not an AirPrint printer then does the printer manufacturer have their own app in the store that you can use, or there are third-party printer apps such as Print Central For iPad and Print n Share which might work.

No. It's not meant to replace a computer. But for some it already has. There is the App Store with 200,000 apps and counting with photo editing and word processing apps, too.

Do I have to pay for them again?
No. They will sync right over if you have them on iTunes on your computer or you can download again from the App Store and it wont charge you if you've already purchased.

Sure, you can import them to a computer and then send them to your printing source. There are some third party apps (I don't know them, because I do the first method) that will allow you to send them to the third party company and print them out.

Your printer isn't on the list but you may be able to print with Epson's app or other print apps from the App Store.

Sorry but your iPhoto library is not on an iPad or iPod - you may have photos there (most likely low resolution copies) but not an iPhoto library - dying computers (along with software and human errors) are why you always must have a backup - now is the time to load it

HT204022 Cannot delete photos from new iPad

When I hit edit and then select the photos, the red delete button does not become active to allow me to delete. Any ideas as to what I should do? I just got the new ipad today and restored it to my old ipad 2 via my MacBook. It's like I don't have permission or something. Can't seem to find a way to delete these photos from my ipad.

Where are the photos you are trying to delete?
If they are in the Camera Roll you should be able to delete them on the iPad.
But if they are in albums that were copied to you iPad by syncing with your computer you need to do another sync but before you click on Sync deselect the albums you no longer want on the iPad. Then click on Apply or Sync.

Try sending them via the Messages app as opposed to E-mail.
E-mail shouldn't normally be a problem, but Messages will do as a soloution.
To do so:

1. Go to your Photo Gallery
2. Open up the album/ images you want to send
3. Press the share button (top right hand corner)
4. Select 'Send as Message' (not e- mail)
5. Select your friends Apple ID from your address book for his iPad
6. Voila!

Since I updated to Mountain Lion I can't print to my Epson NX430 from my Mac. Though it prints fine from my iPad. Suggestions? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled software. It won't show up on my list of printer options.

My printer is showing no errors and printed fine from my iPad, but it will not connect wirelessly to my mac mini.
