Problem about start RAC when hosts start

every time ,when i start hosts, crs will start RAC automatically,but some resource of RAC will be 'UNKNOWN' ,i need stop all resource and start again use srvctl
is there any better method to solve the problem?

A flickering display sounds to me like a hardware problem. Or does this only happen with a specific game? Of course your machine is still under warrantee so you could take advantge of it if you have a local apple store.

Any application that is open when you shut down will re-open when you restart unless you deselect this when shutting down/restarting:
Also check System Preferences>Users & Groups>Login items tab and make sure there's nothing listed there that you don't want launched.

Personally, I use a Firefox preloading software that loads the Firefox program in the background without fully launching it. The <code>firefox.exe</code> process will continually run. This boosts the Firefox startup time.

Because it was not possible to apply a gradient to a stroke in CS5. When you open the file in CS5, it is reduced to something that can be rendered in CS5.

If running 10.7 or later hold down Command-R at Startup.
This should invoke recovery Mode.
Choose Disk Utility.
Select your Hard drive. Inspect the SMART Status in the lower right of the window for "Verified".
Select the Mac OS X Volume (originally Macintosh HD) click (Repair Disk)
If errors, run again until it comes clean or gets stuck.
Report any error messages.

BEx Analyzer - Start BEx when Excel starts

Our company uses MS 2010. We recently installed BEx Analyzer to several employee's PCs. On ONE out of 5 PCs, the user must re-check the box under Global Settings for "Start BEx Analyzer when Excel starts" every time she starts her PC each day. It stays checked until she shuts down the PC. What could be wrong? What should I look at?

so at the end of day when she shuts off and log in again analyzer doesnt open in excel again.?
there is way to do that in excel to open a program .. may be they can help.
only thing i can think of that she deletes her cookies when she logs off so excel cant save it properly.

Linux crashes after about 5 minutes (when I start Xorg)

my linux-system hasn't been stable a lot during the last couple of weeks, ... or even since I used linux on my system. Only once, when I used a specific version of the nvidia-drivers as my system really stable. Mostly, it was stable enough to use. Maybe I'm wrong, but that is my impression at the moment. I have to say that my chipset (via kt133 I think) or the implementation of it, can have a problem which causes this instability.
Anyway, the last time, it was only the screenimage that stopped working. Sound, ... kept on going, so I supposed it was an xorg-problem ...?
However, since the last archlinux kernelupdate (and I also tried my own custom-kernels with 2.6.16.x as the base-kernel), linux crashes very quickly as soon as I start xorg and my internet-connection (but it happens also without my internet-connection up it seems). This time, also the music stops playing.
Now, I heard of cases where Xorg starts using 100% cpu, but I can't login with ssh or so, although there may be others possibilities.
I notice that when my screen, ... freezes the led of my harddisk is ona nd stays on.
I'm not sure about the following. I once enabled logging and got some output on a vt. I thought that ther system frooze (my harddisk light was on it seemed) and some moments later my system went on working. I'm not sure if this is the same as what I experience most of the time, since it doesn't seem to come out of it (or maybe I haev to wait longer ...). Anyway, I got:

My Question: Does anyone else experience these instability-problems with the latest kernel?
I may compile xorg myself and wee what it gives ...

DriveReadySeekComplete errors are either:
- IDE controler failure
- Bad cables
- Bad harddisk
Out of these 3, the last one sounds the most reasonable with nowadays harddrives. And yes, your system will hang when all your important processes are hanging while trying to do disk I/O.
What windows does is switching back to PIO mode and never report anything, until you hit the nice BSOD telling you to replace the floppydisk in drive C...

Problem with explorer.exe when LR starts

When starting LR (V1.0) the task manager reports that explorer.exe is eating up about 50% of my CPU. Closing LR does not have an effect. Only a re-start clears it up. This is now the second time I have installed LR as there was a conflict the first time I upgraded from the beta 4 version. I have searched through many of the same folders that my LR library uses with Bridge and Windows explorer and there was no problem with explorer.exe. Only upon starting LR does the problem occur. Any advice much appreciated. Thank you!

Firefox 2.0.0.20 is the last ever version of Firefox for Win98 / SE / ME.
You can try KernelEx to get Firefox 3+ to work, but it would be very slow with an old PC of less than 750Mhz.

Having sound delay by about 5 seconds when I start any video stream, know how to fix?

From any app or mail, when I click for a video to start, it will start immediately, the sound will not start until about 5 seconds later, very annoying. Does anyone know the fix for this?

Listen to this person, he knows exactly what he's talking about. My unit had the freezing problem, the visual artifact problem, and eventually would only show a blank white screen after I had tinkered too long. Luckily I have another computer that I hadn't yet upgraded to itunes 7 and it had the last firmware upgrade before the itunes 7 one. From disk mode I was able to restore it to the previous firmware version, and now the ipod works perfectly.
I too am almost disqusted with Apple for 1) missing this problem and 2) not letting people know!
I wonder how many more people are going to have lots of problems so apple can protect their PR.
Anyways, what would be really helpful would be if someone could upgrade the latest firmware installer before itunes 7 (it's an individual ipod updating program, not itunes 6.xx)somewhere on the internet so users could download it and do away with this evil 1.2 firmware.

Error message "itunes has encountered a problem..." when it starts up...

Every time I try to open itunes I get the typical windows message that says "itunes has encountered a problem and needs to shut down." I've tried to reinstall, but it still does it. Any ideas?
