Priority Skilling. How can it be done in ICM 6.

Hi,
We are currenlty using IPCCE 6 with IP IVR 3.5.
We have agents that belong to multiple skill groups and I would like to prioritize the skill groups.
Lets say I have 2 agents: agent1, agent2 and I have 2 skills groups: VoiceOps and Intake_Eng.
Agent1 belongs to Voiceops and Agent2 belongs to both skills groups. I want calls to VoiceOps to have priority all the time.
Lets says Agent2 is logged on so I want calls to VoiceOps to have priority over Intake_Eng calls.
I was looking at Sub Skill Groups tabs (Subgroup Mask and Sub Skill groups) in the Skill Group explorer and I'm guessing this is what I need.
Using VoiceOps I checked the "Override peripheral default mask" check box
I then checked box 1. This created VoiceOps.pri with priority 1.
I then added Agent1 and Agent2 to VoiceOps.pri.
So now that VoiceOps.pri has a priority of 1 and Intake_Eng has a default priority (0) and Agent2 belongs to both Skill Groups, would VoiceOps.pri calls take priority for Agent2?
Lets say that Agent1 is logged-in and Ready and that I have in one script a "Queue To Skill Group" node with VoiceOps (or VoiceOps.pri) and in another ICM script a "Queue To Skill Group" node with Intake_Eng and lets just says that 2 calls come in at the same exact time and Agent1 is next to receive calls in both skill groups, would Agent1 received the VoiceOps (or VoiceOps.pri) call first?
Using the "Queue To Skill Group" node, how do I route calls to these in my ICM script?
Do I just add VoiceOps in the node and ICM will take care of the rest?

Agreed. The subskills are not really for IPCC, they were added to align with TDM ACDs.
They can be confusing in reporting - if you queue against the base group when sub-groups are configured, queue statistics will not be counted against the sub groups. They can be confusing in scripting - mainly because they don't work how you think they might: sub-skill groups do not imply priority in scripting.

The scroll bar (the one used to scroll up and down any kind of website), that is normally in the right part of the firefox browser, would be of much help to me if it could sometimes be moved to the left part of the browser. Sorry, but balances can't be transferred from one iTunes Store account to another. You'll either have to make his purchases through your account, or buy another prepaid card and redeem that in his account.

You can't drag video into the filesharing pane of iTunes, you can only transfer projects.
Videos need to come in via the photos tab of iTunes.
The easiest way to get videos from the iPhone to the iPad is via the project export import.
Projects can be exported from the iPhone, then imported to the iPad like this:

If the marquee screen isn’t showing, tap the My Projects button .
Scroll to center the project or trailer you want to share.
Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen, and then tap iTunes; tap OK when iMovie indicates that export is complete.
Connect your device to your computer, and then open iTunes on your computer.After a moment, your device appears in iTunes, below Devices on the left.
Select the device, and then click Apps at the top of the iTunes window.
Select iMovie in the Apps list below File Sharing. (You may need to scroll to see it.)

It's not possible to read from a file without using classes from the core API*. You'll have to get clarification from your instructor as to which classes are and are not allowed.

Welcome to the Community!
We cannot install Adobe Bridge as a Standalone product, you can just reinstall Photoshop and Bridge will be reinstalled with it. Go ahead and start uninstalling CS5 suite but choose Photoshop from the list and the same will be applicable while Installation.

The Table of Contents picks up selected named Styles in the text like Head 1, 2 etc.

You would have to let itunes rip the songs from the cd's, or you would have to copy the music from the computer which ripped cd's.
iTunes does not support transferring music from the ipod unless it was purchased from the store.

Your next step is, create a new web application and deattach the content DB from new web application. You need to attach existing CDB to that web app.

I have heard about people compile java apps into native machine code, but how can it be done? I have heard that the javac compiler, and netbeans is also written in Java, but as I can see they are Win32 EXEs, as well as native for other platforms, is that true? I know that Java should be cross-platform and write once run everywhere, well I also want to be able to compile it into native machine code as an alternative. I have trying to send a little Java program to some my friends today, which involves the NIO Api that only avaiable in 1.4,. Only two of the top geeks with broadband have 1.4, most of dialups have 1.3 and have Class Not Find Exception, and 2 computer illeterate where I know they have Java installed, but there are no ways to find out what version of Java they are using. The 14 meg JRE is a plain for most 56ks, they are also looking at multiple web sites as well and 14 meg is ALOT.

All major applicaions will need a native installer. JAR files are fine for deploying small apps to people who have the latest JRE installed, but if you want to gaurantee your program will run on all machines, you have to make a native installer which includes the JRE in its directory structure. The netbeans ide .exe is probably just a small c++ program which invokes the javaw command. There are several free programs about which will give you this. I always use this:

There are instructions on the site for bundling the JRE(note java isn't actually installed, you just copy the c:\program files\java\j2re1.4.2.xxx and access the javaw command via a relative path). Your app will then work on any machine and most users will no even know that it's written in java, but your app install or zip file will be a minimum of 14MB. As far as I know there isn't a really good way to reduce the size. There are commercial programs out there which convert java to native code:

However, if you read the FAQ on the site, it states that you will probably still need to bundle the full JRE with your app as it may require various DLLs found within it. If you want your program to work, you users will just have to put up with a big download whether the JRE is bundled with your app or they install it seperately.

Well first you need to sync your iPhone 4 with your Mac/PC so that it will transfer all your music, apps, podcasts, etc. Then sync your iPod Touch and the media you selected during the sync should be there on your iPhone. If you have difficulty in transferring media from iPhone to your computer, try softwares like TransCopy. They will help in transferring data from your iphone to your computer. Dont forget to check that all the transferred data is in the iTunes media folder so that the iTunes can locate the files. Link to Transcopy software :

You need a Time Machine backup to restore an old version. If you don't have one, you'll lose your library because it can only be used with iTunes 11
