Problem accessing YAHOO Email folders on Z10 device

Hi everyone.
There seems to be a problem in problem accessing the folders on yahoo email accounts using z10 device.
I am able to send and receive the email properly using the z10 device. saving drafts are also working fine. But I am unable to access all email that were saved to yahoo folders before my transition to blackberry z10.
I am able to move any email from my inbox to an existing folder under yahoo. and move it back to inbox if required.
But when I try to access a mail that were saved to yahoo folders before my transition to blackberry z10, the following message appears "No enteries in this view".  I did mention all folders to sync.- but the systems seems not to be doing that way.
Two scenario's possible:-
1. All folders are not geting sync.
2. Date/ timing issues (restriction) on certain folders coming in picture by default.
Would appreciate if someone could respond how to solve this issue or just forward by the z10 -support email id. plz
Thanks
PG

I have a z10 and for the past week i have not been able to access my yahoo mail. many times for past 6 months i had to enter password, but now when i go to settings to accounts to enter, it just spins while loading and i get nowhere.
I have removed battery, i have made sure new updates are in.
one time i was able to enter password and it gave me a pop saying there was an error.
I am able to receive three other email accounts, they have no problems, just yahoo.
I tried to change wifi settings, but that will not change....
I have also lost all the names of my contacts in the phone book area... it is very strange...
the numbers are there, but the names disappear and say that the contact list is empty
my voice control does not work anymore as it says it cannot access contact book
then one time it loads up after a reboot and the telephone lists are all there... and then next time no
i am assuming all this is related?
can someone write me or tell me where/how to post this problem?
Try removing the CARDDAV, CALDAV and email account that are related to the Yahoo account, reboot the phone, and then just use the wizard, and re-create the accounts
Using the Playbook and the Z10 and the Z30 and loving them

  • Problems accessing Yahoo email with Mail on iMac

Hi, I can happily access my emails from Yahoo using my iPhone and iPad. However, neither my MacBook Pro or my iMac (both running Mavericks) can access my emails using "Mail". I can use Webmail on Safari ok, but whenever I try to access Yahoo mail with "Mail", I get a message saying I should re-enter my password, or that the Server is unavailable. I have 2 stage authorisation activated, and "Keychain", and I had to enter a special 'Yahoo-generated' password to allow my iOS units to work. However, each time I use my OSX units, an email says an unauthorised attempt to access my mails has been made.
I've tried deleting the account and reinstalling and rebooting etc, to no avail. I think that Yahoo needs to authorise the iMac and Macbook, but I can't work out how to do it.

Ive found the solution to this problem. Its the secondary sign in system used at Yahoo for unauthorised sign-ins. While its possible to authorise an iPad or iPhone using a special one off password, this cannot be done on a desk top. The simple solution is to switch off the secondary security sign-in option.

I have Yahoo mail (POP) account.  Mine is working fine at present.  I do occasionally get asked for password while sending mail.  I have had your issue in the past and it usually clears up in a few hours.  Sometimes I sign out and then back in and it starts working again.

  • How do I solve MFMessagerdomain 1032 when trying to access yahoo email account

how do I remove MFMessagerdomain 1032 when trying to access yahoo email account   I put in password (correct) and still comes up with message

No. Everything was working fine and then it wasn't. I hadn't changed any settings or switched either one off. When the phone stopped working properly I ignored it because I always have my ipad with me but that just sopped working properly and now I am stuffed. I have tried most solutions suggested on here even wiping the ipad clean and re-booting. I did this exactly the same way as when I first got it but still no joy. The same with the phone.

    Hello Cyko69
If you are seeing a Mailbox Locked alert, the following article will explain what is going on. Typically with certain type of emails, it is meant to be accessed one at a time. The article will give some suggestions on how to resolve the issue.
iOS: 'Mailbox Locked', account is in use on another device, or prompt to re-enter POP3 password

  • Yahoo email folders on iphone.

I have many email folders with my yahoo email for archiving - I don't want them stored on my iphone.  If I delete them from the iphone, they are also deleted from my yahoo email.  Can I remove them from storing on my iphone without loosing them on my pc?

Your folders are not "stored" on your iPhone, they're stored on the server.  But if you navigate to a folder then the server will push however many messages you've specified in settings (i.e. "Show xx Recent Messages").  If you don't want to populate your iPhone with the contents of these folders, don't open them. If you've already done that, delete and re-add the account to your iPhone.
If I misunderstood and what you really mean is that you don't want these folders accessible on the iPhone, you can't set up the account such that it doesn't give you access to all the folders.  You could however set up a 2nd account where your primary account forwards its Inbox to a secondary (separate) Yahoo account on your iPhone.  That way only your Inbox is on your iPhone.

  • Cannot access yahoo email account when I have been able for 6 years.

I am unable to log into my yahoo email account on my Mac OS X. This is very sudden. I have been able to for 6 years. I CAN access on a PC. I have never had this problem. I have never set up the mail program on Mac OS X.

No, it will not affect anything but Safari. I do this regularly anyway (in my case with Firefox because I prefer it over Safari). The cache remembers websites you've visited and, when internet connections were slow, then that was handy because the browser would reload the page from memory instead of reloading it fresh. With faster internet connections today, it is no longer of the same importance - it does speed up things a bit initially, but I haven't noticed any difference. Cookies are set by every site you visit - the only ones you might want to keep are cookies from your bank, financial institution, etc so they remember your machine when you log in. Other than that, they are a marketing tool and completely superfluous. And history is again something the computer remembers that you've visited a site before.

  • Print problem with Yahoo email

Ever since upgrading to Safari Version 7.0.1 (9537.73.11), I have had several different problems with printing emails.  For the time being, let me ask here about only my AT&T Yahoo mail.
Here is the description of the problem in Yahoo.  When I pull down the “Actions” menu to “Print Message,” I get this dialog box:
                      Print Error
There was a problem printing, most likely caused by a pop-up blocker. Please click Try Again.
    Try Again
So I click the button labeled “Try Again,” and Safari opens the email in a new window with a “Print” tool in the upper left corner.
I click the “Print” tool.  With multi-page emails, I like printing on both sides.  I choose either,
    Print Two-sided, or
Print either odd or even pages.
With the former option Safari prints one page of the email and stalls.  With the latter Safari prints the whole series of selected pages and stalls.  My printer (HP LaserJet Professional P1102w) refuses to print any more pages.  I have to go into my printer’s application and stop the print job.  Then I have to turn off the printer, wait a while for the machine to re-set, and turn it back on.  Then I can print the remaining page or pages.
That’s inefficient. Is there some remedy to get Safari to print emails in Yahoo straight through?

Problems like that with Firefox printing look like they are fixed in Firefox 4.

  • Problems accessing windows share folders with iMac joined to the domain

    Hi,
Following the Apple Seminar (http://seminars.apple.com/seminarsonline/addamac/apple/index.html?s=300) I've joined an iMac (10.6.2) to a Windows Domain successfully and I can login with my windows account.
The problem arises when I try to mount a share folder. Mac ask me if I want to access as a guest or as a registered user, and it's really weird since the folder belongs to the windows user. It seems like Mac doesn't use the login account to access the share folders...

  • A problem with Yahoo Email (not iPhones fault)?

Will Yahoo fix their email problem soon? I like having the "push" feature (when it works!)
I have 3 email accounts set up on my iPhone. Yahoo, Gmail, and my Road Runner. I sent all 3 an email from my work computer (via my work email). In a matter of 2 minutes the Gmail & Road Runner email showed up on my iPhone (must have been close to the 15 minute check for email time). The Yahoo is still missing in action.
As I'm typing this email... a test email I sent 1 hour 5 minutes ago finally showed up in my Yahoo account.
Also, I signed onto hotmail, gmail, and yahoo all on my computer. I sent an email to my work email... the Gmail and Hotmail arrived at my work inbox in less than 2 minutes. Still waiting (been 45 minutes) for the Yahoo email to show up. Again, these emails originated via my computer (not iPhone), and there is still a problem with my Yahoo. My computer is a PC running win XP PRO (if that matters)

I am having the same problem. You have to log into your Yahoo.com webmail everyday and send an email to anyone. You will be asked to enter some anti-spam security letters and numbers. Do this only once each day before you use your iPhone mail.app and it should work. I am angry at both Apple and Yahoo for letting this happen. Apple has an obligation to make the mail.app work (push mail) with any IMAP account, not just Yahoo's. Hpoefully in the next software update. For now, I have to check my IMAP and POP mail either manually or at a set interval.
