Problem during add new row

Question

Hi
after adding some row and providing some values in some fields then when I click on add new button the all the values entered are disappearing
what is the solution

This is a JavaScript/DHTML related question and I don't see that you're using Java/JSP. I only see some PHP stuff in your code.
To clear things up: JavaScript and Java are certainly NOT the same; only the name and the syntax are somewhat similar, but the languages are entirely different. Although the most Java web developers can also easily do JavaScript, but this forum is the wrong place to ask JavaScript related questions.
