Heb een probleem bij installeren Lexmark pro series 800-900 printerdriver, apple kan de software niet vinden en raadt aan dit op de site van de leverancier te downloaden, heb ik gedaan, maar de printer werkt nog steeds niet? Kan hem niet toevoegen in afdrukrij, iemand enig idee? Het gaat om installatie op een MBP, OSX 10.7.3. Zowel draadloos als usb geprobeerd, geen resultaat.

Hello everyone. I've bought a mac pro and I can´t install the lexmark Z510 series driver. On the website of Lexmark it's just avaible until the 10.4.x version of this printer. I'm running Snow Leopard 10.6.1. I´ve been looking on topics and I saw that lexmark is working for new drivers for SL. It would be for Z510 series too? Does anyone know? Here is the list of AirPrint printers, and you particular printer is not on it. So that means you will need to use the Lexmark app, and print through your computer.
There is a Lexmark guy that hangs around these forums who may chime in with a response as well.

Aluminum, Late 2008 MacBook, and about 18 months ago (in October 2013), I replaced the original hard drive with a Samsung SSD 840 Pro Series 256GB hard drive. However, my MacBook is now already saying that my hard drive is full again. When I check "System Information," under "Storage," it states the following: Audio 52.02 GB; Movies 33.68GB; Photos 43.13GB; Apps 14.76 GB; Backups 174.4 MB; and Other 96.39GB.
Also, at home, I have an Apple Time Capsule 4th Generation 2TB that I use as my wireless router, and I also use it for automatic backup via Time Machine. And when I first purchased Time Capsule, the first time I connected Time Capsule, Time Machine asked if I would like to use it to back up my files, and I clicked, "Use as Backup Disk." And that's really all I've ever done with Time Capsule.
In addition, I also have a LaCie Porsche Design P'9223 1TB external hard drive. I have copied my MacBook's hard drive onto my LaCie external hard drive.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Obviously the Audio, Movies, Photos, and Apps are taking up a lot of space... Any suggestions re: what I can do with Audio, Movies, Photos, and Apps? And what about the Other? Other is taking up 96.39 GB. What is Other, and what can I do about it?

Partitioning makes no sense. You have a drawer full of stuff. Split it into two smaller drawers and you have two smaller drawers full of stuff.
Decide what you can store on external storage - your iPhoto/Aperture/Lightroom libraries can all be stored on externals, as can your iTunes Libraries and so on. Do you need to carry 30 gigs of movies with you all the time? You can get portable drives the size of an iPhone these days.

X-Fi XtremeGamer Fatality Pro Series & WIN 7 - help !

As mentioned in the subject of this post, I have a Fatality Pro Series Xfi Xgamer PCI card. Everything seems to be working fine in WIN7-64bit except..... I cannot seem to locate a version of the THX Console Launcher. Granted, there isn't much I cannot set through the Audio Control Panel that came with the driver pack but I cannot seem to find any way to get to the equalizer settings that you would normally be able to set thru the THX control panel.
I have been tempted to just download the vista64 version of it but I am not sure if that would work or not,
OH and I am also looking for a WIN7-64 compatible version of the Alchemy application for re-enabling EAX support in older games.
Any ideas, suggestions, links to downloads?

I am a teacher trying to hook up my iPad 3 to my 3M digital Media System Series 800 (DLP projector). I plug in everything, see the little apple on my 3M screen and then It goes blue and says the input format is not supported. Has anyone else tried to do the same thing and can give me some help? I'm trying to use mortechnology with the kids but our 3M is giving me fits of rage. I have an apple tv hooked up to an HDMI to Component converter box. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Lexmark 1200 Series All in 1 Will not work on my MAC

I recently purchased a Lexmark 1200 series all in one an it will not work. Plug n play doesn't happen so i went through system pref, clicked printer and add printer. It seen it plugged in via usb so i clicked it then it said select drive. The driver for this model isn't there. I did a software update, didn't work so I searched online and cant find anything and neither did the official lexmark site.
Don't know what model mac I have. All I know is its a new mac book so ignore what my OS is.

Trying to install Mavericks on Mac Pro series 4,1

Hi all,
I'm trying to install Mavericks on Mac Pro series 4,1 After downloading from App Store, when computer restarts I get grey screen with the "no entry" sign. I have checked compatibility and this model qualifies for Mavericks. Tried a clean install of 10.6.8 first, but no luck. Any ideas?
The Mac has single quad core 2.66, 6 Gb RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GT120 graphics. Four hard drives. Three Pro Tools HD cards in PCIe slots.
I also tried this with Mountain Lion, with the same results.

Didn't have any luck with removing PCI cards, BUT................ here's how I resolved the issue:
I tried making a USB stick installer. That also failed, but I noticed it couldn't find any hard drives.
I did a search about OSX installer not finding drives and found someone who had that issue and it turned out to be a conflict with the WIFI card (Atheros, not the more common Broadcom)
I checked my System Profiler and sure enough, I have the Atheros.
I just removed the WIFI card and booted into OSX Installer (it was still there after the failed install) and successfully installed Mavericks.

lllaass is correct.
To use ThunderBolt devices, a computer must have left the factory with a ThunderBolt port.
There are no known work-arounds, and there are not likely to be any because Intel controls the chips and is not interested in anything less than the full [including Video features] implementation.

Need help on Inspire t 6200 and PCIE XFI titanium Fatality pro series

Hello All,
I need help on this.
I have PCIE X-FI Titanium Fatality Pro Series. and I just bought 5. Speakers Inspire t 6200.
However, I have some problems.
1. In Mass Effect or Other game Or dvd I cant make the center work. It means you can hear the music and background sound clearly but no Voice at all that ussualy come from center channel.
2I Tested over audio controler from the disk. When I put 5. speaker configuration, the sound is coming from center and left channel for left channel and same thing for the other side. However, When the test is trying to test the center and rear speake, the sound are muffled.
3. Is X FI only for Headset only or you can use Pc Speaker ? And how to configuration for Inspire t6200 with my sound card.
I am using Windows xp sp 3
4g Ram

Lexmark does not support the X2200 series printer for OS 10.5 or above and I don't think apple does for OS 10.6 or above. I ran into this with my wife's Z515 in snow leopard. could not find drivers for it. Maybe gutenrprint has something. This is a generic print driver. I think you are downloading a windows virsion . Lion does not know how to convert it.
