Printing Tax breaikup

Hi,
I am Printing Purchase order through crystal reports in pre-formatted stationary. When I print single PO, it is printing perfectly but when I give selection criteria for mass printing i.e., printitng continously , tax breakup details are grouped together for all the po and printed on every page. But I need to print tax breakup for every PO record. I used sub reports for tax breakup and printed the subreport in group footer of Main report(grouped by PO DocEntry) and I am printing each PO in seperate page. How to print corresponding Tax breakup for each PO .

Safari and Turbotax Online CAN'T PRINT TAX RETURN

I'm using:
Mac OS 10.4.3
Safari 2.0
and online Turbotax, and when went to try printing tax return, it says it's a .pdf file type, and it pops up a window showing PREVIEW AND PRINT, but no print button. It says "if having problems and won't download go to adobe site for help". I tried the site and Safari's file/print, and "save as" and it only shows the first page of tax return. Details: on the website page to print, there is a window inside the window showing whole tax return in inner window with scroll bars to right. But whatever is showing when not scrolling thru, and try to hit file/print from Safari top menu, is what shows on printout...ie: only ONE page of whatever's in the innermost window. The turbotax persons are NO help, so tho't I'd try this wonderful MAC HELP site to see if anyone else has any suggestions. The adobe site said the following, all of which I tried and nothing worked:
-deinstall/reinstall adobe reader
-remove pdf plugin (sys prefs/quicktime/advanced/MIME settings/images/choose down arrow and UNCHECK "pdf image")
..the tho't here was to be able to make webpage download to desktop, which it never has yet, even with all turned off and even during the time I uninstalled adobe and all related files.
..so far the only thing I can come up with (which I don't like as a Mac-addict)is go to work and use a PC(ugh)to download my copy of my tax return.

After a long search I FOUND THE ANSWER to being able to see this PDF file in the ONLINE Turbotax site to be able to PRINT my tax return. Here is HELP for anyone else who has this problem. NOTE: This is for Mac OS 10.3 or Later. I'm also using Safari 2.0, so not sure if other's using earlier vs will work- read the README file below re this different PDF plugin.
------------HOWTO:
Turbotax not PRINT - PDF files inside web browser not show up
(Not in Safari nor Firefox, nor Netscape) ..how to fix: (For Mac 10.3 or later)
1) Go to this website:
http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/OSX.html
and under "PluginDoc" click on "MacOS X"
2)Under "Mozilla Plugin Support on MacOS X" click on "Adobe Reader"
3)The above says to delete the Adobe Reader plugin. It may be found in a couple of places, so the best way to find is when on desktop and the FINDER is showing in top menu, do a FILE/FIND and type in to SEARCH for AdobePDFViewer.plugin then DELETE it.
4)go to the following page and download the following plugin which works for Netscape or Safari:

On the above page on the upper right you see the link to DOWNLOAD NOW- the download is called:
"PDF Browser Plugin 2.2.3"
5)IMPORTANT: the README file found after clicking on the download("pdf-plugin-223.dmg") to install, tells some important info as follows:
If Adobe Reader 7 or the QuickTime plug-in are set to handle PDF documents, they will override the PDF Browser Plugin. Turn off the display of PDF documents by these applications.
Adobe Reader 7:
Open the Adobe Reader 7 preferences with the command Adobe Reader->Preferences, select the "Internet" section of the preferences dialog, and turn off(by unchecking box) "Display PDF in browser using: Adobe Reader 7".
QuickTime:
With the QuickTime plug-in you are only able to see the first page of a PDF document. If you encounter this problem, open System Preferences, go to the QuickTime preferences pane, click in "MIME settings…" in the Plug-In pane, and make sure that under "Images - Still image files" "PDF Image" is turned off (by unchecking box next to it).
--Continue to follow the INSTALLATION in the README file for this "PDF Browser Plugin."
6)After following the above directions, I closed and reopened my browser and went to the page to print my tax return, and a window for this new plugin opened which asked to either register, or choose SINGLE USE ONLY, as it's free for this purpose, so check near that box, then this GREAT PDF VIEWER opened inside safari and I clicked on it's new print button (the PFD viewer icon)and it PRINTED WHOLE TAX RETURN! HORRAH! Hope this helps someone else!

Printing tax amount in SRM ECS PO

Can you please let me know what needs to be done to print tax related information like "item is taxable/non taxable", "tax amount" or "tax code" in SRM ECS PO Printout

You should be able to edit the PO smartform (into your own Z form) to include the information you want and implement BADI BBP_OUTPUT_CHANGE_SF to use your custom smartform.

Print Tax amt & split values in PO print preview

Dear ABAP GURUS,
my reqmt. is to print TAX AMOUNT along with split values like Excise duty, ECess, VAT, and others.

first u have to get the Vlaues in the driver progra,
how to get ?
first find out how u are capturing in the Ecess and VAT , if u maintaining the Std.SAP settings check u can get it from based on the settings of TAX code.
check my prev.posting on the same issue.

Acrobat 8 Standard - Printing Tax Forms in Black - No Forms Toolbar

I have filled out some tax forms in Acrobat 8 Standard, however, the font color for the filled out text is blue, and thus prints as a hard-to-read grey when printing on the laser printer. I've searched and the standard advice seems to be to use the forms toolbar to change the font color, but when I go to View -> Toolbars, there is no option for the Forms toolbar.
Is there any way I can get this damned text to print as black? Seems kinda silly to have a form fill-out function that you can't print the result of!

But something a little more important than how to do it is why is it so hard to find? I'm sure there are many more people out there who can't find this and I think it's because it's hard to find. The intuitive functionality, offered by the Properties Bar in Acrobat, called the Control bar in Illustrator, and the Options bar in Photoshop. Acrobat also appears to be the only one in that list that doesn't contain a secondary tool pallet for each function offered by the Properties bar, found in the Window menu.
I've been through everything Tina looked at and most of them seemed like they should contain the font color, although I couldn't find the Document Colors Option. And if it turned out that you can't edit the color, why would it pick red?
So my two questions are, why is this solution so hard to find?
How do you change the default font color so you don't need the Properties bar?

Printing Tax values in the Purchase order

Hi MM Gurus,
In the print out of Purchase order, I am getting the Total net value excluding tax
while the requirement is PO should have the value including the tax. Tax setting is
maintained and I am getting all the tax values properly in the P.O. but in print out
tax amount is not coming. How to resolve this? Any configuration required in the
IMG or is it an ABAP work? Kindly let me know as early as possible.

Hi Yoga,
It is not clear whether you are using the standard SAP layout for PO printing or you have prepared your own layout. It is also not clear whether you want the %age of tax is to be printed or the value of tax.
I assume you have prepared your own layout using smartforms.
You have to get in touch with your ABAPer to modify the smartform for tax %age/amount.
You can get the table tables using FV13.
I hope you know how to get those details.

Hi
Take the EKKO (po Header) KNUMV field and pass it to KONV-KNUMV and get the condition type based amounts (KWERT) from table KONV
Or search for the Condition tables in which the tax related COnditions are maintained for that Tax COde (like A003 or some other A* table) and take the KNUMH field from it and pass it to the table KONP and take the condition type based all tax amounts from KONP tables.

Printing Tax invoice billing address on last pg only

Hi Guys
Still I have some minor problem printing on the backside, my requirement is
I have a tax invoice for which management want to print the billing address .
This billing address should also display on the invoice as well as print on backside of last page.
1. If there are 10 pages invoice the billing address should print on backside of 10 page
   and not on all.
2. If there is 1 pages invoice the billing address should print on backside of 1 page only.
I was having 2 pages in my smartform and now I have added back pg with info billing address
window and text.
I did the following setup as below
1. first - Print mode is D AND OUTPUT         FIRST -> BACK .
2. back - next with print mode D and         BACK -> NEXT.
3. Next - next with print mode notheing and NEXT -> NEXT
Out of 4 pages it is showing 1/5 and the billing address is printing on backside of third page but
not on the back side of last page and if it is page 1 or 2 it is not priting on the backside of last page.
could any one help me please

Thanks for your answers, I have done but what is happening , In smartforms under Pages and Windows I have created FIRST AND NEXT Page and under First page there are so many windows and out of which one info is having BILL TO PARTY window .This is a billing address which has to be display on each page of invoice along with the details and subtotals that is fine no problem . but they need only bill to party to print on Last page of the Invoice and rest pages should print as it is on each page so that when they fold it the posting address can be seen on the last page .
so when I the last page is printed wheather it is 7 or 17 page , the billilng address should print at the last page example , it can be more also eg if it is 17 page on 17 page at the back side I want to print the billing address not on all pages
FIRST
NEXT
LAST -> I try to add window in this last column but it is ignoring while printing..
I hope you got my problem now

Printing Tax Values in Purchase order

Hello MM Gurus,
What is the configuration required to print the Tax values of BED,Cess etc.
in the Purchase order. I have selected "X" in the print column of Tax pricing
procedure. But, Tax values are not coming in the print out.
Kindly respond quickly as this requirement is very urgent.

Hi Yoga,
These values will not come in PO print out since they are stored as NAVS or JEXS. You will have to break them up using the conditions types defined by you.
You can refer to these tables
KONP, T685T,J_1IEXCTAX,J_1IMTCHID,KONV,J_1IMATEXP
to calculate the same

We are not maintaining the taxes in conditions we are maintaining the same in the TAX code
How can we get the same in Print out as the in some cases we are maintaining more one condition in Taxinj

PO printing Tax - Pricing Conditions

I want to know table which links tax code , pricing condition , tax precent.
Basically I want to calculate amount for each pricing conditions for a tax code.

Table TSTL has all the details. It has all the tax related condition types for each country.
In addition to above to get tax values you can use the following function: Its for sales order but hence please check the structures used for PO.
CALL FUNCTION 'RV_PRICE_PRINT_ITEM'
      EXPORTING
        comm_head_i = komk
        comm_item_i = komp
        language    = nast-spras
      IMPORTING
        comm_head_e = komk
        comm_item_e = komp
      TABLES
        tkomv       = tkomv
        tkomvd      = tkomvd.
Read the table tkomv with the conditino type from TSTL for the country and that will be your tax value.

TAX printing in the PO form

Hi! Guys,
Can anyone tell me how to print the taxes at line item level calculated by the tax code.
I have read other postings as well, which refer to the tables EKKO, EKPO
KONP, KONV to be used to develop a code. In my case i have created 2 condition types in the tax procedure JSRT & JEC3 for service tax and education cess.
As per the messeges when I check for the condition record in table KONV i get only NAVS and total tax amount. Also in KONP the field for TAX percentage is displaying value zero.
Can anyone tell me how to acheive this or what is the problem.

As per SAP Note - 952287, this is a limited functionality of CIN.
Printing of taxes in Purchase order
Please note that printing of taxes in PO is not supported by country
version India. If you need to print the taxes then you need to bring
them into the MM procedure using condition types. You may use the
condition type JEXS to bring the total taxes into the pricing procedure.
Assigning a print flag in tax procedure will not help you in printing
taxes.

Tax Calculation in PO Printing prrogram - medruck- URGENT

My requirement is, In PO Printout I hv to print Tax amount along with Item gross price ( Tax should display at item level)
Now i found that , it is in TABLE KONP as condition type is created by functional consultant
for particular one tax code i.e. V0 . There are 21 entries in same table, how my system came to know which condition type I hv to pick.
While I hv some Filed which i get from table EKKO, EKPO and KONV, and all tax classification store in A003 table. But the condition types stored in KONV is not there in KONP.
So any one help me it 's urgent.

Thanks for the reply. Now I am getting issue in the Migo.
a) Excise tab is activated in the header and line item.
b) Automatic tax is not comming in the MIGO, which is maintained in the FV11 with Tax code V0, j1id settings also done.
c) While giving the ED Amount Manually in the Line item excise tab, and saving the MIGO, the message comes Tax code V8 is not defined for Tax procedure TAXINN , Where as so far we have not created tax code V8, and it is not there in the drop down list in FTXP & in PO Invoice tab tax code.
Message is coming with the dump and document is not saved.
Awaiting reply , how to pick the Excise details in the MIGO and how can we avoide dump coming for tax code V8, which is not at all created in the system so far.
