Problem: adding soundtrack changes colors

Question

When I ad a separate soundtrack to a QT movie (exported slideshow from keynote) and save the new combination as an independent QT movie, the colors of the movie change dramatically. Lighter and less contrast. Does anyone know what could be the reason and how it can be avoided ?

The following seems to work. Main difference is the explicit setting of a contentPane to the frame, and only playing with the contentPane in the constructor.
Note that your code is commiting some of the Capital Sins of GUI Writing:
- harcoding colors for large areas
- hardcoding size for main windows
- not making main windows resizeable
The first two should really be in some Properties file. I can't find any excuse for the third.
