Printing raffle tickets

I'm new at printing and would like to know how to print raffle tickets. I have Winkows 7 and have tried to find a template but so far have been unable to find one on the computer or online. I tried using the address lables but I don't know what the heck I'm doing. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Are you able to print anything else from your cell phone or is the issue limited to only the e-ticket? If you are unable to print anything from the cell phone click on Troubleshooting Mobile Printing Issues. If the issue is limited to the e-tickets and you are using an apple device printing with airprint, then you could try opening the eticket with a print app and printing from there.
With more information from you I could better assist you and provide more specific information and troubleshooting. If the information above doesn't resolve the issue, post back with what mobile device you are printing from and what steps you are taking to print.

i think you can do a ticket print by setting the page format. and these tickets are printed on special printer which has to be decided by the basis guys.
for creating this you can follow same steps while creating smartform for others, one thing to bare in mind is to set the page format and the printer configration.

Were you trying to print them from the Delta Airlines app? If so, can you print from any other apps? If you can print from other apps then you'll want to contact Delta, but if you can't print from any other apps let me know what error message you get and I'll try to help you out further. If you aren't printing from an app and are just printing from your computer, make sure you can print other documents and contact Delta for further help.

Print out tickets

Can i have customers to print out a ticket after having booked and paid an event? Or can I use vouchers or any other kind of downloadable thing as a ticket? Want to avoid sending tickets to customers per mail.

The events module will allow a customer to register (paid or unpaid) which the system will track and send out confirmation email. However no voucher/ticket is created only an email confirmation in this case.

Problems printing numbered tickets

Hello everyone,
I just made some reffel tickets with running numbers. I made the file in Indesign cs5 on mac and I am printing it on a xerox 700 digital press with creo rip software. I used page numbers to make the running serial numbers. Because of this each ticket is its own page. There are 1000 pages. Total file size isn't that large though. Only 3.5 mbs as an Indesign file and 1.5 mbs as a pdf. However I cant get it to print from either acrobat or indesign. In fact when I try to print it from acrobat the program instantly freezes. Does any one have any ideas to why this issue might be happening?

I did 250 sheets for 1000 tickets this am.
See the graphic, (in Explorer's Preview) It added far more data in the RIP than I should have allowed.
While the InDesign file was only 1.4mb, after merging to 250 pages and spooling it weighed in at the RIP at 1.5gb. (Fiery RIP)
I had to get up and go do some other work while it processed.
I think there is something wrong with a 1001 page pdf at 1.8mb as you're showing.
If it is indeed that small, you could host it or email somewhere; we could verify if it works or crashes on another system.

Printing a ticket from a handheld or smartphone to a mobile small printer

i am new with apex and i am developing a basic application for take order from customers around the country. basically my application is going to be running on a mobile device (smartphone or handlheld), and the salesman will use a mobile printer (ej samsung Bixolon SPP-R200), so via blue tooth i need the ticket be printed from the apex application, any ideas or sample on how can i achieve this?

the 'Print' button you describe is the 'Print' button of the Adobe PDF reader ActiveX control.
Start>Adobe Reader>Edit>Preferences>Internet>uncheck "Display PDF in browser"
and
Internet Options>Advanced tab, uncheck "Do not save encrypted files to disk"

Printing airline tickets

My airline tickets didn't print out completely. the bar code is there, but the itinerary is missing. Also, my trip insurance was emailed to me in PDF, and I also can't print that properly. When I printed the HP test page, part of the text was missing....

HP Support Center closes my printer-related ticket with with a "test" message

I opened two support tickets in Support Case Manager and both have been closed without any feedback or message from HP. The tickets are for a printer still under warranty. In the first ticket (Case id 4651663220), because of the poorly designed contact address country list, I picked the wrong country (somewhere in the Middle East). The second I submitted the ticket, I've made an amendment and specified the correct country (in Europe). In 30 minutes I get a "response" saying that I should contact Support in Yemen (duh!!!) and that the case is now closed and that I should not reply. Nobody bothered to actually read the actual ticket. Anyway, let's say that it was my fault. I proceded to open a second ticket... In the second ticket (Case id 4651663876), after my half page of information describing the problem, steps that I took to try to fix it, etc, I just get an entry from HP, after a couple of weeks, closing the ticket and reading just "test". There is no way to reply or reopen these ticket, nor is there any escalation method. How bad is that?!? I am a long time HP customer, but surely, I won't get any more printers from them.

You can have few devices in one ePrint account (or HP Connected). If your printer is already in/on your account, you don't need to reactivate. Otherwise, you need a claim code to be able to add.

Printing ChaRM tickets

Has anyone been able to "print" a ChaRM ticket (SDHF)? I am looking for something similar to the print options available for Incident tickets where the Ticket header data, as well as the texts can be printed out.
Any thoughts or comments on this topic are appreciated.

This is all customizable and as per requirement
you can use the standard smartform and class or create a customized one if it doesn't exists.
so based upon your project requirement you can create zaction and then assign a smartform with a class with the help of developer
or you can create an action for sending mail with a BADI or method with developer
in both the above cases you can create a customized action with required smartform further schedule this action in SDCR action definition as per your requirement.

Printing Delta ticket information. No "print" label on g.mail

Delta e-mailed me ticket information however in the tools or at the top of the page there is no "print" label for me to have the computer print the document. I must have this for the airport. Thanks.

I don't think you're doing anything wrong. Are you able to convert other PDF files without error? How large is this particular file? Are you converting via Adobe Reader or the the ExportPDF web interface?
For starters, please clear the browser cache, and log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com. Make sure that you're using a supported web browser (see System Requirements | Adobe Acrobat Pro and Online Services) and that there aren't any proxy or firewall settings that are restricting your access to the Internet.

Need some help with orientation when Printing Tickets

Hi Guys,
We use an online ticketing system which when clicked on "print ticket" Safari window comes up showing the ticket as a PDF. You move the mouse to the bottom of the page, where adobe reader icon bar appears so you can print.
Now currently when the ticket comes up, The ticket is shown horizontally and the part you would normally tear off (stub) is on the left hand side, However when we go to print, because the ticketing paper is setup as the stubs first then the rest of the ticket, this orientation has the ticket being printer first then the ticket stubb, which is the opposite to the way the paper in the printer is, causing the ticket to be printed incorectly. If I was to rotate the image twice, so that the text appears upside down, with the stub on the right side, and print the ticket it prints correctly, since the stubb is printed first and matches the paper.
Is there a way to have the ticket appear as it is now so you can read it on the preview but flip the pdf 180 degrees up side down, so the stub is on the right side, and gets printed first, before it goes to the printer.
Forgive me but I have looked and haven`t found, any setting that work. I have tried the flip horizontally option as well as the reverse page orientation, which hasen`t fixed the problem.
I want to be able to get the orientation, correct and be able to save as default, the settings so its a simple click print, type of operation, without having to readjust it everytime.
It is important that I get this orientation correct, as it affects the print stubs, and ticket.
also keep in this on Mac's as well, and my layout direction option is greyed out.
Hopefully that makes sense.
Any help is greatly apreciated, as I do need to get this problem resolved fairly soon, as our box office is getting buys.

If you "flip" the PDF, any text on the document will be mirrored; you will need to rotate it.
One method I can imagine is to use JavaScript to rotate the PDF, but I'm not sure that this function actually exists. Check for yourself: http://www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/devnet/acrobat/pdfs/js_api_reference.pdf
Note that if you build a "rotate" JS into Adobe Reader, every PDF document that is opened will appear rotated.

Printing tickets from a pdf file

I ordered tickets from a museum. An email was received from the museum with an attachment that says the tickets are in an Adobe pdf . I downloaded the latest versvion of Adobe reader. When I click on the download block I get a dialogue box that says open or save. When I click on open nothing happens and I cannot get to the file to print my tickets. What am I doing wrong & how can I print the tickets? I am not that good with a computer. HELP!

If any problem like this always try the Save.
Save it to your desktop.
Start Reader and try to open the file (open fom the file menu).

Data merge with football tickets. Printing causes out of memory errors. Can only print 10 at a time!

Here's the deal. Printing football tickets for the local high school. 10 tickets per 8.5 x 11 sheet. All black and white. I couldn't data merge into one whole document of tickets because it was failing to do that. So, I end up with 3 documents. First two have 50 pages of tickets and the last has 37 pages.
When I go to print, I can only print 10 pages at a time or InDesign straight up crashes or I get an "Out of Memory" error which is bull because I've got plenty of ram available (unless it's complaining about lack of HD space for some reason)
Incredibly frustrating.
Each ticket has 3 images on it. Two of the images are the same. Those two images are about 103kb .ai files. Very very simple. The other image is a TIFF that is about 76kb. So there are 1000 .ai files / document and 500 TIFFs.

Also, when printing, I have the Send Data set to Optimized Subsampling instead of "All". That's not seeming to help.

I just ran a sample on my laptop.
AI file, duplicated, is 284k. Image is roughly 200k. The CSV has 2054 records, and the merged document with 10 per page is 250 megabytes. PDF is just under 50 megs.
This laptop has only 4 gigs memory but has a lot of free disk space. It took a good amount of time to do the merge, a bit longer to create the PDF-X1a PDF.
