Printing Problem with my HP office jet pro L7600

Hi guys ,
i am desin xmas card for our customer from illustrator Cs4, I have margin from the A4 . its 8 mm arround the Page. so every time i print from illustrator . it doesent print 8mm gap. i guess this is some thing the printer doesent understand what really the prin area.
it doesent print 5 mm from the A4. I am printing this as landscape.
how do i get fix this ?. apricieate urgent reply from experts

Your printer doesn't support AirPrint so to print wirelessly, download this app https://itunes.apple.com/pl/app/hp-eprint/id299531647?mt=8 and check if it supports your printer. I think it should.

I see you're having issues with your ink output. I'd like to help!
I would recommend removing the cartridges, and performing a power reset. Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug the printer back in. Ensure you plug the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any sort of surge protector or power bar.

When trying too print vi network to HP office jet pro 8600 get message "printer is idle

Using MacBook Pro and HP Office jet pro 8600mn, printing via wifi it won't print. Get message printer is idle. Pause and resume, no effect. Uninstalled and reinstlled printer no luck.

Printing problems with my HP Laser jet M 1217 nfw MFP

We just changed internet providers and now the printer will not print with our laptops. We had no problems before and the 1217 is still the default printer.
The laptops are connecting fine but when we try to print we get an "error " message
My mother in law who lives here has her own HP printer and hers is working fine.

Have you connected the printer to your new router?
If not, be sure to remove any existing device of the HP Laserjet Printer from Devices and Printers.
Next plug a temporary USB and follow the listed installation steps by selecting Wireless Conenction, you will be guided with the steps to reconfigure the wireless connection and reconfigure the device for your new network.
You may also use WPS if your router support a such, with no need for a temporary USB. you may check your router's documentation to check if it support the WPS (Wireless Protected Setup) wireless configuration option.
A step by step guide for both of the methods can be located by selecting your operating system, selecting Wireless Connection and following the Connect to the wireless network section:

Scanning Issue with Maverick and Office Jet Pro 8600

Just wanted to add my voice to the numerous problem reports. Specifically:
1) I could scan just fine until I upgraded to Maverick (Mac OS 10.9)
2) to address the problem, I downloaded the latest HP drivers for 10.9-didn't help
3) Tried to use the separate HP Scan application-no luck; couldn't fine the computer (even though I have been printing regularly)
4) Based on the HP problem solution posting (which seems a bit out of date), tried to uninstall the software and reinstall; the uninstall would not complete, although it did delete all of my printers.
It appears that it is finally time to abandon HP for printers, if they can't keep up with Apple's releases.

I understand you are having an issue with the scan software working with Mavericks. I can't help you with this. My suggestion is to completely remove all HP software from the computer and reinstall. Follow the instructions below to resolve the issue.
Scrub
Open the Applications folder > HP or Hewlett Packard folder > HP Uninstaller
Click continue, click on one of the printers in the list.
Hold down Control, Option and Command
While holding the three buttons down, Click uninstall.
Reset Printing System
Click the Apple icon ( ), and then click System Preferences.
In the Hardware section, click Print & Fax/Scan. The Print & Fax/Scan dialog box opens.
Right-click (or Ctrl +click) in the left panel, and then click Reset printing system…
Click OK to confirm the reset.
Type the correct Name and Password.
Click OK to reset the printing system. The Print & Fax dialog box shows no printer selected
Note: This will remove all printers in the print and Fax/Scan, any printer removed can be re-added later by clicking the plus (+) symbol.
Repair Disk Permissions (I know many of you have done this but because we have now done a scrub it is good measure to ensure non of your permissions differ)
On the Dock, click Applications, and then click Utilities.
Double-click Disk Utility.
Highlight your hard drive/partition on the left (by default this is "Macintosh HD").
Click the Repair Disk Permissions button at the bottom of the window.
Once the repair is complete, restart the computer.
Restart the computer.
Now you will have a fresh start and be able to reinstall the software. Please let me know if this resolves the issue you are experiencing. If it does not, I will gladly follow up.

Alright. I want to make sure I have everything correct, then I want to do some research to find out exactly what can be done to get this fixed. You have an 8500a and are trying to scan using the HP Printer Control app on an iPad. Everything is up-to-date and has been power cycled (turned off and on), but the iPad still cannot find the 8500a to scan with using the HP Printer Control app. Is that correct?

HT6114 HP Office Jet Pro 8500 Scanner no longer works with Mavericks upgrade

I have an all-in-one printer/copier/fax/scanner, HP Office Jet Pro 8500. The scanner no longer works with the Mavericks upgrade. Is it possible to get the scanner back in use? The printer and fax is fine, but I really use the scanner a lot. Please helap me.

The following link to the HP Support site indicates that scanning is still supported for the OfficeJet Pro 8500 using Mavericks but also indicates that "you may need to scan in a different way than you did before you installed Mavericks." HP office jet pro 8600 - wireless printing problem

I am having difficulty printing wirelessly from my iMac to my HP office jet pro 8600. Sometimes it will print, often after waiting hours. But quite often it does print and when I click on the printer icon there is a message that states: "Ready on Server. The printer is not responding. I have no problem or delay in printing from my iPad or iPhone. Tried turning the printer on and off.

when you set it up with your wireless router did you let the printer detect the connection. If so check the wireless channel the router is set to. I changed mine and wham, now it prints as soon as my finger hits the mouse button. Hope this helps.

How to print borderless with HP Office Jet Pro 8100?

Office Jet Pro 8600 Plus Faxing Problem with 2-EXT port Connected

I have the Office Jet Pro 8600 Plus and when I fax, I must disconnect the phone line connected to the 2-EXT port on the back of the printer. This is very annoying, and I'm hoping someone here can provide a more convienent solution. I'm connected through a Cable Modem EMTA device for my voice service that is sharing the fax...which like I said, faxes fine, as long as the phone line is disconnected from the 2-EXT port first.

I see that you are having issues with sending faxes, you have to disconnect the line in Ext 2 to be able to send a fax.
I can help you with this.
Using a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone service can cause faxing to fail because fax transmissions are sensitive to the timing of the signals used to transmit the fax. If using a VoIP digital line is necessary, changing the Fax Speed Adjustment setting to Slow might improve the ability to send a fax over a VoIP telephone line.
Make sure that you have a DSL filter installed. If you do not have a DSL filter, contact your DSL provider to find out where you can buy one.
I have provided a document with some steps for changing the fax setting on the printer.

Fax Sending Fails Intermittently or Fails for Only One Recipient.
