Problem downloading Custom Avatar???

I downloaded a picture of a custom Avatar that I want to use to my JerryF file.  It said Waiting Approval so I assume that will occur shortly.
Then I went to my Settings>Avatar and it only allows the Community Avatars.  There is no option for loading my new custom Avatar "From Uploaded Images" or "From Your Image Gallery."
So my question is, What to Do...Help!

What I did, foolish me, was to follow the directions offered by this VZ website blog.  It was easy to get my new ICON downloaded into my JerryF site where images are stored BUT the rest of the directions from that point on did not work.  I don't want to join another site just to download a new avatar...Thanks anyhow.
BTW, the website you listed,  http://community.vzw.com/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/user-icons%3Aexternal just goes to the avatar page.  Even if I had a website location address there was no where to paste it.
It's not that big of a deal.  I just thought it would be fun, that is, until I realized how difficult the VZ blog has made it to download your own custom avatar..

    I’ve ended the pricing configuration on Dev environment and now I’m trying to configure it in CRM Production environment.
    I’ve created a new object to substitute CND_CUST_CNDALL and I called it ZDNL_CUST_CNDAL.
    After create it in Production environment, just like the same object in Dev environment, I realized that even using the exactly same filters, in both objects, in Production environment one access sequence is not created in CRM after the initial download (using trx. R3AS).
    In the log(trx. SLG1) I don’t have errors, only 4 warnings of  “Double entry for table /SAPCND/T681E. For details, see long text.”, which don’t seems to be a problem.
    I’ve tried to download only the access sequence that was missing and it didn’t work too, so I analyzed deeply this access sequence and a realized that all tables of the sequence were activated except table CUS818.
    In SAP notes 398078 and 314542 I’ve found a reference of report “/SAPCND/RV12N001” which I’ve run for application “CRM”, Usage “PR” with check on option “Condition tables and supplementary tables”. In the log of this report I could see that all tables except CUS818 were generated and no errors were issued.
    I’m sure that I’ve done the same configuration in both environments so I believe that this table should be generated.
    This is very important because we need to start ordering from Internet on production environment and the pricing is not working.
    What could be the problem of this situation?

    It describes all the steps you have to carry out in order to download your own tables. Most problems downloading customer tables are due to the steps from that note are not correctly fulfilled.

    If you have anti virus software installed, you need to disable that in order to download apps.

I recently moved over to a mac an all other podcasts are updating as usual however any NBC/MSNBC podcasts that I am subscribed to can not be downloaded. I receive the following message;

    I have had similar problems and using Store>Check for Purchases does not fix the problem as it says I am only allowed to download purchases once.
    I have also attempted to contact Apple regarding this issue but their phone support stone walled me. I was told that I must use the online form to submit problems but whenever I try to use the form I get a mailer daemon error from their end returning my e-mail.
    Any help is welcome regarding this issue as I've lost an album and I can't download one song to another album.

    I have tried several times to download the Comedy Central podcast and it keeps telling me there was a problem downloading. I have unsubscribed and subscribed again several times but still get the same problem.
    I went to the website and tried to report a concern and also got an error stating requested resource was not found.
    I see it is at the top of the list of downloads so it must be working for other people.
    I download other Podcasts without difficulty. Can someone help?

    There are only two standard menu selections on a set top box that control picture options as follows:
    Menu > Settings > > Video Settings > Video Format: Ensure it is on 720P 16:9
    Menu > Settings > > Video Settings > SD Override: You can choose one of 3 options (Off, 480i, 480p, and stretch) for SD broadcasts
    Beyond that you will need to visit your TV sets internal options for settings such as zoom, aspect ratio, wide mode, etc...  The Comedy Central 690 channel is an HD channel however from time to time there are shows or live casts that are not sent in HD formats for us to deliver to you.  You may see words on the side bars such as 570 ESPN does on some shows that are sent in SD formats.

    Where do you get the erorr? If you're downloding PRODUCT_SRV, then this is not a customizing object. Please check for related inbound and outbound queues in CRM and ECC for errors. Please also check SMW01 and see if you have any BDoc's in error. Give us the full error text of any errors found.
    If you get the problem with customzing objects, please let us the object name(s). Is it just one object or all customizing object?

  • Problems downloading Kindle books

    I have owned my Kindle paperwhite for a year but I have recently started having problems downloading books. In the past I have always downloaded books to my Mac and then transferred to my Kindle via usb.  However, in the past month or so some books download properly, but some do not. When the books download properly they have a .awz file name, e.g. Alice in Wonderland.awz but for the books that don't download, they either just download as FSDownload (no title at all) or sometimes the title of the book but no .awz e.g. just as Alice in Wonderland.
    I suspect it might have something to do with my software because when I tried downloading the same books on a PC, they showed up fine with the .awz file.  I think this problem coincides with when I installed Mavericks.
    I have contacted Amazon customer service and we tried all sorts of things and none of them worked.  Finally, the customer service people suggested I try here.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Today I discovered I'm having the same issues... I own an older version Kindle and always buy online, download to my Mac and then transfer the file by USB.  However today I tried for 3 books and the first one was not a problem.  The 2 others would not download with the correct file - its just an empty page with the title FSDownloadContent.

    1. I deregistered my Kindle for Mac ("Manage Your Kindle>Manage Your Devices")
    2. I REMOVED the app from my computer.
    3. I downloaded the latest version of Kindle for Mac (Department: Kindle>Kindle Free Reading Apps>...) and followed the install directions. (btw, I learned that Amazon has no system for alerting us to app upgrades!! Hard to believe with all the account info they have.)
    4. I opened the newly downloaded app. It repopulated with all my archived and downloaded books, included the "problem" book.
    5. When I tried to open the problem book, I got the same message, ""The book could not be opened. Please remove the book from your device and redownload it"...but wait...
    6. I removed the book (from my downloads folder) by deleting it.
    7. I went to the Archives where it was still listed (I didn't need to resend it to the Kindle for Mac app but perhaps that would be a needed step for some). I clicked on the title, it downloaded and...ta da...the book OPENED.
    Hope this saves somebody the hour it took me :). If the problem does in fact lie with an out-of-date app, Amazon owes us the courtesy of alerting us to app upgrades (and making an easier upgrade path).
    HOWEVER, it lets me open the books on my computer using Kindle for Mac but still won't let me transfer it with a working file to my actual kindle!  So not a great fix since I want to read the kindle not my computer on the beach!

    I THINK I have solved the problem. Can't be 100% because I don't want to try a restore. At least the Apple home page lites up correctly with quicktime now. It hadn't in the past.

  • Problems downloading photos from iPhoto to iPod 5G classic

    Until recently I had no problems downloading my photo library to my iPod (~250 photos). However, the last couple of groups of photos I've gotten I cannot transfer. I get an error message that reads "The iPod cannot be synced. The disk could not be read from or written to." My last 3 rolls do not transfer to the iPod, although all the other photos do as well as all songs, movies, calendars, etc. Everything else is OK just the last 3 photo rolls. 2 of the 3 problem rolls were gathered from emails, but so were others that load fine. The last roll was downloaded from the BART website and will not transfer.
    Anybody know what's up with this?

    Before I download iphoto library manager, I just wanted to report an interesting experiment that I tried last night that may point in a different direction:
    I keep my iphoto library on a second internal HD, so I thought I would just try making a complete copy of my iphoto library onto my desktop. Once I did this, I started up iPhoto with alt and choose the desktop version of the library and all worked perfectly, my iphoto albums showed instantly in my photo tab in itunes when I selected to sync with iphoto.
    My next move was to rename my old library and then copy my desktop version into the folder where the old library is. Once I did this the problem was back again.
    I have no reason to believe that it is the second disc that is causing the problem, as that is where I have always kept my itunes and iphoto libraries and they have worked without problem.
    (As I am writing this, it dawned upon me that I missed one important test, I should have tried the old library after I had renamed it, but stil in the same place.)
    I am now suspecting that the problem may be linked to an external drive that I addded to the system at Christmas. This was a WD My Book which I use for backup, the link being that I use the software that came with it to do autobackups that includes my iphoto library folder. I am wondering if this software does something to the folder.
    Thoughts welcome.

    I had this same error and managed to get around it by running the .msi file that the CC app downloaded to a temp folder on my own. Steps were:
    1. Find the location Adobe_Lightroom_X64.msi (in a a temp folder)
    2. Run it and install (serial number was already pre-filled out)
    3. Restart the CC desktop app
    It then appeared as installed under ‘Your Apps’ and works as usual.
