Privacy settings on photoshop express app

I downloaded the photoshop express app to my iphone. I initially chose not to allow it to 'work' from my camera roll. Now, I realize I do need that and need to find how to allow this. The directions are to go the privacy settings and change. However, I see no privacy setting. Where is this?

multi-functional editor and builder of graphics, and is capable of exporting its
output to Photoshop CS5 for further refinements. Like having Photoshop CS5 on
your iPad.... quite wonderful. While Photoshop Express is a simple digital
photo editor that works for everyday camera work. A very nice program.
BTW... Adobe Customer Service had me on the phone for over an hour, on hold and
off, and could not answer the question until they turned the phone call over to
a Supervisor in Tech Level 2. Very sad....

Is this the proper forum to ask questions about the Photoshop Express app?

I had an iPod that I had downloaded the free app Photoshop Express. I then got an iPhone 4 and put the app on that. While it was on the 4 I purchased the pack for 4.99 the advanced pack, and I also bought the Reduce Noise and De-Fog functions. I now have gotten an iPhone 5 and I have been trying to Restore those Purchases but it will not actually do it. I have deleted the app, signed out of my Apple ID, that didn't work. I then signed into my boyfriend's Apple ID (sometimes I am signed in under his ID to buy apps when I don't have enough on my debit card). That also didn't work though. I am at my wit's end. Can I have a refund or get those features to work?

I tried to add my Planner Plus to my calendar and it gave me a message that says "This app does not have access to your calendars." You can enable access in Privacy Settings. But when I go to Privacy Seettings, there are no apps listed under Calendar.

Oh my gosh. This worked perfectly!!!
After allowing the changes, I just had to open the apps again (such as Instagram), then the pop-up asking to allow access to Photos appeared!
And I thought I was going to get rid of my iPhone 4 already because of the issue.

Photoshop Express

How can I resize a photo in Photoshop Express to e-mail. When I go to Resize, it blacks out e-mail.

Are you using the Photoshop Express editor via desktop web browser (http://www.photoshop.com/tools?wf=editor), or the Photoshop Express app on a mobile device? I believe the mobile apps do downsize or downsample photos when emailing, to reduce file size for transmission.

Photoshop Express 3.0 - Information on in app purchases, looks and borders

Thank you for using Photoshop Express. In our latest 3.0 version, we revamped the rendering engine in order to deliver great new effects, improved editing controls and a streamlined user experience. That means some things you were familiar with may not be available in this version.
In-app purchases have been renamedThe “Effects Pack” that you previously purchased has been renamed "Premium Looks Pack". You still have access to this Pack.
The “Camera Pack”, which provided Noise Reduction, is now called "Noise" and can be found in the Corrections slider menu.
Restoring in-app purchases. You do not have to initiate a re-purchase.
If you've previously purchased either of the packs above, they are still available to you by restoring your purchase, which is accessed in Settings.
Other changesPrevious Effects and Borders have been replaced with Looks, Premium Looks, and Borders. Some of the new looks replicate many of the most popular effects. We will be adding new borders, looks and sharpen controls in future releases.

There was a big change in Photoshop Express 3.0 in the rendering engine. Many items that users accessed often were incorporated in the new release before it went out, but there are other features that had to be implemented differently due to the new rendering engine. Many of these items are on a roadmap for future versions. There are yet others that are more difficult to implement and require more research as to how they would be added. New versions will be released shortly that will include the Sharpen tool and some of the features you have been requesting. We are also working on adding several additional looks and many symmetrical borders, similar to those you used in previous versions. These features will be added in the near future. Apps have no access to photos and do not show up in privacy settings for me to change it!

Hey Everyone I really could use some help! Ok so I recently got sent a replacement iphone 4 in the mail. I backed up the old iphone 4 and transfered that information over to the new one NO PROBLEM. I downloaded my apps no problem either BUT here is my question. My apps such as facebook, twitter, and instagram do not have access to my photos. When i go to settings > privacy > photos NONE of the apps show up and they also dont show up under anything else in the privacy part like contacts for snapchat to use (which doesnt work either). My restrictions are enabled and my photos and everything else under there are selected to ALLOW changes. I have tried resetting the location and privacy as well and still the apps will not show up under privacy so I can give them access. Its very frustrating to not be able to use the apps. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! Also i have tried deleting and reinstalling the apps that hasnt worked either

Make sure that you have Include Photos from Subfolders checked

I have an iphone5 and no apps can access my camera roll. When i go to privacy settings there is no option to turn it on. How do I get these apps to access my camera roll? I have tried deleting and reinstalling the apps.

I have a new iPhone 5. I am trying to get apps like instagram, facebook etc to upload pictures from my camera roll. When i try to get a picture from the camera roll it instructs me to go to settings - privacy - photos and turn access on. When I do this, there is no option to turn it on. All i get is a screen saying "apps that have requested access to your photos will appear here". NO APPS APPEAR HERE. When I go to instagram I get the message "this app does not have access to your photos. You can enable access in Privacy Settings." I CAN'T enable it in Privacy Settings. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and it didnt work. Please help! Much appreciated.

I'm also on iPhone 4, iOS 6, and have exactly the same problem. I've tried resetting privacy settings, turning restrictions on and off, deleting and reinstalling apps. Nothing seems to work. The lists of apps in privacy settings are all empty, except for location services. When using Tweetbot the app is regularly asking for permission to access my twitter account, but even when I allow that, the app doesn't show in privacy settings. When I try to go into the camera roll from the Facebook app, the app tells me I have to allow access to the camera roll from the privacy settings - which I can't do since the app is not listed there.

Apps not showing up in privacy settings, Skype not working

Skype was working okay, but today, when I tried to call someone from my phone, it said i had to allow skype to use the mic, but I had already done that. I still went to privacy settings, but no apps showed up there. But on the camera, while I had multiple apps that use it, none showed up either. In fact, tthe only privacy setting working right was location services!

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, programs are not being listed in settings to use certain features. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

No apps shown in privacy settings

In my privacy settings are no apps shown at all. I have apps like PuzzleBox, Skype and others that would like to access my photos or microphone but when I go to privacy settings no apps are shown in any of this sections. How can I solve this?

thank you for the quick answer. If that would work, it would have been easy. It is as well what the error message in Skype says. The issue there is, if I go to Settings, Privacy, Microphone then there is no app at all that I could select.
Trying to set anything inside skype does not provide anything for microphone either.
So from this side, it really looks like the iPad is kind of believing to have no microphone.
That was also the reason why I tried to reset and reinstall it. None of the apps that might make use of the microphone recognize it / they all claim I have to enable it, but I can not as there is no setting & app listed inside Privacy, Microphone to do so.

Changing Privacy settings to allow foto upload to iPad Facebook app

I tried to upload a foto fromi pad to Facebook app. I was asked if Facebook could access my FOTOS and I declined. Now I can't upload FOTOS. How do I change my privacy settings to allow foto upload?

If you can't remember the restrictions code then was it on the iPad when you last backed up ? If not then you can restore to that backup and it should be removed. If it was on the iPad when you last backed up then the only way to remove it is to reset the iPad back to factory defaults and you can then re-sync your content back to the iPad - you won't be able to restore to the backup as that will keep the code in place.

Privacy Settings - Photos - No app icons there?

I want to post photos in KakaoTalk or WhatsApp.. Both Apps tell me, i need to enable them in the privacy settings. But when i go to privacy settings -> photos - i have no app icons there where i can enable and disable (in contacts i have these icons)... What can I do to get the app icons there? Reinstalling the chat apps did not help..

Check your Restrictions settings:
Settings > General > Restrictions > Privacy > Photos

Privacy settings on ipad2 do not show any apps

I had skype working on my ipad fine. But after some update I denied skype access to the microphone. When I realised my mistake I went to privacy settings to allow skype access to the microphone. But skype was not visible in the microphone section. I tried deleting and installing skype but still nothing shows up. Apple support referred me to skype but there are no apps at all shown in any of the privacy sections what makes me believe it is not a skype specific problem. Can anyone help?

Log out of Skype completely
When you click on Skype app and get login page DO NOT choose your Skype name
instead, you should be offered the choice to sign in using your Microsoft Account (hotmail/outlook)
if you choose this (and have not used that account for Skype before) you should get the pop up asking you to allow Skype access to your mic.
Say Yes/OK, and voila! It should sort the problem out
If you then check Settings>privacy>Microphone, you shoukd see Skype in there
You can then logout of Skype and log back on with your usual Skype ID and you are good to go.
