Problem about fee charged of iTunes music purchased.

When I buy a song (S1 for alias). Apple charged me for 2 transaction. First is about 1 dollar (21.99 THB for local currency).
Second is for the song price. I don't know where the first transaction is came from.
After this payment. I'm try to buy other song (S2).
Again, Apple charged me for the same price as above (21.99 THB for local currency) but not for the song. Itune shows me the message "Security code invalid". and I cannont purchase that song (which is that song not download to my computer).
Note:
1. Before buying (S1) I bought other song (S3) and it's just going well. (Charged me only for the song price and I buy it on my mac)
2. The first song (S1), I buy it on my iPhone and the other one (S2) on my PC.
3. My payment method is visa

Thanks for your information. However, my card is a visa debit card which is accepted by apple (In your placed link) and I use it for the first time in itunes. (I mean, makes my appleid to 'purchase' for the non-free content)
As I told you the sequential.
1. First, I can buy a song and it's just fine and apple charge me "only" for its price then (In my mac)
2. I can buy a song but apple charge me for small charge and the song price and then (In my iPhone)
3. I'm try to buy a song but Itunes show me the message "Security code invalid" and charge me for small charge and didn't get a song.(In my PC)
So.
1. Can buy and fine.
2. Can buy but strange charge. (Why the first one is not charged?)
3. Cannot buy but charged me - -" (Why its charged but not allow me to download then show some weird message to me?)
All of those step , I use the same card.
So, Is the small charged will return to me? (I think it will return, but for sure. Am I correct?)

Problem in using 2 IDs for iTunes music purchase downloads and using iTunes Match for 1 ID

Dear support managers,
We are using 1 macbook pro and 2 apple ID for purchasing iTunes music together (Me and my wife).
Actually, I have bought 1 year service of iTunes match on my apple ID and have been using well the service after download the purchased musics under the apple ID I am using.
But once my wife associated the macbook pro with her apple ID to download the musics she purchased,
I have not been able to use the iTunes Match service I have subscribed already.
The message said
"This computer is already associated with an Apple ID. You can use iTunes Match on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days. You cannot associate this computer with a different Apple ID for 90 days"
I can neither purchase another computer for solving this situation nor want to purchase another iTunes Match service on my wife's apple ID.
Please help me out to solve this issue.

Hi,
You can only use one Apple ID with iTunes match. Purchasing another match subscription using wife's Apple ID is not a solution. I can only suggest that you use your ID for match and all iTunes music purchases.

settings - app/iTunes store - sign out and sign back in with your new id.
Note - if your older apps needs an update it will use your old apple id and password, as Apps are tied to the apple id that was used to purchase it.
You can't merge apple id.

Yes it would, possibly even brick it.
Have successfully connected my ipod nano with iTunes so looks like the device driver is working.
Can I use my ipod nano USB connector to check?
It is not much help to you, since the device that you need still not recognized.
Anyway looks like I may have to swallow the loss of data. Have set-up a call for tomorrow with Apple support so will wait until after this before doing the factory restore!

Cannot download itune music purchases - email account before adding new account email now cannot get without paying again-- what to do???

Fdsfi deleted my email account that I had used to purchase music. I forgot to tell iTunes that I was changing emails so I lost all music that I had purchased. Now I cannot get without purchasing again. Is their anything I can do about this short of paying again ????

This is bad - I have an Apple automated response that they got my report on 12/6, 12/10 and 12/14, and I haven't heard anything from them since the 6th when I got one reply that told me to do things I tried before reporting the problem. Between the 6th and 10th I replied to their response 4 times and they ignored me, forcing me to report a problem with two more items that wont download but getting no response.
How do they get away with this kind of behavior, especially for someone with FIVE Core 2 Duo macs and thousands of dollars of of iTunes store purchases? I'm getting really ******.

Is paypal not available for itunes music purchases in Canada?

Prior to this most recent software update, I used Paypal for my music purchases through iTunes. Today I notice that Paypal is not a choice anymore. Am I missing something?

What can apparently happen is that for various reasons (replacement of a track in the Store with another copy, slight changes in the release identification, etc.) the link between the track and your Purchase History can break, which will result in the track not appearing as eligible for iTunes Plus upgrade even though it exists as Plus in the Store.
What you'll need to do is contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department using the form at the bottom of the Purchase Issues FAQ web page (there is no category specifically for this issue, so I'd suggest just picking one under the Purchases - problem area) and explain the problem to them. If you've already contacted them via this form, wait a day or two and if you don't get a reply (and if you haven't even received the automated reply you may have a spam filter blocking Apple's messages), try again.
It may take a couple of email exchanges to get past the "form" email responses, but eventually they should work out a solution for you. You may need to provide the track name, artist and order number so they can confirm the original purchase.

Iphone 4S iTunes music purchase not showing in iTunes on Mac

I purchased a song on my iPhone 4S using the same iTunes account that I use on my MacPro running Lion and the latest version of iTunes.
The purchased song shows up on my Mac iTunes under "purchased", but it does not show up in Music when I search for the song.
I did confirm that the song did download to my Mac from the iTunes store automatically. I am an iCloud subscriber and all of my devices have been synched with iCloud.
Why doesn't it show up in my regular music catalog on my Mac? Any suggestions to fix this are greatly appreciated.

From your post I see that you have transferred your iTunes library to a new computer, and are wondering how to get that content imported into iTunes. To accomplish this, please see the information and the article outlined below.
Part 4 (optional): Add back new content
Copy the iTunes Media folder you created in Part 2 into the "Automatically Add to iTunes" folder inside the iTunes Media folder you copied in Part 3. iTunes will automatically import the content.

Itunes music purchase skipping

Hi,
I just purchased the Beethoven: Complete Piano Sonatas by Artur Schnabel on iTunes and found out that the track "Piano Sonata No. 3 in C, Op. 2, No. 3: IV. Allegro assai" stutters around 2:28 for several seconds. Is there a fixed version that you can give me? Thanks.

Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting that track from your iTunes library and redownload it via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes Support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Itunes music purchase re-download

My music library got erased and trying to re-download a music album i bought previously. Only one song from the album appears in my itunes "Purchased" list.
Any way to get the whole album to appear in my purchased list or re-download?
