Problem at the time of ABAP Import

Hi Gurus,
I am installing SAP ERP 6.0 EHP4 IDES version on AIX 5.3 and Oracle 10.0.2.0.4 version.Here I am getting an error at the time of ABAP Import it shows testing database connection failed due to the following R3load procedure.I am sending the massege with this mail.
/usr/sap/JTB/SYS/exe/run/R3load -testconnect
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program /usr/sap/JTB/SYS/exe/run/R3load because of the following errors:
        0509-150   Dependent module libclntsh.so could not be loaded.
        0509-022 Cannot load module libclntsh.so.
        0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.
Please guide me to overcome this problem and provide me some solution.

Just compare the output of the below command in your system...(Permission and ownership)

Problem at the time of Goods receipt(MM)

Dear all,
I am new in MM and I am facing a problem at the time of goods receipt against subcontracting order. In our scenario we are create a subcontracting order for one finish material and in BOM we are giving some raw material. After that we are doing transfer posting (material provide to vendor) and then receive the finish goods.But at the time of goods receipt against SCO order I am getting error that multiple parent batch for finish batch. I am unable to understand the problem. so, kindly help me.

I think you are receing multiple bacthes for the parent material,In this case you need to select Distribute qty option in MIGO.Here you can split the qty batchwise for parent material.If you split the qty it will allow you to receive the material.

TDS Problem at the time of Advance to Vendor

here is a proplem at the time of Vendors Advance payment thro f-48, aft complition of document when simulating the document ,it come Vendor-----Dr,Bank A/C--
Cr, but TDS amount is not shown(At the time of its Invoicing Every things is ok,TDS is also Deducted ) and when it massage come like that
Withholding tax amount exeeds total bank line item amounts

Hi,
Please check the following settings.
This error occures due to bank GL that we post during down payment. Go to FS00, put that GL & in "Create/bank/interest" tab tick on relevent to cash flow.
Also check in Customizing that You have maintained the Withholding tax type for Payment Posting?
First of all, apply forst option. May be your problem will be resolved.

Basic Excise Duty problem at the time of PO genration( Dealer).

Dear All,
We are implmentation ECC 6.0 version.We are facing a problem in basic excise duty.I am genrating PO for dealer at that time excise duty should be in amount,this amount maintain in purchasing condition.When we assign tax code with 0 % BED in po.BED could not copy from purchasing condition type.
I think there was a Alternative Key (354) use in TAXINN pricing procedure,but this could not work properly.This key was proper key or any other key use in prcing procdure.
Any one suggest for right conclusion.

Hear is the process for delear case
in Delear case u will have to maintain all the details as per raw material case
only diffence is in the % of bed ecess and secess put 0 instade of 16 2 and 1
at the time of po u know that u vendor will give u material at say 100 Rs increse of excise which u dont now and 4 % vat on it
So u r po will loke like 100 basic
bed 0
ecess0
scess 0
vat 4
total 104
now whe u do GR
u come to know u have 8 bed 1.6 ecess 0.8 sccess
at the time of gr in Excise tab value
put the excise base as 100-8-1.6-0.8 = 89.6
and in bed 8
ecess 1.6
secess0.8
and in header tab of excise in miscellaneous tab tick MRP indicator
save ur part one and 2 posted
then do the miro
on item line it will show 100 as amount change it to 89.6
click on calculate tax
and ur excate payment of rs 104 will be done to vendor
this the the correct process of Delear case

Problems with the time setting. help please

i have the time set on my ipod touch by the city i live. the time will be right for a couple days, but then it becomes an hour behind. how does that happen or how can i make that not happen?

I'm having same problem too. Has happened 3-4 times now. Can't figure out what causes the time to change to random time. At one point I thought it was caused by my leaving my calendar at a previous date or appointment, but really don't think so. I have a Verizon - iphone 5. I would think that the time would come from Verizon. Not Apple. But no one else is talking about it. Anyway, you're not alone )c: Turning it off and then back on is fine HOWEVER, last night it changed time to 2 or 3 hours EARLIER so my alarms were screwed up! I asked Siri "what time is it" and she must get her information from the iphone settings. So... she gave me the WRONG time also. Sad. 1st time it happened, it was actually Sunday 8:03 AM PST and iphone showed 11:38PM. This morning, not only was the time wrong, the date was last Tuesday, 9/26/12! Not funny when we all depend on our calendars and appointments that are set on each day. Other times, I just reset it and will wait for someone to fix the problem. I love the iphone 5 though! Nice and light (I'm a runner). It replaced a 4. Loved that one too, but new iOS6 is WAY FASTER! Love it to pieces!

HT201272 Problems with The Times app for iphone

I have purchased an iphone app for The Times through itunes at a cost of £9.99 for 30 days. Over 2 weeks has passed and I still don't have full access to the app. Sometimes I can log-in and it works, but every day there are times when I cannot log-in. When I try to log-in, the app says my subscription has expired. I type in my email address and password, and it doesn't accept it (a message says I should email The Times helpdesk). I contacted The Times helpdesk, and they told me that it was a problem with itunes. I would like to understand what the problem is, and why isn't the app working?

Problem at the time of creation order

Dear Gurus,
facing update termination error at the time of creation/change the sales order..in development system
after some analysis, found one more error due to which above mention error is coming
report run : "RMCSUTIC" : check utility logistic info system
after running this report system giving error message "Unit O2 : No DDIC Information for source field OI0BW_ADQN - OIMSEHI1"
but when but in production server it's working fine without error message
kindly suggest some solution for the same

Exchange Rate problem at the time of sales Invoice

Exchange rate type AR is made for Sales
at the time Sales Order amount is being picked from exchange rate type AR but at the time of Sales Invoice the amount is being picked from Standard Rate Type M at the header level but at the item level from AR only

Hi Sudhir,
SAP will pick Exchange rate type M for translations by default and you cannot change it. So you have to change the exchange rate type for your invoice or maintain same rates for that day alone.
This is what is given in SAP documentation:
"For posting and clearing, the system uses the exchange rate type M (average rate). This exchange rate type must be entered in the system and you must also enter the exchange rates for this type."

Then I will transport to quality as well as production. but it is a matter of great regret that at the time creation of valuation type no transport request no. is genereted. without TRansport request no. how can I transport to quality as well as production. pl. help me.

Hi,
This is a client level configuration so Transport Requests are not getting generated directly. Here follow this procedure;
Go to OMWC, Click on Global types. , Click on Types > Transport in the menu bar
The sytem will prompt for a request, create the request. A new screen for selcection of Valuation cateogires & valuation types will come. You can select here & transport.
Click on Save after selection, all the selcted items will be added to the request

Problem at the time of Implementing Text Matching Test Case in OFT

I had add Text Matching Test Case on login of the application for the username and password. and If the Test Case fail on that screen,then it should not allow to go further in the application.
As currently at the time of Playback, it is allowing to go further and in the Result Report it display the case failed.

Actually my ques is that suppose at the time of recording i enter the username as abcd and password as 123.
When the recording is done . I Insert a Text Matching test case for both the username and password where i put the condition for the username that select text should be present as "def" . And the Test Case failed .
So i want to know that if the test case failed on Login. Whether it should be move forward at the time of playback?

Problems with the time limit in PCI6602

I am using a counter-timer PCI-6602 to scan a sample.
I’m using Counter0 as a pulse generator to generate a GATE signal and Counter1 as a counter, and the mode is event counting.
J'd like to have a more precise definition about "time limit". If I used a GATE frecuency of 1KHz (1ms integration time) and a SOURCE frecuency of 10KHz with a time limit of 1sec, I measured1000 times a 10. That’s OK but that also means that I need to be 1 sec at each position!!!! And this is a lot of time!!! If I changed the time limit form 1sec to a fraction of a sec (300 ms for example) it doesn’t work. Why?

What exactly do you mean by "I need to be 1 sec at each position"? Are you trying to interface with quadrature encoders? It is possible to perform a buffered period measurement which will sample the position once per second (hardware-timed). It also sounds like you are using Traditional NI-DAQ. Would it be possible to upgrade to NI-DAQmx? This API is recommended for new designs. Also, are you using LabVIEW or a text-based language. In the LabVIEW Example Finder (Help->Find Examples), search under "Hardware Input and Output->DAQmx->Counter Measurements->Position" for the Meas Angular Position-Buffered-Cont-Ext Clk.vi example. You can also use another counter to clock this buffered measurement. If this does not sound like what you are trying to accomplish, please let me know a bit more about your hardware and what you intend to do with it. I'm sure I could then recommend a better method.

Sales order stock problem at the time of PGI

Dear Experts
When a sales order is being created , the delivery is done.The moment PGI is done the system gives a error prompt as " sales order stock XXXXX not created for the item YYYY"
I dont want this to happen.
I wish that at the time of PGI system should simply and directly pick the qty from the storage location and do the PGI.
Also we dont have availabilty check at the delivery item ctgy level.
Expert suggestions are required.

Go to MB1B and enter movement type 412 , special stock E and enter
then enter sales order no and item no
enter storage location, material and quantity and save it
other wise in sales order VA02
go to procurement tab in the overview screen change requirement type to daily requirement
you will need not to do the above process

Auto Settlement rule creation problem at the time of PM order release

In SPRO, for order type GEN, already customization available as "Madatory for Release" for order type. But still automatically settlement rule is not being created in IW31/IW32 at the time of release.
If I go to Settlement rule in GO TO option-Settlement Rule in IW32, then system is asking me two options as as With default and Without default. With default settlement, settlemement rules are coming.
But my query is, even if it is mandatory for release, why system is releasing without creating distribution rule in IW31?
Pl. let me know if any config missing.

Problem with the time zone

I live in Australia, but my hole family lives in Venezuela, I want to know how I can create an event using iCalendar but using the time support from Venezuela, without changing my time zone, for example when someone is on his birthday I want to receive an alert when it's 9 a.m in Venezuela not i Australia .. I think you are all missing the point. java.util.Date objects always alway always store the date as the number of milliseconds since 1/1/1970 UTC so the only TimeZone they have its the implicit UTC. When you use the Date.toString() method the toString() method gets the default time zone from your environment and formats the data accordingly. This means that the same Date object will, by default, produce a different result for France and Australia and the US.
So, if you have the date "12/5/2009" as a String then to convert it to a java.util.Date you must specify what TimeZone is implied. If it is your system time zone then you can just create a SimpleDateFormat object with the correct format and then use the parse() method to create the java.util.Date object and this will automatically be converted to UTC. If the date String represents some other time zone then you must explicitly set the time zone of the SimpleDateFormat object before parsing the string.
The same approach applies when converting a java.util.Date object to a String. If you want anything other than your system time zone then you must explicitly tell the SimpleDateFormat what time zone you want the result formatted for.
