Problem about replicating object from R/3 to CRM!

Dear All:
      when i replicate the customizing object from  r/3 oltp to the crm system ,in the crm system ,uesing t-code:smq1,i can see the status was 'SYSFALL' in the queue information ,the detail is 'The current application triggered a termination with a short dump',in the r/3 system,i can't find the queue.who can give me a solution,i have set all the Cross-Connectivity about r/3 and crm ,it's ok.
My CRM system version is 5.0

    While replicating objects from R/3 to CRM (Tcode :R3AS), the status of the object is still running. When I checked in Outbound queue (Tcode:SMQ1) the status is 'SYSFAIL', when I double clicked it says "Password logon no longer possible - too many attempts". So what is the solution to it...

    Sorry not sure then...
    Sometimes the RFC connection is refused and use to give that particular error messgae due to:
    The old RFC library having version 6.20 automatically converted the
    password into uppercase with a size limit of 8 characters before sending it to the SAP system.
    The RFC library version 6.40 does not perform this conversion any more, because mixed case passwords upto 40 characters are now supported by SAP Basis version 7.00 (eg. NW2004s) and above. 
    So need to use upper case passwords when connecting to an SAP system having version less than 7.00. 
    But this is not valid in this scenario.

  • Problems in replicating plants from ERP

    Hello Experts,
    In the process of setting up SRM 7.0 system,  We are running into some problems while replicating plants from ERP.
    1. BBP_LOCATIONS_GET_FROM_SYSTEM takes a very long time to execute.
    2. I can see few plants replicated in BBP_LOCMAP table, but when I search for locations in the org structure, it says no values found.
    3. I used the BP number in the BBP_LOCMAP table and  searched for business partner details in BP trxn, even there it shows BP number does not exist.
    If anyone has encountered similar problems please throw some light in resolving these issues.

    Hi Muthu,
    The program is going in endless loop because there was some memory dump in ERP. We have resolved the issue and have successful in running the program, but In SLG1 there are errors -
    1. Business Partner "0000000x" does not exist
    2. Error Changing Location.
    Somehow the plant entries are shown in BBPLOCMAP tables with the BP numbers even though system is not generating the business partner numbers.
    I am guessing problem might be with the business partner number ranges, but I have checked everything and couldn't find any issue there either.
    Did I miss anything else?

  • Initial down load of objects from R/3 to CRM

    Hi Experts,
    We are facing problem while we are doing initial download for the objects from R/3 to CRM. 1st 5 objects showing running(yellow) remaining all are showing waiting(red) in R3AM1.We maintained all the settings. Let me know anything we missed in this please!
    Please provide Middleware settings for down load the objects from R/3 to CRM.

    Hi Rajesh,
    Please check for those running objects whether there are any "Parent Objects". You open that adapter object which is in "Running" state and there is a tab called "parent objects". Please check whether there are any objects present there. If there are objects present there then those needs to be run first before running the current object.
    Regarding the objects in "waiting" state the reason is because the parameter MAX_PARALLEL_PROCESSES in the table SMOFPARSFA is set to a small value I believe.Increase the value to 99 and then again try the loading of objects.
    This parameter MAX_PARALLEL_PROCESSES  indicates the total number of loads that can be done at a time.

  • Problems with Initial download from R/3 to CRM

    Hi,
    I tried to download the customizing objects from R/3 to CRM.I followed the SAP BP to create RFC Destination, Logical system, site id and RFC user. In our present system , the R/3 Plugin and Basis plugin version are different.I found from the SAP Notes that both the R/3 Plugin service pack and Basis plugin must be at the same version level in R/3.Is this the reason why I am getting error "SYSFAIL" in SMQ1(in the R/3 side).Plz let me know if i am missing something here.

    note the time & date of the sysfail error in the queue and look in both systems for short-dumps (transaction ST22) at that time and date. If you can't find any, than the error must be located in the Bdocs (SMW01) or in the application log (SLG1).
    Also check you RFC destinations in the R/3 system (SM59) to see if your return connection to CRM is active.

  • Getting information about an object from JList

    Hi
    I have created a movie application and i have a JList displaying all registered movies, it uses a DefaultListModel to display these.
    I want to be able to click on an element in the JList and then push a button called "Show movie details" to display all information about the selected movie.'.
    Every new movie is added to the DefaultListModel as an object with "Titlle", "Genere" etc. If someone click on a movie, what do i do to get information about which object that was clicked. All i can see is that integers can be returned with the getSelectedIndex/Value methods. If i use one of these methods to get the object from the DefaultListModel, that would work i guess, but what when someone deletes a movie in the middle of the JList, then the indexes wouldnt match.
    Can someone help me out here? :)

    I get a big fat exception when trying to cast the returned object to a Movie object which im using.
    Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.ClassCastException: java.lang.S
    tring cannot be cast to Movie
    ...sure that this is the way to do it? If so, what am i doing wrong..

  • Problem when importing objects from SLD to IR

    Hi
    When i try to import any object from SLD into
    IR i cant view all the components under Data Types Message Types Interface Mapping and other related nodes.Just the object gets imporetd but none of ts nodes are visible.
    Please let me know if any change in configuration or settings is to be done.

  • Problem with initial download from R/3 to CRM

    Hello All,
    Initial we were able to download & replicate all object from CRM to R/3  & vice versa such as product ,BP, sales documents & conditions etc. After that <<removed>> R/3 system was refreshed by Client itself. After refresh, connectivity between R/3 & CRM is disturbed.We have observed that while initial download we are facing problem in SMQ1 & SMQ2. After debugging we found that table entry  i.e. table :- CRMMLSGUID from CRM & CRMPRLS from R/3 have Logical system guid values different( which  should be identical). Because of this no replication is happening between CRM & R/3. How to rectify this?

    see note 588701:
    "The queues are deliberately halted since the change of the logical       
    system name in the R/3 backend or the linking of new R/3 backend clients 
    to a client of the EBP/CRM Server with the same logical system name as a 
    client already linked to the R/3 backend would lead to severe data       
    inconsistencies in various CRM applications.                             
    For this reason, such changes are not allowed on principle. The halting  
    of the queues prevents such data inconsistencies. The following          
    situations may lead to the queues being halted:                                                                               
    o  The logical system of a client of an R/3 Backend system linked to 
           the EBP/CRM server was changed in current operation.                                                                               
    o  A new client of an R/3 Backend system or a client of a new R/3    
           Backend system was linked to an existing client of the EBP/CRM    
           server where the logical system name was already assigned to a    
           client of an R/3 Backend system linked to the CRM server before.  
    There are different cases in which different forms of processing are      
    required or where several options exist:                                                                               
    -  The logical system name of an R/3 Backend client was changed    
              in current operation. In this case, the data hangs in the       
              outbound queues of the R/3 Backend system as specified under    
              point 1 of the symptom. In this case, the logical system name

              queues can be reactivated. If no data was transferred to the    
              EBP/CRM server before the change, also a correctioin of the

              In this case, the data is in the inbound queue of the EBP/CRM   
              server with the exception GUID_FOR_LOGSYS_CHANGED. In this

              rejected, however, not the entire queues. If the new client of  
              the R/3 Backend system you have linked has exactly the same     
              data as the old client and if it is meant to replace the old    
              client (that is, this was deactivated), also a correction of    
              the check tables is possible. In this case, the inbound queues  
              can be reactivated after the correction.                        
    The correction of the corresponding check tables or the correct           
    procecure in individual cases is to be agreed upon with the support of    
    SAP or SAP consultants at the customer site. In justified cases, SAP can  
    carry out the correction of the check tables.           "

  • Business Partner not replicating automatically from ISU system to CRM

    Hi All,
            We are working on transferring BP from ERP to CRM. Following are the main ways that we are using for the same :
    1) We are creating reference customer with role Sold-to-party in transaction VD03 using internal no range.
    2) Then we are creating ISU BP using the internal same number range and giving the above created customer no as reference customer and finally saving it
    3) We have maintained the settings in PIDE from R/3 to CRM as :
    Sold-to-party     B   ZD02 External Checked
    DEBI                B   ZD02 External Checked
    We are using BUPA_MAIN as Bdoc.
    I get the follwing Bdocs in CRM system :
    1) In SMW01 in CRM I am getting the reference customer created in Step 1 as automatically replicated to CRM and in Success state
    2) Also I get the Bdoc in Error State for ISU BP created in Step 2. Then if I try to pull the BP it comes in Success state.
    My problem is that the BP Bdoc should automatically come in Success state in CRM.
    Please help me solve this problem.

    We also have the same approach of BP, CA and contract creation. These data, after creation in ISU are replicated to CRM. We had an issue while replicating the Contract. The contracts were not getting replicated if the contracts donu2019t have the Service Provider and external service provider information. We donu2019t require to capture this information at contract. We are now forced to capture have this information at contract level just for the replication purpose. Is it mandatory to have the service provider information in contract for the replication of contract to CRM.

  • Error while replicating employees from R/3 to CRM. BP no. are not created

    CRM Experts,
    Request your help in solving the following issue.
    While replicating the employee information from R/3 to CRM, we get the following error message in the IDoc details.
    <b>Message:</b>
    IDoc: 0000000000057590 Status: IDoc ready to be transferred to application
    <b>Immediately processing not possible: Screen output without connection to user.</b>
    Steps:
    1. Using PFAL TCode, we push the details of "Persons" from R/3 to the CRM client.
    2. After pushing the details, come to CRM and see the IDoc details. We get the above mentioned error message.
    3. The BP number is not getting generated.
    Really appreciate your solutions/suggestions/clues.

  • Organisation Structure is not replicating completely from R/3 to CRM

    Hi SAP Gurus,
    Plaese help me out in this issue.
    We are replicating organisation structure from R/3 to CRM. There is Org Structure in which there are some sub org units say 6, under main org unit with positions and jobs. When try to replicating by tcode PFAL with evaluation path OS-CP, it geneartes IDOC in R/3, all are succesfully processed and Green. IN CRM, these Idocs are red and yellow with staus 51 and 52. As a result of this partial, org structure is replicated to CRM. In CRM, the Idoc is failed and It shows following errors:-->
    1. Resource key 4AFBD7B949F406E9E10000000B7404B7 is not known (Status 51)
    2. HR: ALE inbound processing for HR master data (Status 52)
    3. No Filter, No Conversion, No Field converted.
    Plaese advice to resolve this issue.

    You can copy exactly error ??..
    For replication you need use tx PIDE in R3.
    In folder CRM>R3 you assign "BP Classification: Consumer, Customer, Sales prospect, competitor" to account group in R3. The BP Classification is hard code in CRM and only are available 5 types of classification.
    In folder R3> CRM you assing Account group R3 to CRM Classifcation and grouping. Grouping CRM is done in SPRO > Cross-Application Components >SAP Business Partner > Basic Settings > Number Ranges and Groupings > Define Groupings and Assign Number Ranges.
    Then, you define filter for replication in tx R3AC1 and replicate with tx R3AS

  • Material description is missing when replicating material from R/3 to CRM

    I am facing middleware error.
    I have replicated a material from R/3 to CRM system.
    I am able to see all the details in CRM except the material description in CRM.
    The material i have replicated from R/3 to CRM has a description in R/3 but the same description is missing in CRM and it is showing blank.
    Please help me to solve this.

      Go to the COMM_PRSHTEXT see the table entries is there are not. Pass product GUID in this table and check.

    As stated above this will happen in case the number is already assigned to a business partner.
    Are you
    1. <u>Reconnecting</u> the CRM system to a  new R/3 and the CRM system has data from an old system?
    2. Has the replication been done before
    3. In case this is a new CRM system and numbers are being generated for the first time check the numbering range. (are the CRM numbers for this BP defined as external if R3 is the leading system?) the numbering ranges should not overlap or this will be a common scenario.

  • Replicating customer from R/3 to CRM  found Acct group y001 do not exist

    Hi gurus,
    I tried to replicate the customer master data from R/3 to CRM. Using Tcode SMW01 i found out that Account group Y001 do no exist.
    Note:
    Y001 is the account group i created in R/3. I also assigned it to CRM grouping Y0 using tcode PIDE.
    Kindly help regarding it.

    I have create a Project in Premiere Pro CS5.
    I import the RED file R3D or P2  file XMF and editing my media.
    From menù File i select Export to "Final Cut Pro XML.."
    I open FCP and Import file XML but the media are not reconnect.
    "Warrnig: Non-critical error were found while processing an XML document.
    Would you like to see a log of these error now?"
    I want see the log file and...
    "<file>: Unable to attach specified media file to new clip."

    Hi Dennis I re-format my MACPRO 8 Core and I installed Final Cut Studio Suite and CS5 Premium (no CS4)
    I install Blackmagick driver Decklink 7.6.3
    If I open the After Effects  and setting preview card blackmagic, I see the preview in external monitor.
    If I open the Premiere Pro and setting preview, I don't see the blackmagic card but the second monitor, DV....etc.
    In Premiere I see the blackmagic preset, but no the preview card.
    I have a second question.
    About Red file I want editing in Premiere Pro and i whant color correct in Apple Color from FCP.
    My problem is: my color program crash when I send file form FCP to Color (random mode)
    The sequence is:
    I import file red in PPro5 -- editing file --- export file xml.
    Close the PPro5.
    Open FCP import xml (no re-link media)
    Save de project in FCP
    Select sequence and send to Color.
    In this moment the Apple Color crash.
    I shutdown the MAC.
    I power-up the MAC
    Open FCP select the project and send the sequence to Color.
    Color see the project but no media.
    I re link the media and I editing in color my media.
    Why Apple Color program crash?
