Problem changing apple password?

Ive been trying to change my apple login password which I could do not to long ago and now for some reason it doesnt alllow me to change my password it goes threw the proccess the only thing ploblem it has is when the email gets sent to the account and from then you would continue with the instructions but the thing is that I no longer get that email that would provide a link to change your password. I had to call apple and tell then to send me the email that had to be sent to me in order ro get it they didnt provide information as in why this happened. Does anyone know away around this I ready dont want to call apple if this ploblem would happen again, or is this just a ploblem with apple at this moment. Has anyone had this ploblem as well.
Ps I have tried to reset this in several devices
ipod touch, ipad, mac mini, and pc all of them failed to reset the password succefully

If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple ID.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

After I type in the message and click on the Send button, "Sending" is displayed, but at the end of this process, a message under the message says "Not Delivered".

Change Apple Password - Now Pages Won't Open iCloud Files

Last night I changed my apple id password. Now today I can't open iCloud files (Pages Files) while inside the pages Application. I CAN open them going directly into iCloud via the web.
There must be a setting somewhere - perhaps where I need to re-enter my apple password on the mac or ....?

Indeed, it may help to sign out and back into iCloud in System Preferences -> iCloud.
On your Mac: Open iCloud preferences, then click Sign Out.

Changed apple password successfully but it will not save to ipad or iphone

I just changed my Apple password successfully. However, the change does not save to my iPad or iPhone. I have tried to manually change it on these devices, but it continues to revert back to the old password.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Changed Apple password and ID with device open

Hello,
recently I changed my apple ID and the Password after my iPhone got stolen. But the iCloud on my iPad was still open when i changed it on my new iphone. Now i can only access the iCloud on my iPad via my old email-address, which doesn't work anymore. I can use the iPad, but it keeps asking me to login to iClid, on m old email-account.
I don't know how to install my curret apple id on my ipad, if possible at all.

So it sounds like you changed your Apple ID before signing out of iCloud on your iPad, right? If so, follow these instructions:
1.     Go to Manage your Apple ID, sign in with your current ID and password, and EDIT your Apple ID back to the old email address. This is temporary. Do NOT verify it, do NOT change the password: Apple - My Apple ID
2.     Go to Settings>iCloud on your iPad, and delete/Sign off of the iCloud account. Follow the prompts, and provide your current password when asked.
3.     Go back to Manage your Apple ID, sign on with the old email address and the current password, and change your Apple ID back to your new email address (you may need to verify it again).
4.     Go back to Settings>iCloud and sign into iCloud with your updated Apple ID.

i wants to erase data on my Iphone, but as i press the Erase all content in iphone for resetting, shows wrong password popup.
i already changed my password several times but i don know why in Iphone the new password is not valid.

Just to confirm is it asking for passcode or Apple ID password?
If it is asking for the Apple ID password then you have Find My iPhone enabled in Settings>iCloud. Make sure the Apple ID is correct in Settings>iCloud and that you are providing the correct password for that Apple ID.

Problems changing Apple ID

My current Apple ID is in the form myname, using [email protected] as the email address.
When I try to change my Apple ID to [email protected] using the same email address, it tells me the name or email address is already in use.
In order to use Find iPhone, I need an Apple ID in the form [email protected] Do I have to create a dummy Apple ID account to use Find iPhone? Why can't I just change the Apple ID and leave everything else the same?

I can't get my ICloud started. Each time i try to sign in..it indicates that theres a problem with my email apple address but never indicates what. I added a second email but the same result. Have changed my password numerous times...no result?????

I have followed the instruction relating to Icloud connection.When i went to system preferences, my Apple address is continually rejected. I have added a second email as suggusted by an Apple site but i still get the same message. Im not told why the Apple ID/email is not accepted when it is accepted in all other Apple sites. Forgot my apple password, had to change it due to hard drive problem on my iphone 4 which had to be totally erased then rebouted and now works but cannot download from my computer/icloud due to password change. So how do I orchestrate the change of password to icloud/computer to allow all to sync together?

If you use Lion, boot into your recovery pressing Command and R buttons, press "Utilities" menu, open Terminal and write:
resetpassword
If you have Snow Leopard, boot into your install DVD pressing C button, click "Utilities" and press Password Reset

Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it

I'll add my problem to this list as it sounds similar. First a little background. This is a problem I think we will see from a lot of long term users, so here is my story. When .Mac was first made available I signed up and was given a new apple ID [email protected] At this point I already had an Apple ID that I was using for just music purposes (apps didnt't exist yet) but was told by apple I would have to give it up. They could not merge IDs and would not change them. The end result was getting a new Apple ID and having to redownload all my purchased music over P2P or burn it and re-rip to remove the DRM. Fast forward a bit to a time when Gmail is getting bigger. I'm invited to try it out and I decide that I'm going to stop paying $100 for email, as I never really used he other features iDisk, photo sharing etc, and syncing contacts, calendars and mail was just as easy through gmail. Now years later we have iCloud. I have to sign in with my outdated .mac ID, at this point I have for too many apps/music/shows to drop that ID. When I sign in with that .mac Apple ID I get the automated iCloud message telling me my new email address is [email protected] However when I go to send email from my iCloud account it is using .mac as the sending address and the mail will not go through. I can't change it in the mail app or in settings. I'm kind of at a loss as to where to go next. I'm stuck with a defunct email address as a username that is more or less a key to thousands of dollars worth of content, and a new email address that won't function and nobody at Apple can press the right buttons to help clean it up. Some kind of system should be in place to change a user ID. Maybe once a year or once every other year. **** at this point I would even pay a one time fee just for my user name to be rid of that old .mac extension.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that you updated your Apple Id and password but now you are being prompted for the old information in iCloud. You are on the right track by changing the Apple ID back to the previous email address temporarily so that you can sign out. You should not need to verify the email address. After you edit the Apple ID back to the old email address and then sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, edit the Apple ID back to the address you would currently like to use. There is no need to change the password again, only the email address, unless you prefer to update the password again.
If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID when signing out of iCloud - Apple Support
Change your Apple ID temporarily
If signing out and back in to iMessage or FaceTime didn't help, try these steps:
Change your Apple ID to the Apple ID you used previously. You shouldn't need to verify the email address.
Tap Settings > iCloud. Complete these steps only if the Find My [Device] setting is turned on:
Scroll down and tap Sign Out, then tap Sign Out to confirm. If you're using iOS 7 or earlier, tap Delete Account, then tap Delete to confirm.
Tap Keep on My [Device] or Delete from My [Device]. In either case, your data remains in iCloud and will be updated on your device when you sign in to iCloud again.
Enter the password for your previous Apple ID.
Change your Apple ID to the new email address that you want to use. You'll need to verify the email address.
Return to Settings > iCloud and sign in with your new Apple ID.
