Problem downloading JDeveloper 9i full version

I've downloaded the base version of JDev 9i (57 mg approx) and I am now trying to download the full version. But each time I try the download freezes on 29% complete, 39.8 mg approx.

iTunes is currently unavailable. Try again later.

I tried with and without download manager from two different locations (providers). No go. I always get the same size of file, about 15MB. It seems that Oracle has a problem.
The funny thing is that there is no contact to inform the web side maintainers about the problem. With a support contract they might help me but without...
I have to go down to the DB department to fetch the number that Oracle can promote it's products, no way.

You've checked all your homescreens and app folders for it, and how many homescreens do you have on the iPad - there is a limit of 11 after which apps are only accessible via the iPad's spotlight search screen (swipe your first home screen to the right).
If not then have you tried a reset to see if you can find it after the iPad has restarted ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. You could also do Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout which will re-arrange your apps and might make it easier to find

Separate but valid question: Searching Mozilla Support on this very forum yields no answers as to where to download the full version of the program itself, around which this entire forum has been set up with all the numerous questions in it about the program... yet there is no answer on how and where to actually *GET* the full version of the program... this strongly suggests that the forum administrators went out of their way, to make it difficult to impossible for users to get the FULL VERSION of the program...
There are many valid reasons for needing the full version of the program, don't you think it's pretty incredible that it has always been difficult to download the full version of Firefox? The old page had it buried in between the Acholi and Xhosa languages, even though English (US) is probably needed by millions of users vs. relatively few for Acholi and Xhosa... Millions of users had to go though gymnastics of finding it buried in between all the worlds languages with every consecutive version, and now they completely removed it even from that page...
What is the the reason, and you have to agree there is a reason, for Mozilla preventing us from having the full installation file? And what is the reason, even when the full installation file existed on that page, for this forum to make it almost impossible to find that page when searching the forum, or the entire internet for the official full version download page?

As for blaming this forum for anything having to do with the "all" download page, you must be kidding. That page was always available from the main page using a link that said Systems & Languages and as the link says, it lists all the available systems and languages.

Adobe does not sell software that is not the current version. Your best bet is to buy it from an independent seller, e.g. on Amazon.com

Problem to get the full version of the game

I bought a lite version of GTA Chinatown, and later I bought the full version inside the game. I had to restore my ipad and now i cant download the full version again. What can I do?

I recently had a similar issue with an "in-app" purchase. In my case transferring a pre-iBooks book app (The Left Hand of God) from my iPhone to my iPad. Provided you are not talking about "consumable" items such as "ammo" or "bux" then you should be able to go through the motions of purchasing the content right up to the last stage where you have to confirm your password, after which the app should announce that you have already bought the full game/book/extension pack/whatever and let you have it for free.

Downloaded portable AND full version - how to remove portable version?

Running Windows 8 on surfacepro, I unfotunately installed thunderbird portable (English) and full version (German). Apparently they run separately (different address books, account settings etc.), and I only need the full version. Moreover, sometimes also the English version is the full version - really confusing! However, I cannot select the full version as default, nor deinstall the portable version for I only see one icon/programme, and I have no clue at what occasion/action I get the English or the German version....
Besides it would be lovely to import my address book/mailing lists from my old computer: is there any way?

So I am having problems downloading Adobe Flash Player Version 12.0.0.44. Help?

So I have recently gotten a MacBook Pro with Retina Display, and I have continiously dowloaded each new version of Adobe Flash Player, so I can view videos on Youtube. Each time howver, I have to download the Adobe software multiple times before it actually works. This time, it's giving me alot of trouble. So today, I went on youtube and saw:

Problem downloading JDeveloper 10g production!

It seems to me I can't download Oracle JDeveloper 10g production. When I click on a download link on the main JDeveloper page on otn.oracle.com, I'm redirected to a questionnaire with a download button at the bottom of the page. But when I click that button I get 'the page cannot be displayed' error.
It seems that I'm being redirected to some http://www-portal.oracle.com:7779/.... server, but it doesn't respond.
Is there alternate download link that is working?
