Problem dialling on 9320

help when i try and dial another mobile number on my 9320 it directs to my mailbox.
It also has a message of call forwarding conditional every time I dial out

All warranty and replacements are controlled by respective Carrier or Service provider . If you're having constant and repeating issues with your device then you have to convince your Carrier or Service provider about this issue.If your device is still under warranty you can insist on replacement .

    Usually service codes are in the format *[number]#
    For instance by dialling *100# on my Lumia 800 I will get my calling credit with my carrier.

  • Connection with BMW car Bluetooth Problem. Curve 9320

    I have a problem with the connection with my BMW car (series 3 model 2012). I have a Curve 9320 BlackBerry with 7.1 bundle OS (V7.1.0.907, platform 9.49.0.98).
    When I connect the Blackberry to the BMW bluetooth everything works fine. After this though the Blackberry cannot  open anymore the files attached to the e-mails. If I reset the device by disconnecting the bactery and restart it soon after that the Black berry can open the files attached to the e-mail. It work fine until it connects again to the bluetooth of the BMW. So far this is the only problem I found, the other functions work just fine.

    Yup, same issue.
    I have to disconnect the lead from the phone before answering a call.  Somewhat hard sometimes when driving...
    Current Devices: PlayBook 16GB, 64GB. Z10, Q10.
    Past Devices: Bold 9000, 9700, 9790, 9900. Torch 9800, 9810.

  • Problem in curve 9320 after software update

    Hi, i had updated my curve 9320 with new software as recommended by blackberry desktop software. After the update i am facing many issues after software update:
    1. whenever I am trying to make a call or opening any message my phone power suddenly goes OFF and not starting till I pullback the battery and re-inserted.
    2. Some time automatically its battery got heated up and there is discharge of battery, but when i pull back and re-inserted battery it becomes normal.
    3. Email setup is not working, I am not able to add any email account. whenever I am clicking on email setup there is no reaction.
    please suggest what to do. I tried to go back to download old software but I am not able to get it anywhere online.

    Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.
    I would suggest backing up doing a clean reload of the BlackBerry® device software as shown here: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11320. Please test before restoring any data to the device.
    If this resolves the issue do a selective restore of essential data (Address Book, Calendar, Task, Memos, BBM contacts etc.)

  • 9320 not syncing with Outlook 2003

    Hi,
    I've given up trying to get a calendar app that will display calendar and tasks logically like Touch Pro used to when it was possible to register it. Now the problem is my 9320 has stopped syncing with Outlook 2003, first it was tasks, then notes and now calendar items too, so I'm fast running out of a reason to use the thing.
    As everything is getting more and more cloud based will it be possible to sync with the new Outlook calendar in Windows Live? Failing that can I make it talk to my offline Outlook calendar?

    I don't think so for legacy (it works quite well with BB10)...legacy has a limited set of services with which Calendar/Contact sync can function OTA.

    It starts with a process for cleanly starting over, and there is some discussion, and there is also a post (15) with links to older Desktop Software versions, if those are needed. Note that this is not, by any means, guaranteed to work...but it has worked for many to resolve issues they are having.

  • Problème avec le BlackBerry Curve 9320

    Bonjour,
    Je dispose du BlackBerry 9320, et je suis allée en Italie du 11 au 18 mai et depuis que je suis rentrée, je n'ai plus accès à Twitter et  Facebook. Le seule moyen d'y accéder et de me connecter en Wifi.
    Quand je vais sur Twitter et que j'essaye d'actualiser, j'ai ce message : "Tunnel Failed" et Facebook, pareil, je ne peux pas actualiser, pas publier, rien.
    Je suis allée chez mon opérateur (SFR) tout à l'heure et il m'a dit que je n'étais pas la seule à avoir ce problème mais qu'il ne savait pas ce que c'était.

  • [ASK] Email Cannot Sync and BBM Problem

    Hi All,
    I have problem about my 9320 Amstrong.
    Suddenly, I can't receive email anymore (about 1 week ago). After that, I tried to hard reset then delete email and add again, but I can't synchronize my email to the server.
    Also some of my bbm cannot send the message (only sign "D" even read). It just happened to some of my contact.
    I try to change operator, also same happened at my 9320. But if my provider card used at other blackberry, it running well. So, this problem at my handheld or RIM at my suspect.
    I tried to wipe, upgrade, HRT, send service book, and other, but still same result
    Please, help me.. anyone have this issue also?

    Hi and Welcome to the Community!
    With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
    1) Register HRT
    KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network
    Please wait for one "registration" message to arrive to your Messages app
    2) Delete and Resend Service Books (pre-BB10 devices only)
    KB05000Delete the service book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account from the BlackBerry smartphone
    If you have no CMIME entry, then skip the deletion
    KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
    Please wait for "Activation" Messages, one per already configured email account, to arrive in your Messages. If you have no already configured email accounts, please wait 1 hour.
    3) Reboot
    Pre-BB10 Devices ONLY. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes.
    BB10 Devices. Hold the top button down until the counter reaches zero. Wait for the device to be fully shut down (e.g., nothing at all displayed on the screen, no LED lights, etc.). Hold the top button until the red LED is lit. Wait through the full boot-up process. IF this fails, you can attempt the battery-pull method above, but it is normally NOT recommended unless nothing else works.
    See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
    Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should try deleting and re-adding your configurations for the affected email accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.

    J'ai acheté il y a 3 semaines un BLackberry curve 9320 mais il y a de la pousierre qui s'est incrustée sous l'ecran, il y en a de plus en plu et cela me gene. Mon telephone n'est pas tombé et je trouve ca anormal que de la pousiere se soit mise en desous de l'ecran sans que le telephne n'ai subit de choc.
    Je cherche une solution de reparation.

    I bought 3 weeks ago a BlackBerry Curve 9320 but there is dust that has gottenunder in the screen, there is more and more with time and it bothers me. My phone did not fall and I find thatit is abnormal that dust gets under the screen if the telephne have not suffered from shock.

  • Landline rings once then stops

    Hi  - Had this problem for some time but whereas it was intermitent, it has now become almost permanent.
    As the title states, the phone rings once then cuts out. If i answer before it cuts out then i can speak to the caller.
    No problems dialling out.
    I also notice that when someone calls, the broadband light goes off for about 30 seconnds.
    Also sometimes it does not ring at all and an "error in connection" message will be displayed on the callers handset.
    If i don't answer in time then phone connects to caller after about one ring.
    I have done some tests-unplugged everything and plugged phones directly into master socket (behind cover plate)
    Phone works ok when i do this.
    Any help appreciated.

  • My new updated N73(ME)has problem with Voice Diall...

    I ve just take my N73 from NOKIA service center, after 2 months im waiting for. The 1st problem was that after the latest firmware update my phone doesnt start at all. The 2nd problem was and still is that the voice dialling never works. My contacts have a nick each and are stored at phones memory. At service center says that every problem was fixed and for that they send my phone from Greece (where i live) to Sweeden (i think). What else can i do to make works voice dialling? Is that a bug of my phone so i must live with it?
    PLEASE HELP!!!!

    There is no volume adjustment that can be made.
    Do you have a cover on you iPad that may be covering the mic hole?
    If you frequently use FaceBook, you might consider getting an external microphone that plugs into the headphone connector.

  • BB 9320 - People hear themselves during calls / echo problem

    Hi All,
    Whenever a BB 9320 owner is in a call the person on the other end will hear their own voice repeated back to them down the line similar to an echo. Only the person on the other end has the issue not the BB owner. This makes the call next to useless, quite often clients will ring back on the landline. 
    Turning the volume down helps unfortunately the echo is still very noticeable, the issue also completely disappears while using hands free equipment in the car. I can only conclude this is microphone/speaker sensitivity issue.

          you can try to restore the phone(you will be losing all data so keep backup before doing it ) , any software related issue will be fixed, if not if you have any Sony centre nearby then you can carry your phone to there, they will be able to fix the problem

  • Curve 9320 issue (hang problem)

    Hello, i have purchased curve 9320 3G 1 month back but i couldn't use this more than 1 day, i use to freeze frequently, after inserting sim, it was running fine for 10-12 Hrs, after than when i received incoming call, it showed me the number and contact on screen but i could not received that, all the key got freeze that time and i had to hard boot that device by fetching the battery out, i also went to BB service center 2 times but they said its a normal antivirus problem, i m surprised how could a virus may get in to device as neither connected it to internet, BBM services nor to any PC through data cable.

    Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums
    Whenever you feel any problem always the first and best practice is to perform a Battery Pull Restart by removing the Battery while your Smartphone is Powered On , then wait for atleast a min. and reinsert it back .your device may take a long reboot . Rebooting in this manner fixes most issues within our BlackBerry Device , you won't loose any data while doing so .
    Also be sure that you're closing all application correctly , If we press and hold the Menu for a few seconds, it will pop up a screen which will show all running programs in the background ,generally five will always there ( Home, BBM, Message,Phone , Browser ) you can always look if any other apps. are running in the background. Always try to Close Applications Correctly - Avoid using the End key to close applications as this simply minimizes the application and leaves it running in the background. Instead, press the Menu key, select the Close or Exit option to exit the application.Don't leave your Browser open on any active webpage when not in use.
    If programs run in the background it may lead to device freezing and also quick battery drainage.Please have a look at this Article I am sure it will help you a lot in overcoming your problems :

    previously my Curve 9320 was crash after update Whatsapp app..after restart, got error '102' - RESET..then after the problem resolved ( flash again using Desktop Software ) and i restore contact list from backup file, my problem happens..
    from my backup file, i got 800++ contacts, but on my phone there was just 124.! where's my other contact from my previous phone books..?
