Printing photos from IPAD 2 with HP c410a printer
how can I print a photo from a photo file to the main tray of an hp c410a photosmart printer using an IPAD 2?
Hey nissan84pu,
How do you have this printer connected? If you have the printer set up for a Wireless or Ethernet connection, your router supports Bonjour and Multicasting, and the printer/iPad on are the same network, then you will have the ability to AirPrint these Photos to your printer. For information on Apple's AirPrint service please click here.
As well, this printer is capable of ePrint. If you have the printer setup with a customized email through the HPConnected website, then you can email the photos to the printer from the iPad and they will print.
Hope this helps,
Jason

Delete photos and video synced from iTunes when you can’t access the originals
You can delete photos you synced from iTunes by syncing them with a new folder. These steps will remove all of the previously synced photos from the device. To delete photos that have been synced from a computer that's no longer accessible:
Create a folder on the computer that you now sync with, and add a single photo to that folder.
In the Photos tab in iTunes, click the box next to "Sync Photos From."
In the pop-up menu next to "Sync Photos From," choose the folder you created in step 1.
Apply the change.
Uncheck "Sync Photos From."
Apply the change again.
Your synced photos will now be removed from the device. -

Unable to delete photos from iPad with Image Capture or PhoneView
I recently downloaded about 50GB of photos to my iPad. They are RAW+JPG. Some of the RAWs are from a new camera that does not have RAW support on the Mac yet.
Using Image Capture I downloaded all the photos to my Mac. They all have the green check-mark next to them indicating they have been downloaded.
After confirming that the images transferred without becoming corrupted, I went back to Image Capture and selected all, then hit the Delete button. I confirmed that I really want to delete them all permanently.
Then a little floating window appears that says "Deleting..." and it stays like that for a long time. Eventually Image Capture simply loses its connection with the Mac and simply leaves this console message:
5/22/12 10:58:38.494 AM com.apple.launchd.peruser.503: ([0x0-0x91091].com.apple.PTPCamera[9744]) Exited with code: 255
Back on the iPad, I see that some of the JPEG-format photos have been deleted while the RAWs that went with them are still there. Meanwhile for many others, both the RAW & JPEG both still remain.
Any ideas what might cause this? Is it because the Mac doesn't yet have support for the RAW file and therefore doesn't recognize it as an "image" file? The links below have instructions for deleting photos.

Photos from iPad to MacBook Air, I am currently trying to use my USB cord to transfer photos, but how?
You can only import photos in the camera roll, not synced photos. So I assume that you want to transfer the photos that you shot with the iPad camera. You can use iPhoto or Image Capture on the MBA.
Just connect the iPad to the Mac with the cable and launch either of those two apps. Your iPad should appear under the devices heading in the left sidebar of the app. Click on the iPad name just like you do when you sync with iTunes and the camera roll photos should appear in the window on the right.

I have had great difficulty deleting photos from iPad I have followed advice and connected to computer and iTunes but cannot find anywhere to click on delete I also deleted photos fro computer and synced again and then found hundreds of more photos on iPad which were unwanted at the same time I lost a film I had purchased from iTunes and The soundtrack of film from iPod
Photos that were synced from your computer you should be able to delete by movin/removing them from where they were synced from and then re-syncing (or de-selecting the whole folder if you want to remove the entire album from the iPad).
Photos taken with the iPad, copied onto it via the camera connection kit, or saved from emails/websites etc can be deleted directly on the iPad - either via the trashcan icon in the top right corner if viewing the photo in full screen, or via the icon of the box with the arrow coming out of it in thumbnail view. They should also appear in Windows Explorer on PC where you can delete them, and in iPhoto on a Mac you can delete them after importing. -
How can I delete photos from iPad but not iCloud?
Before setting up iCloud, my girlfriend downloaded photos from her camera to her iPad. We now have iCloud set up, but the photos on her iPad remain in the "Photos" album instead of Photo Stream. I would like to delete the photos from the iPad to free up storage space, and move them to the Macbook. I'm guessing that I would need to somehow move them to Photo Stream then delete the old album where they were stored on the iPad... Any ideas?

How to remove thousands of photos from ipad
Hi all,
When I was at vacation I imported about 7560 photos from my digital camera into the new iPad.
At home I imported all the photos from the ipad to Aperure and clicked "delete all the photos from the iPad".
Aperture really removed some photos (about 2 GBs from 45 GBs) and now shows me an "empty" iPad.
But the most of photos still are on the iPad. Aperture doesn't see any photos more, even after restarting.
Okay, then I tried iPhoto. iPhoto sees photos, but doesn't want to remove photos.
Then I tried my windows PC - it could remove a couple of photos but got an error after deleting multiple photos at once.
Then I tried Image Capture on my Mac - it removes about ten photos and then loses the ipad. Loses means it doesn't see the iPad under devices, even after restarting the app. After rejecting and reconnecting the iPad I can remove other 8 or 10 photos with Image Capture and it loses the iPad again.
Now, after about 2 hours I still have 6271 photos on the iPad.
Can some one help me to delete all the photos at once from my new iPad?

Unable to transfer photoes from ipad to windows 7 laptop.
Error message
"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)"That is one heck of a post for a newcomer here. Your instructions worked like a charm, with one exception:
When uninstalling the Broadcom Device, I had to check the box to delete the driver, and then had to scan for new hardware to get the device to show back up. Then I was able to load the edited driver software.
I am not complaining, but very grateful, as I was pulling my hair out on this one. -
How do I transfer photos from Ipad to computer?
How do I transfer photos from iPad to computer?
For photos taken with the iPad, copied to it via the camera connection kit, or saved from emails/websites then see this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083
For photos that were originally synced from a computer you will need a third-party app such as Simple Transfer (which has a free lite version called Simple Photo & Video Transfer) which can copy them off via your wifi network. But as photos are 'optimised' when they are synced to the iPad, any that you ten copy back to a computer may not be exactly the same as they originally were on your computer. -
How do I transfer photos from iPad to ipad2.
How do I transfer photos from iPad to ipad2?
With your computer.
Photos transferred from your computer to your iPad via the iTunes sync process should remain on your computer. You transfer these photos to your iPad 2 in the same way - via the iTunes sync process which is selected under the Photos tab for your iPad 2 sync preferences with iTunes.
For any photos on your iPad that were saved from a received email or from a website or that were imported from a digital camera with the iPad Camera Connection Kit, these photos can be imported from your iPad by your computer as with any other digital camera.
Import these photos from your iPad with your computer, and then transfer the photos from your computer to your iPad 2 via the iTunes sync process.
