When I chek Add media from elements 12 to premier 12 Adobe shuts down. why?

Are you talking about using PHOTOSHOP Elements and PREMIERE Elements at the same time?

I had the same problem with recently updated Encore (5.01.) Tried shortening & simplifying file names with no luck either. I tried half a dozen things that sometimes work (e.g., refreshing source material, restarting Prmier Pro project from scratch) because of an error I overlooked. Nothing worked. Then, much by accident, I looked at the Media Cache. I had recently shifted the Media Cache to a new 3 TB hard drive that wasn't being used very heavily, figuring I had a lifetime supply of space. Wrong. It was completely filled up, mostly with the Media Cache. I cleared the Media Cache [Edit > Preferences > Media...] and BINGO! The project rendered cleanly.
Hope this helps.
Adobe needs to address this issue. The best solution would be to automatically clear out the cache materials associated with a perticular project whenever the project drops off the radar. A minimal solution that should be quick and easy to implement would be to monitor the empty space on the scratch disk and flash a pop-up warning when it was getting too full.
Addendum, 10 May 2012:
This one has left me thoroughly confused. Just ran a similar set of files through Encore, cleared the cache first, then good ole 758 again. It took several attempts, but finally it went through. Then I discovered I had forgotten to set something minor in the navigation and had to re-do it. Three tries later, it worked. Phase of the moon, I suppose.
This is not the first time this has happened - it happens occasionally with other similar files. I have had my best success running Encore when I let it run alone. It doesn't seem to time share very well with other programs, which is inconvenient because I like to work with Premiere and Photoshop getting the next project ready to go while Encore is processing the current one. Encore needs a batch queue like the one Premiere uses so I could prep the projects in Premiere/Photoshop during the day and then let the Encore queue run overnight. The queue would have to be configured so that if one project failed it would set it aside and move on to the next one.
Another problem Encore has is hanging temporarily. It doesn't die but just quits responding for a short time. It took me a while to discover that Encore was running but just not responsive to the operating system. I'm a little surprised because I have a fairly fast AMD 6 core chip and lots of RAM (or so I thought) at 16 GB. The gadgets and Resource Monitor tell me that the six cores are frequently using over 90% of the available combines cpu cycles and occasionally most of the available RAM.
I put in a 256 GB solid state drive, divided between the o/s and installed programs, leaveing about 120 GB for the files I was processing. The idea was that everything would be moving strictly in solid state. Maybe that speeded the system up too much. Putting in a 120 GB SSD sure made an 8-year old XP box scream though.
I am looking forward to getting CS6 in the next few weeks - I hope they have these bugs sorted out by then. From what I have seen in the forums, similar WinFile.cpp problems have been in existence since CS4 at least.

Standby Database for Oracle 8.1.7 Std Ed

Hi, I am using Oracle 8.1.7 std ed with W2K Adv Server. Both primary host and remote host using the same version of oracle and OS.
So far both oracle path are identical and the standby folder is same with primary and I don't think I need to add the db_name_convert and log_name_convert into my standby parameter file.
I have make a consistent backup from primary to standby and also create the standby control file from primary. However, I am having the problem on setting up the tnsnames.ora and listener.ora for both primary and standby? Can someone here give me the sample on configure those ora file? Say example

This error message is once i am going to connect the standby database via SQL*Plus using sys/change_on_install@STBY, error ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve service name displayed. However, I managed to login follow by set oracle_sid=STBY and connect as sysdba.

OBIEE Write Back - Updating Multiple tables.

I am currenty using OBIEE writeback. Basically, I would like to make changes to 2 tables with a click of the writeback button. I create a function which updates both tables, and called the function in the xml page.
My page looks like this (I am only interested in updates as there will always be values in the relevant fileds):

This just inserts into one table and updates another based on the parameters in the report.
However, it seems to act inconsistently when run, with results ranging from working fully i.e. amending both tables to amending one to not making any changes at all. The session log clearly shows that it is calling the function, but the results suggest otherwise. :

Déplacer la fenêtre d'un sous vi avec le curseur et figer sa position une fois on relache la souris

Je veux bien déplacer une fenêtre dun sous vi dans le périmètre du vi principale, en appyuant gauche et une fois la souris est relachée, la fenêtre resté figée comme si elle fait partie déjà de la fenêtre du vi principalle.
Dans ma prmière recherche j'ai trouvé l'exemple en pièce jointe et j'ai fais le même travaille que dans cet exemple sauf que avec mes Vis j'ai pas arrivé à déplacer et figer la fenêtre comme dans l'exemple. quant je choisi mon sous vi, la fenêtre apparait et reste figée dans sa première position.
Est-ce que vous pouvez m'aider SVP,

Voilà une image de mon programme:
La petite boucle if est celle faisant appel au programme sous forme de sous vi. et celuid e droite est le programme sans mise en forme.
Celui de droite fonctionne très bien, mais pas celui de gauche.
Voici mon sous vi:
J'ai tout simplement copié coller. Là j'ai tout simplement mis des variables locales pour mes indicateur, mais j'ai essayé en mettant des tableaux différents en commande et en indicateur, rien n'a marché. C'est pourtant ce que vous me suggérez de faire lorsque vous me dites
"vous passerez les données de votre tableau vers votre sous-VI à l'aide de la commande tableau (en entrée), puis dans votre sous-VI vous allez faire des modifications à ce tableau, il en résultera alors un nouveau tableau (en sortie de vos fonctions de traitement) que vous pourrez alors rendre disponible grâce à un indicateur."
J'ai également essayé d'utiliser les référence des tableaux pour récupérer leur valeurs; C'était une manière de "dédoubler" mes tableaux sans pour autant en créer des nouveaux.
Si cela n'est pas suffisant, j'essayerai de poster le vi.

How to convert mono to stereo

Hi there,
I have a dialogue track that is mono (i.e: the audio appears only in the left channel). I have searched far and wide for help on how to do this in Soundbooth but haven't found great results. Also, I have found how to do the vice versa and how to do it on prmier, but that's not what I'm looking for. Does anyone have any solutions? :'(

Probleme de mise en place de VPN sur WRV210

Bonjour
J'ai des probleme sur la mise en place de deux type de connection VPN sur mon WRV210.
Je doit mettre en place des connection provenant de personne itinerante vers le WRV210.
C'est client on deux moyen de conection en Quicl VPN et avec un logiciel tier de conection VPN (Netgear Pro Safe VPN client).
Dans le prmier cas avec quick vpn le tunnel commence a bien se monter mais au moment de verifier le reseau il affiche un message de non reponse du routeur sur le poste client.
J'ai bien fait attention de ne pas mettre les mme plage de sous reseaux. qui sont 192.168.0.0 mask 255.255.255.0 pour le client ou une adresse ip public fournie par une cle 3g, et 192.168.70.0 mask 255.255.255.0 pour le WRV210.
Pour le second probleme avec une conection IPsec et le logiciel tier la discution se fai bien pour la premier phase mais la seconde phase me met un erreur dans les log dont voici les copie du log du logiciel:

After effect et première pro CS5.5

j'ai installé la version d'essai d'after effect et première pro CS5.5. Dans After j'ai importé une petite vidéo de 12.15 s, faite avec mon appareil photo . dessus j'ai fait la même chose que dans le tutoriel d'adobe tv intitulé "utilisation de l'outil roto-pinceau. j'ai fais le même parcours, la seule différence est que quand je fais une prévisualisation ça mets du temps à refaire chaque image par image, même après avoir figé le roto pinceau. c'est vrai que sur ma vidéo j'ai beaucoup plus d'intervention que dans le tutoriel, mais bon après avoir enregistré mon projet, je vais dans dans première pro, j'importe mon projet after, et là pas moyen de lire ma vidéo. j'ai la prmière image puis ça passe à celle du milieu puis à celle de fin. j'ai passé des heures dessus et je voudrais que ce ne soit pas en vain. peut être ai je mal choisi le type de composition, mais pour être honnête, je ne sais pas trop ce qu'il faut choisir car il y en a tellement. quelqu'un pourrait il m'aider ? j'aimerai pouvoir faire mon projet avant la fin de l'essai.

Bonjour Pierre, C'est par hasard mais avec plaisir que je lis ta réponse à Quinou presque deux ans plus tard!!!
Des sous-titres c'est toujours mieux que l'anglais même si ce n'est pas commode de lire, essayer de comprendre et regarder en même temps le déroulé du tuto. En cas de réel besoin, c'est toujours très utile d'avoir un tuto sous-titré à défaut de traduction orale.
C'est l'occasion de remercier tous ceux qui sur ce forum apportent leur aide aux utilisateurs qui a un moment ou l'autre risquent de tomber dans le désespoir absolu que se soit par leur manque de connaissances ou problèmes divers réels ou supposés des logiciels.
