viScience can help you develop a Software Engineered approach to LabVIEW development.  We are veteran alliance members who have worked with clients such as NASA, NOAA, Boeing, GE, Honeywell, IBM, J&J.  We strive to exceed your expectations, our goal is your success!
You are welcome to see a portfolio of our work at www.viScience.com

You could achieve this by migrating the email from the local SBS to Office365, and then adding the additional (non-SBS) users directly in Office365 - that way all users would be in the same Global Address list.
You have the choice of either:
    1. setting up the Office365 users completely separate from your AD (ie just create all users under Office365, and migrate over the email from those who had onsite mailboxes using something like MigrationWiz)
    or
    2. using the MS migration approach and setting up DirSync on a local server to sync the onsite AD users with Office365, migrating their email over, and then adding the additional Office365-only users directly via the Office365 admin portal
With either option, as long as your onsite user count remains within the SBS 75 user limit, it won't be an issue.
    Hope that helps

  • How to use Quickbooks for non-profit on mac

I run a non-profit and need to use QUickbooks for non-profit but this version of quickbooks is only made for PC. Is there a way I can run this software on my mac? Does Virtual PC software for macs work well? ANyone run Quickbooks for PC on a mac? Is there any other way to do this?

    Artist --
    Welcome to Apple Discussions !
I would highly recommend that you get the Mac version.
You can find more about it here
    http://quickbooks.intuit.com/
Virtual PC slows everything down tremendously.
Plus, it opens your Mac to be vulnerable to viruses.
    Get the Mac Version.
    It's worth the investment,
    in my humble opinion.
    Hope this helps,
and sending you all the best wishes
    for your non-profit.
I'm a former nonprofit staffer, so I know what you're up against.

  • Oracle 9i database server license for non-profit organization

If I am posting this thread in the wrong forum, please let me know where I should post it.
I just want to ask if Oracle has discount license for non-profit organization. I want to use Oracle 9i DB Server.
If there is information like that, please let me know. I'd really appreicated it.

The express edition will only use 1 cpu EVEN on multi-cpu servers.
Just food for thought ... Not saying this is your case, but I have seen a lot of NPOs that have bought 2CPU boxes and loaded the application and the database on the same box. That means the app is sharing the machine, and only a part of the machine is going to the database. A cheaper solution in that case is to use two 1-CPU machines and get 1 CPU license for Oracle. And the reduced feature set of XE might be enough.

  • Should I create profit center for non-profit department?

    Dear Experts,
Should I create profit center for non-profit department since I have cost-center for them (since I need to assgn the profit center in each cost center)?
    regards,
    Abraham

    Dear Abraham,
You are saying that there is no Profit Generation in department. Then which Profit Center will handle the costs for this department. There should be a responsible Profit Center for this. Pl Check with your client.
    I'll give you one example:
Basically Warehouse doesn't have revenue. But they have cost centers. All cost are beared by Head Office. In this situation.
Cost Center belongs to Warehouse will maintained by Head Office Profit Center..

  • IMacs for non-profit

I am part of the Womens Caucus for Arts (NH) and we are planning an art incubator in a small town in NH. I've been arguing that we need to use Macs and have a .Mac account because of the graphic interface and ease of use for newbies (we have ALOT of newbies!) (Also, I'm a Mac addict) The nay-sayers say they are too expensive and good deals can be found for PCs. Are there any places to buy iMacs for non-profit organizations (at good prices!) and software too. I've been searching all over the web, but I've only found sources for education and federal gov. Any tips? Thanks!

  • Contribute for Non Profit

I read somewhere in the old forum that Contribute was
available at a discounted price for Non Profit organizations. Can
anyone tell me if this is still true? If it is, where can a Non
Profit purchase copies of the program? I don't see anything about
this on Adobe's site ... Are there retailers who offer the program
to legit Non Profit organizations? Any recommendations will be
    appreciated.
I will need to purchase 4-5 copies of the program (if this
    matters).

I am currently looking for the same answers as you are.
Çalling Adobe by phone led me nowhere. 45 mins holding
for someone to pick up is not good business!
Anyways, the only information I could find on the Adobe
website was that you need to find a non profit reseller and
    purchase it from them.
Here is the address to Adobe's Non Profit webpage. When you
get there click on "Find a Reseller" on the right side bar.

  • License for "non profit organisations"

    Hi Kodo Developer,
my native language is german - so please excuse any curios diction...
I'm working with Kodo since my degree dissertation in December 2001.
Your work and the surrounding topics about object/relation-mapping was
the root of the matter, so thanks to all people, who mangaged to get
Kodo working. Especially thanks for your help in the newsgroup many mothes
    ago!
As i mentioned: Kodo was part of my dissertation, which comprised a
    midrange
project to store and retrieve data of corneas and their donors. The
ophthalmic clinic (one of the bigest in Germany) is depend on my work,
    because clinics in
Germany are suppost to be non profit and so they depend on the money they
get from department of health. And as you may know the finacial situation
in this sector is very bad. This is one of the reason why my work for
this project is for free! So let me ask you: is there any way to get Kodo
not for free (of course!) but for less than the full license price? Is it
possible to buy a "No Deployment"- License - just for the current project?
I dont now if its possible to avoid any use outside this project - but i
assure so that i will not use this special license in other projects.
Maybe Solarmetric is selling academicaly license?
So please think about my petition - the clinic is a non profit
    organisation!
But let me be more technical:
I'm using for busines-classes no ide - just ant (apache sf) as build tool.
The database is PostgreSQL and MySQL. For testing i use the database from
enhydra. In the Future there is the plan to use this solution to exchange
cornea and donor data between several clinics so there is the need for
    the distributed (enterprise) version.
In the end let me thank you all once again for implementing the jdo
    specification!
    Best regards, Claudius Gr____ver
PS: When i employed (searching still) i will any time suggest my employer
    to use Kodo!

    Hi Claudius,
We most definitely have a Academic Program for teachers and researchers. In
addition, we have put together a program for non-profit organizations as

Thank you for the kind words about Kodo JDO. I don't know if you've had a
chance to download Kodo JDO 2.3.1, but we are very excited about the changes
in this most current version of Kodo JDO that includes a preview release of
    our reverse schema mapping tool.
I have cc'd [email protected] to make sure we get you the right
agreements and application forms to you.

  • Adobe discounts for non-profit organizations

Hi I'm developing a site for a registered non-profit organization in Israel that promotes peaceful communications between Israelis and Palestinians and would like to use Dreamweaver cs5.
I would like to know if there are discounts for non-profit organizations? and if so what are they and how do I recieve them?
Any help or links much appreciated.
    David

This is a user-to-user forum, so you're unlikely to get any official response here. Adobe does offer special licensing for nonprofits in North America, but I don't know about the rest of the world. I suggest that you submit an inquiry through the form at http://www.adobe.com/support/inquiry.html.

  • Any discounts for non-profit institutions?

Some software, hardware and services companies offer discounts for non-profit groups, and I'm wondering if the Apple Online store, the App store, the iTunes store, offer discounts for such sales for use in non-profit institutions?

Apple isn't here. This is a user to user tech support forum. Best answered by a direct conversation with Apple.

You can nicely do this with Distribution Group or by Transport Rules. Distribution Group will be maybe the easy way.
You can referer to article Create and use distribution groups.
Basically, you create DL with address [email protected] and allow to receive e-mail from external sources. Then you add [email protected] as member of this group.
If you want also sent e-mails from this DL, you can use PowerShell to set rights for it.

  • Anyone out there using Oracle Apps for Non Profit Organizations

Can anyone tell me what I need to get started to "market" quarterly guest speakers and an annual forum with 8 keynote speakers and other speakers and workshops, all as a non profit business.
It is non profit 301(c)education - we pay for the travel and accommodation expenses of the speaker/presenters of researcher/scientists, researcher professionals to present their research findings, and pay for the forum coordinator and all other pertinent "business" expenses.

  • Is iCal best choice for Non-Profit shared calendar?

Non-profit has need for shared calendar ($$ always an issue). Is a .mac account for each employee really necessary? Multiple users need to be able to access and update the calendar. Any/all thoughts, ideas, suggestions would be appreciated.

    Welcome to Apple Discussions!
iCal does not lend itself to use by multiple users - dotmac syncing is really only for the individual to maintain calendars across many devices, rather than many users on many devices.
In my opinion, you'd be best signing up for a Google Calendar account each and then sharing a calendar between you. If you want this to show up on your mac, you can sync using one of the commercially available apps if you need to edit locally - Spanning Sync springs to mind - or to view in iCal by simply subscribing to the Google Calendar.
You'll be able to get help on all this from the Google forums.
    Good luck!
