Problem during importing file

Hi all,
I wrote the following command in the cmd: (imp user/pass file=d:\hr.dmp full=y)
During the import process I recieve this message: (About to enable constraints)
and I wait alot and it didn't finish.

Is it still running? Do you see the process continuing to consume CPU, for example? Enabling constraints involves building indexes which may well take quite a while.

  • Error During Import: File Could Not Be Imported

I am trying to load some .AVI movies from my digital camera into iMovie; most of them will, but 1 or 2 for some reason will not. I have played some of these videos on my old G3, which I replaced with this new computer; most loaded in OK.
The clips that won't load look smaller than the others when playing (don't know why). I played the movies and converted them to Quicktime again in MPEG Streamclip and they played fine (also in VLC PLayer, FWIW).
I am getting this error message: Error during Import: File Could Not Be Imported.
Also, I am trying to change the orientation of one clip that I inadvertently shot sideways; I did this in Bitlist but it won't load now into iMovie. Is there away to change the orientation in Quicktime (I'm not buying QT pro) or another free converter that will work?
    Thanks in advance...

    try to ...
    * open the avi/mpegs in Streamclip
    * choose 'DV stream' as export option
    * in the 'DV stream' dialog, you're offered the option 'turn'.. rotate in the wanted direction and choose '75%' size to get all into the video...

  • Problem during import of 121 transport requests to productive system

    Hello
We have problem during import of transport requests to productive system. Import of 121 transport requests stopped very soon in phase "N" (in TRBAT I have only one entry and in  TRJOB  as well).
In sm50 there is an BGD running under user DDIC in client 000 now for 14453 seconds (program SAPLSDB2). This should be import.
In SM37 I can see it as  job "RDDGEN0L" with  repport"RDDGENBB". Based on some literature it should perform "Converting all structure changes generated by the import and recorded in table TBATG, other than the structure changes to matchcode objects." Very interesting  that TBATG has only four entries related to 2 indexes in table "DFKKOPK" , one in table "DFKKREP06" and one" ENQU" for EFKKEXC". (only this last one has not status error)
For fist two indexes I know they are not present  as objects "LIMU""INDX" in any transport request beeing imported.
Also on productive system there is no"VOL" and "ZOL"indexes for table "DFKKOPK"(instead they are created on test system ie. not transported from development to test system)
Last command for that process is "CREATE INDEX "DFKKOPK~HKO" ON "DFKKOPK" ("MANDT", "HKONT", "OPBEL") PCTFREE 10 INITRANS 002 TABLESPACE PSA
    PTR3 STORAGE (INITIAL 0000000016 K NEXT 0000000016 K MINEXTENTS 0000000001 MAXEXTENTS UNLIMITED PCTINCREAS"
There is enaught space on disk and in tablespaces (it is an oracle/HPux server).
Does anyone knows workaroun to solve production

are you importing these transport requests simultaneously into production?
I would suggest you try doing in smaller groups of 5 or 10 and then see whether you are able to import the requests

  • Problem with import file type setting

Problem with import file type settings - In preferences>general I select "wav encoder" But then going to tools>Create it still says "create mp3 version".
Can't find a way to overcome this. Thanks for any help.

Doublechecking, roy. After making the preferences change, are you leaving the General tab by clicking the OK button down the bottom-right-hand corner of the tab?

  • Problem to import file P2 (.mxf)

Hi,  I have a problem during the import of P2 file: I go to file, import, i choose the folder, during the import, the progress screen shot crashes; I tried to import few clip at time and I found that only one clip makes the crash, it's the last clip of the first p2 card; if I import this clip from P2 card there is not problem, but the problem come out when I import the clip from hard disk. The clip is not damaged, because with windows media player I can watch it. Few time ago I tried to import other files that makes the same problem with "media browser" and premiere successfully imported it. someone can help me? Thanks

    Hi all,
I have had this problem continuously since I got my camera kit in March last year, although it's gotten worse recently, hence my presence here. I am military and it doesn't seem to be a problem for other, identical kits. I'm running Mac OSX 10.7.5 on a 17" MacBook Pro with a Panasonic P2 HD camera. I copy the entire card to an external hard rive, then import to Premiere CS5.  Sometimes, as mentioned, the import halts and Premiere freezes, so I force quit and import one file at a time, saving continuously, until I find the problem file and import around it. Occasionally, there's more than one. I don't see how this could be anything but a corrupt file issue (my camera sometimes shows the same files on-camera with a warning logo when I check) but I'm not the expert here. I am working on a deadline right now,  prompt help would be awesome if people have the time. Thank you.

  • Permissions problem when importing file in Final Cut Pro X 10.1.3

    Hi guys!!
Today, like all days, I opened up my Final Cut Pro X version 10.1.3 and created a new Library and new project. Then I selected "Import Files" and I checked all the files I needed. Last I clicked on import selected files and I received this error:
"Directory Not Writable. The chosen directory is not writable."
This is a real tragedy. I have to start an important project and I can't use the program at all.
This is what I tried so far:
    - Checked Macintosh HD permissions - Done - No problems
    - I use an external HD as my scratch disk - Checked - No problems
    - Tried to create a new project on a new HDD - Same error
    - Checked Read / Write permissions on Macintosh HD and on footage folders - No problems
    This is my Mac:
    - iMac 21,5" Mid 2011
    - Core i5 2,7 GHz
    - 16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
    - AMD Radeon HD 6770M 512 MB
    - HDD 1TB
    - 2nd External HDD WD My Book 3 TB USB 3.0
    - OS Yosemite 10.10
I'm in panic. And I really don't know how to resolve this problem....
Thanks for every little help you will give me.
    David

    And you're using managed media?
Did you repair permissions for the drive?
What OS are you using? Did you update to Yosemite? Did you do a clean install?

  • Problems during import BW structure - Don't view the queries

    Hello!
I have a problem when import the structure of BW 7.0 with xmla file in OBIEE+. The version of OBIEE is 10.1.3.4.
When I do the importation, I don't see the queries created on BW, only the infocubes. But the queries is associate to infocube.
    Can help me?
    Thks,
    Flavia

    I solved this problem.
In the BEx Query Designer (BW 7), opened the query and click on "Query Properties" and then, "Extended" option. There is a checked box called “Allow External Access to this query” that must be checked. At the end, save the query in BEx and import the XMLA on OBIEE+. The queries is loaded.

  • URGENT BIG PROBLEM:during import track st. in queue simply does not disap

I have problem when importing transport request on production(the transport domain controler is on development system) . The track status in queue simply does not disappear.
I tried(based on what I have seen on an other thread) to delete the transport in import monitor and tp on OS level on productive and development system
Then I deleted entries in TRBAT&TRJOB tables. The TPSTAT is empty.
    The problem persists.
What would you suggest . The go live depends on this problem

    Hi,
/usr/sap/trans/buffer might still contain entries, be careful do not modify anything here.

venkiTo move data between 8i and 11g, you need to use original export/import utility.
You need to run export of 8i using 8i version exp and import the dump file into 11g database using 11g version imp.

  • Workflow problem during import of record

    Hi,
We get the following error message during import of a record using import manager:
    4868 2008/05/05 15:12:44.861   Error: RC: 0x80000002
4868 2008/05/05 15:12:44.861   Error: Failed to GetJoinCheckOutRights. [Owner: WF Owner; Job Id: 10165]
Currently we run MDM 5.5 SP6 Patch 2. This worked fine before we applied patch 2.
The record is getting checked out in the start step. If I don't check out the record it's working fine.
    Any ideas?
    BR
    Michael

    Hi Michel,
In the start step of Workflow there is an option as check out records(yes,no). select yes, when record will enter into the workflow it will get check out and no user will be able to modify that record throughout the workflow cycle.I you want that the record shoukd be modyfied at some step during workflow then you have to give rights (Join CheckOut )to the user of that Particular step. For That login with the user which is the Owner  of the workflow now rightclick onthe record or records and check in\out->Modify Join Permissions->either add a user or a role. This will allow that added user to Join check out and modify the Record(right clik on record ->join check out). Then that User will be able to modify the records.
    Reward if Helpfull.

I open my WSDL in xmlSpy to test its syntax but it's ok !
Did you have this problem ?
    Thanks a lot.
    My IDE is NW2004s SP09.

run 'ls -lrta' in /tmp/sapinst_instdir/.... (whatever the lowest path is there, where all the log files are).  You should see something like sap<something>.tsk and sap<something>.log.  Look at the most recently updated sap<something>.log file for the specific error.  One problem I've seen is that if you configure the advanced oracle config to turn off AUTOEXTEND on the tablespaces, the abap load will bomb because it runs out of space.  Also, make sure your SYSTEM tablespace has at least 500M.
Posting the relevant contents of the log with the detailed error description would help us provide a better answer as well.

  • XSD Problem during Import

Hi! I have created a XML to load the catalog item in batch mode and I understand that I have to use a XSD. So, I got a generated copy of the XSD (using XMLSpy), added the XML schema in the MDM Console and assigned it to the appropriate Port. I then loaded the product file in the Ready folder and the file disappeared - indicating that it has been processed. An exception occurred on checking the status of the load. In the report, there is a message - Source file does not conform to XML Schema.
I then tried to import the XML through Import Manager and am able to import without problem. However, if I do the import using XSD, I found that the data did not appear at all for the structure. I reckon that may be the reason why the batch import did not work. However, I am not sure what is wrong with the XSD. Anybody has any idea? Thanks in advance for any help rendered.

Hi I have finally resolved the problem! I did that by modifying the XSD into a simpler format which at least I can understand
In general, I grouped the element definitions together and then put the top element at the bottom to reference to these elements. I also changed the type of some of the elements from complex to simple. Note that I didn't have to remove the namespace here.
For those who are interested, below is the XSD I have modified from the generated XSD shown in my original posting on this problem:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <!W3C Schema generated by XMLSpy v2008 rel. 2 (http://www.altova.com)>
    <xs:schema xmlns:xs="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">

         <xs:element name="URLDesc" type="xs:string"/>

  • Problem while importing files in premiere CS 5.5

    Hi,
We tried to import a 25 minutes video file (format Quicktime, codec H.264) in premiere CS 5.5. The process stops after importing just a couple images (between 2 and 100). The same happend with other files formate.
Do anyone have an idea where the failure could come from ?
    Thanks in advance,
    Ray

Some reading... and a few questions to answer to give someone enough information to try and help
Read Bill Hunt on a file type as WRAPPER http://forums.adobe.com/thread/440037
    What is a CODEC... a Primer http://forums.adobe.com/thread/546811
What CODEC is INSIDE that file? http://forums.adobe.com/thread/440037
Report back with the codec details of your file, use the programs below
    For PC http://www.headbands.com/gspot/ or http://mediainfo.sourceforge.net/en
    For Mac http://mediainfo.massanti.com/
    http://blogs.adobe.com/premiereprotraining/2011/02/red-yellow-and-green-render-bars.html
Once you know exactly what it is you are editing, report back with that information... and your project setting, and if there is a red line above the video in the timeline, which indicates a mismatch between video and project
More information needed for someone to help http://forums.adobe.com/thread/416679
Some is general about your computer and OS, some is specific to video editing
    Build a Configuration file http://www.piriform.com/speccy
    Brand/Model Computer (or Brand/Model Motherboard if self-built)
How much system memory you have installed, such as 2Gig or ???
Operating System version, such as Win7 64bit Pro... or whatevevr
-including your security settings, such as are YOU the Administrator
-and have you tried to RIGHT click the program Icon and then select
-the Run as Administrator option (for Windows, not sure about Mac)
Your Firewall settings and brand of anti-virus are you running
Brand/Model graphics card, sush as ATI "xxxx" or nVidia "xxxx"
-or the brand/model graphics chip if on the motherboard
-and the exact driver version for the above graphics card/chip
-and how much video memory you have on your graphics card
Brand/Model sound card, or sound "chip" name on Motherboard
-and the exact driver version for the above sound card/chip
Size(s) and configuration of your hard drive(s)... example below
-and how much FREE space is available on each drive (in Windows
-you RIGHT click the drive letter while using Windows Explorer
-and then select the Properties option to see used/free space)
    Windows Indexing is BAD http://forums.adobe.com/thread/676303
While in Properties, be sure you have drive indexing set OFF
-for the drive, and for all directories, to improve performance
Some/Much of the above are available by going to the Windows
Control Panel and then the Hardware option (Win7 option name)
OR Control Panel--System--Hardware Tab--Device Manager for WinXP
And the EXACT type and size of file that is causing you problems
-for pictures, that includes the camera used and the pixel dimensions
